Comfortable is het!

Alles wat je wenst is aanwezig. Goed gevulde koelkast met vers fruit, groente, hamburgers, brood, beleg, eieren, melk, frisdrank, water. Vriendelijke gastheer die je alle informatie geeft. Zou zeker terugkomen.

Nice stay

The host always got back to us when I texted. The area was nice and quiet.

The shower head kept falling off. And I think they should start using all white linen for the beds and towels.

We highly recommend this for the value, comfort and amenities!

Apartment was very comfortable. Loved the decor. Well stocked with food, snacks, drinks and bottled water. Enjoyed the private pool and convenient parking. Location was in a nice part of town. Communication with host was good and he greeted us as well. Much better than a hotel!

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Floor was dirty and counter needed to be wiped down but not bad otherwise.

Hidden gem in Northridge - a must when visiting Los Angeles

Moti's Comfortable Luxury Studio is an ideal option when visiting LA, as location is convenient to travel by car to and from central LA. The host provides plenty of food and drinks for the whole stay. He also checks out on you to see if everything is ok. The studio is perfect for either spending most of the time sightseeing, so that you only go back to sleep, or spending more time in it, as it is fully equipped to cook, have a rest or even enjoy a lovely patio and swimming pool.

It was a very comfortable studio, everything you needed was there, the fridge was full of food and drinks. The owner was very friendly! There was a private swimming pool! The location was away from the city center in a very nice residential area! We like it so much

Fantastic stay.

Location was pretty good and the host was very helpful. He was well receiveing and gave many fruits to have. Thanks to the host and booking.com for providing such decent location that is nearby to many of the site seeing places.

There were a couple of cockroaches in the room. Please make sure to have the room inspected for the next one living in the room.

Comfortable studio with great variety of food-- could use a few small bits of updating

This is a studio apartment attached to a house (owner, I assume). Bed is a queen against the back wall. Kitchen and small dining table with 2 chairs opposite. Bathroom ensuite. HUGE variety of food in refrigerator and kitchen including fresh milk, yoghurt, fruit, bread, croissants, muffins, butter, snacks, ready-to-eat soup bowls, etc. Wifi was pretty good. Parking space right in front of the house, which is on a quiet (non-commercial) stretch of street. Owners responded quickly to questions.

Two main recommendations to the owners: Please consider replacing the sheets, pillowcases and comforters with fresh, white pure cotton and an updated comforter. That would go a long way to making the place seem more modern and less old-fashioned. Also, the baseboards in the bathroom were scuffed and dirty looking, with bits of crust at the corners of the shower. Recommend to repaint and scrub out the corners better.

A lovely studio nicely decorated and fully equipped. The fridge filled with lots of little intentions. A space to park our car, a washing machine and dryer available.. everything is there! Greeted by our host who kindly came to see us! Great location in a quiet and charming neighborhood not far from all LA activities. It was perfect! I recommend, and ready to stay there again!

The host was very friendly and accommodating! Was pleasantly surprised when the owner asked what I wanted in the fridge! Having just started a vegan diet, they were overly helpful and welcoming!

comfortable luxury studio is a perfect description for it

I loved how it felt like a home away from home. The studio was large, has a full kitchen, refrigerator, and just plain comfortable. the property owners stocked the refrigerator with food, soda, and even beer let alone a bottle of wine besides loads of snacks which were all free. we were able to make meals in between all of the going out we did for breakfasts and some dinners. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very nice, and they even had a washer and dryer available with everything you could possibly need. it’s insane the deal this property offers and it was very convenient of a location as well. they even provide off street parking. Moti, one of the owners, is kind and did check in on us but for the most part left us to enjoy the studio. I can’t rave about it any more than I already have and would go back in a heartbeat.

Very luxurios, spacious and clean apartment in a good and quiet location in LA, half an hour to most of the sight seeing spots. Also with a big TV (Netflix) and good WiFi. The hosts were very friendly. They even filled the fridge completly, free of charge. We would stay there every time again!

The only negative point is that the fridge is a bit loud from time to time.

FILTHY. EXPIRED FOOD. LOCATION IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD FAR AWAY FROM THE ATTRACTIONS.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD - WE WERE SICK FOR DAYS WITH DIARRHEA and make you VOMIT DUE TO FOOD POISONING. THEY ADVERTISE FREE FOOD - but it’s already opened milk and opened cheese and meat slices and the OJ was expired.

the reviews day friendly hosts - yet my son and i were not greeted with a smile. the husband was not there - just the wife and she did not smile once. She did not return texts about wifi or any of my questions till the following day when i had to ask the husband to ask his wife to contact me.

We felt very comfortable at home. We will definitely come back.

We were greeted by a very nice owner. We arrived much earlier before check-in. Even so, we were able to leave our luggage at his house. When we came back in the evening our luggage was waiting in our room. The owner was extremely welcoming. The fridge was filled with delicious food. Everything you need for tasty breakfasts plus alcohol as in the best hotel, but for free. Lots of fruit and sweets on the table. Well-equipped kitchen. A very comfortable bed in the bedroom. All necessary cosmetics in the bathroom.

The location to everything was perfect. The place was very clean. The fridge was stocked with everything right down to adult beverages. The food options were awesome. Very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this place. The owners were amazingly nice.

Plenty of delicious food and snack material was provided- more than we could consume! The place was quiet and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. We used these. The pool area was very comfortable. Wish we had had more time to enjoy it.

More mugs for drinking hot coffee could have been provided.

Loved it will stay again

No issue with the property at all it was pieceful. The place was fully stocked with everything you would need they had Netflix Hulu and Apple TV so I was able to watch my favorite shows and was able to really enjoy my weekend it Cali and it was affordable any time I go to Cali I would definitely stay here again

Only thing was I didn’t know how to use the hot tub but other than that no problems at all 10 stars from me

Lovely stay

Had a lovely time - the place is super nice and welcoming, we were working from home (wifi and desk were great!) and enjoyed some down time by the pool. Also, hosts provided a lot of food :) Thank you Moti and Harriet for the hospitality!

Wouldn’t change anything! Would recommend a car if planning to visit LA - we had one so didn’t mind the drive to the city
