Super entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist super gut. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man am Strand brauchen könnte: Stühle, Sonnenschirm, Kühltruhe… Der Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar und super hilfreich! Das einzige, was uns als Familie mit drei Kindern gefehlt hat, war eine Spülmaschine 😅 insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt

Wonderful time staying- we felt like locals!

The location was excellent! Steps from Sandy Beach and several restaurants. The property was super clean and adorably decorated.

Maybe some additional lamps/lighting in the living area.

Very reasonable host and clean unit.

The hosts were very thoughtful, they provided plenty information on the unit and for the staying in the area. They even provided beach chairs and umbrella. We really enjoyed our stay.

The pillows were a little high. It would be more convenient if there was a hair dryer.

Fantastic place to beach and relax with good food in walking distance

Our room had everything you could need for the beach and the kitchen had even coffee. The bathroom had body soap, shampoo and conditioner, makeup mirror. Blow dryer. The beds and pillow were comfortable- the couch was great and there is a big tv in front of it- which we never turned on. The patio had the best lounge chairs, plus a table with chairs to eat while listening to the surf and the music of the Coqui frogs.

Tropical enjoyable week

Nice green surroundings with few lively places nearby. Great beach nearby. Appartment is very well equipped. Hosts are very friendly, thet sent us very detailed information about how enter the appartment and lots of other useful information. Great terrace to chill

Comfortable & clean in a great “rinconcito” with wonderful hosts!

Great location, comfortable, clean property with just the right amenities for a short beach vacation, and we love that it was an eco-conscious house. Friendly and communicative hosts that made the check-in and check-out process a smooth one. We also appreciated the guidebook for the area.

This is not a negative for us, and because I’m familiar with Rincón, I knew most of it is on a mountain with narrow roads (part of the beauty and charm of Puerto Rico outside of the metro area). Perhaps let first-timers know what to expect :)

This my second stay at this property, fist time in the bigger apartment, this is a great property, all the apartments

Spacious, comfortable, clean, all necessities were available, great communication with owners.

Parking space is a little tight but manageable.

Perfect cozy apartment with all that you need for a great short vacation

Everything! Loved the size of the room, the size of the shower. All the beach amenities, which we certainly used. the kitchen is stocked with all that is needed for a short stay. It is echo-friendly with the solar panels. The ambience in this little corner of Rincon is perfection for me. Gave me Southern California beach vibes, except so much better with clean beaches, million dollar views, and clear waters.

This place is awesome, just some minor things on our wishlist

AC, close to the beach, beach chairs, yoga mats, parasol, tv with streaming, good WiFi, hot water, comfortable bed, extra shower outside to get rid of sand etc, good service and quick replies, balcony with table and sun chairs, good security, got 2 gym bags, helpful guide book with lots of info.

Freezer didn’t freeze, price is high, wished they had a grater, surveillance camera on the balcony directed into the living room, would have liked info about this camera, shower curtain too short = water got on the floor, would have liked a door mat by the balcony to reduce the sand we dragged in from there, vacuum cleaner and a drying rack/ washing line would have been useful, map with tourist attractions/other helpful info.

Superb

Very lovely, modern, and spacious room. The amenities are excellent - beach chairs and umbrella, games, TV, an ice cube tray (which are oddly rare in Puerto Rico lodging, despite the fact that it's very hot there). Right next to a lovely beach and all sorts of eateries. Responsive and friendly hosts.

I arrived on a Sunday and I was awoken by some drunk frat boys on the roof who came back after midnight, and I happened to be super sick so I was extra annoyed because I needed a good night sleep. I asked one who walked by my room to please keep it down, which he said they would do but did not, so I texted the hosts and they responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly (which I really appreciated). The other thing to note is there is a bar (Big Kahuna) spitting distance from the guest house that was playing the worst top 40 hits; to be clear I could not hear the music from inside the room (thankfully), but I would have prefered to sit outside and listen to the beautiful nature sounds of waves and Colquis rather than Akon's Smack That, but Rincon is kinda of a party town, so it is what it is. The music from the bar was much quitter on Monday night. I took surfing lessons on Monday from the place next store and had a great time (pro tip: make sure to wear lots of sunscreen, especially on your lower half).

Perfect stay with everything one may need - and best host ever!

I appreciated a lot of things with regards to my stay: from the friendly, organized, supportive & always available host, to all facilities of the house, the nice design, guidebooks we received.. everything was just perfect!

love this place…Alan was amazing! I will definitely be booking with him again but, the only thing be prepared for low pressure when taking a shower. really hot water though.

Had a wonderful stay! Excellent location! I traveled solo and felt very safe and comfortable

The bed was a big uncomfortable with it being two mattresses put together. Found myself falling in the middle of the divide on several nights.
