Ausstattung für preis sehr angemessen. Personal sehr freundlich. Umweltbewusst, dass Bezüge und Handtücher nur getauscht werde, wenn man es auch wirklich will

Nur zum Übernachten in Ordnung

Preis-Leistung war ok.

Es war recht heiß im Zimmer. Auf Grund der lauten Musik in der Garage darunter konnte man das Fenster nicht offen lassen.

un hotel in care ne am simtit minunat in timpul campionatului de fotbal. camerele erau mari si curate, baile renovate. la receptie erau aparate de cafea unde puteai sa ti faci cafea si ceai tot timpul. parcarea am avut o gratis la subsol. personalul f amabil, ne au lasat sa ne uitam la meciuri. managera hotelului stie sa si faca treaba la acest hotel. felicitari.

No a/c Intruder in bedroom at 3am no cctv in corridors so restless nights after and the feeling of needing to change hotels but difficulty to find an alternative due to euros being played. Windows can be opened fully (we were on 4th floor) No attendant on reception 24hr

Location was great. So easy to get to and from. Plenty of amenities in the area. Girl at front desk very helpful and friendly.

Very dated, I assume new owners will be refurbishing. Showers very poor. No water pressure. No facilities at all in room. Tea/coffee etc. wasn't able to pay by card.

Zimmermädchen gab es nicht für das Zimmer. Hinterlassenschaften vom Vorgast auch am Tag nach der Anreise noch da, geht gar nicht ! Egal ob Zimmermädchen gekündigt hat oder nicht.

Prima voor 1 nacht

Prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel, goed bed. Dichtbij winkelcentrum en tram. Er is een aantal gratis parkeerplaatsen van hotel, maar wel beperkt.

Hotel wordt nog verbouwd waardoor er bijv. geen ontbijtzaal was. Je kom wel ontbijt bestellen en dat werd 's avonds bij de receptie in een papieren zak klaargezet. Zelfgemaakte boterhammen en yoghurt werden niet koel gehouden.

Das Personal war sehr Freundlich. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und ansprechend. Das Frühstück war Lecker und ausgewogen.

Ich hatte nichts zu bemängeln.

NIE WIEDER!

Die Lage des Hotels mit direkter Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist gut.

Es ist ausgesprochen schwierig bis unmöglich, mit dem Management zu kommunizieren, da es ausschließlich eine Mobilnummer gibt... bei der man jedoch ins Leere telefoniert. Bei meiner Übernachtung vom 16. auf den 17.01.24 gab es bis spät in die Nacht extreme Unruhen, um nicht zu sagen Randale, im Hotel, ohne dass das Management eingegriffen hat. Erst auf meine massive Beschwerde hin und wohl auch die eines anderen Gastes wurde die Polizei verständigt (Polizeieinsatz bis nach 3 Uhr morgens!). Ich hätte erwartet, dass man mir aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Nachtruhe kulanterweise ein wenig mit den Übernachtungskosten entgegen gekommen wäre - wie es wahrscheinlich in jedem anderen guten Hotel gehandhabt worden wäre. Auch auf meine schriftliche Anfrage diesbezüglich ein paar Tage später gab es keine Reaktion.

Gerenoveerd hotel aan stadsplein

Een aangenaam verblijf. Gratis parkeren. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Lichte en stille kamer. Goede bedden. Werkbureau, TV en koelkast. Voldoende kastruimte. Goed tapijt op de vloer. Goede verlichting. Verwarming goed te regelen. Hotel ligt tegenover een groot winkelcentrum, waar je eenvoudig kan ontbijten en het treinstation is vlakbij. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Keulen, Siegburg of Königswinter.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel und auch sehr entgegenkommend. Zimmer sind schön und ansprechend, bequeme Betten. Einchecken zu später Stunde sehr einfach und bequem. Ich komme regelmäßig wieder. Im Moment meine beste Wahl in Bonn

Bei einigen Zimmern fehlt im Bad eine Ablagefläche am Waschbecken und in der Dusche. Ich fand die Zimmer zu kalt und die Heizung ließ sich leider nicht regeln

Hotel Regina St. Augustin

Super sauber, Kaffee und Teebar mit kleinen Keksen kostenlos. Hotel liegt direkt 50 meter entfernt vom ÖPNV und einem riesigen Einkaufszentrum. Betten sehr bequem, Gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Lage. Kontaktloser Check- in und - out möglich.

Leider nur 4 hoteleigene Parkplätze. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Fühle mich ein bisschen betrogen

Haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was bestellt wurde. Haben ersucht um Erstattung des Differenzbetrages aufgrund der schlechteren Zimmerqualität, die Erstattung wurde versprochen aber nicht erstattet, trotz weiteren Anfragen. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, obwohl ausgewiesen.

Großes komfortables Zimmer

Riesiges Zimmer, zugegebenermaßen mit dem Charme der 1970er Jahre, aber neuem Bad und eine sehr nette Empfangsdame.

Die Umgebung ist leider etwas heruntergekommen und die Parkgarage gruselig. Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts.

Alles bestens, sehr sauberes Zimmer und am Wochenende ist das Parken auf dem öffentlich Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gratis.

Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer mit einem großen Bett, einem Mini-Kühlschrank, zwei Waschbecken und einer Badewanne. Den Punkt Sauberkeit gilt es hier nochmal hervorzuheben, selten ein Zimmer wie dieses gehabt, bei dem wirklich nirgendwo Schmutz zu finden war. Das Personal scheint auch sehr freundlich zu sein, man hat mir Abends trotz späterer Buchung und Abwesenheit der Rezeption (nur bis 18:00 Uhr), jemanden geschickt der mir die Zimmerkarten ausstellt. Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber verlief reibungslos über Booking.com (Chat-Funktion). Alles in allem ist das Hotel wärmstens weiterzuempfehlen.

Tip top

Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen, aber es gab einen Automat an dem man sich kostenlos Kaffee ect. ziehen konnte. Es liegt direkt am HUMA, das ist ein großen Einkaufszentrum, abends noch lecker aus essen gehen ins Nonna, dies liegt direkt vor der Tür. Trotzdem ist die Umgebung sehr leise. Sehr gut

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo miły personel

W pokoju oraz łazience było bardzo czysto. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Dobry pomysł żeby do kosmetyków dla gości dodać także szczoteczki do zębów i mini pastę. Przyjemnym akcentem były cukiereczki na poduszce. Wygodny parking przy budynku. Hotel godny polecenia.

wszystko było odpowiednie. Właściwie niczego nie trzeba ulepszać.

Могу отметить хороший персонал, приветливый и ответственный. Атмосферное место в стиле Прованс. Для меня ключевое: чистота - в номере чисто, и хороший санузел и наличие полотенец и средств гигиены - все было.

Fair value for money, clean hotel, will recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The bathroom was brand new, very modern, very nice with a rainshower. I even have a refrigerator in the room, which I find really nice.

The cleaning staff were noisy especially in the morning,.shouting in Arabic to each other. It woulde be nice to have a hair dryer.
