Villa Santa Venera is a typical Sicilian villa that can accommodate up to 10 people. Situated in a strategic position in an elegant context with splendid views over the surrounding countryside, it offers a delightful garden with swimming pool with hydromassage, solarium and parking space.
Inside large spaces and refined furnishings make this property an ideal place for those who want to enjoy the relaxation of a country villa 5 minutes from the toen centre, from the Stagnone lagoon and and 15 minutes from the beach. The villa, surrounded by greenery and shaded by centuries-old trees, offers ample parking space and a 8000 square meter garden (3000 of which available to guests).
Composition:
Ground floor - A 40 sqm living room / kitchen with dining area, comfortable sofa and tv cupboard welcomes you. Our kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare any kind of dishes, offers large fridge and freezer, oven, 4-ring stove, catlering, wine glasses etc. . On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower.
First floor - accessed from the large staircase, hosts the sleepig area with 3 spacious bedrooms. The staircase is protected by a children gate.
The first bedroom is 35 square meters large and offers a dressing room, air conditioning, a double bed and the possibility of adding up to 2 single beds and / or a cot.
The second offers air conditioning, 1 double and one single bed.
The third offerse of a double bed, air conditioning and the possibility of adding a single bed and a cot.
Outdoor:
The wide garden offers on one side a large driveway, with courtyard and covered parking (shared with the owners), as well as a shaded entrance veranda, children's play ground, and a hammock. In the back, with access to the kitchen, a dining area for 10 people under the pergola, and a large solarium, around the 6x14 pool with hydromassage area, which also offers outdoor showers and a third bathroom. Adjacent to the pool area, there is a large built-in barbecue.
