Stunning, large apartment in 110 year old historic building in the very heart of Downtown Brenham. You exit the stairs and are directly across from the courthouse grounds and any events that may be happening. Within steps of several shops and restaurants and walking distance from everything that makes Historic Downtown Brenham special. A short drive puts you in the middle of the famous Round Top Antiques Show or the Bluebonnets of Chappell Hill. Turn the other direction and you're less than an hour from College Station and A&M University. In 45 minutes you can be in Cypress, TX, a suburb of Houston, TX. Truly a fantastic location to vacation or get away with a small group.

Fully furnished with extra large and comfortable living space with additional seating area. Fully equipped kitchen with dining space that will seat up to 9 to 10 guests. We provide dinnerware, supplies, cooking utensils and more to make your stay worry free and easy.

Two large bedrooms with multiple beds, drawer space and plenty of closet space makes staying here very comfortable. Sleep up to 10 guests if you use the living area space as well as the extra inflatable beds provided.

Fully stocked restroom with tub and shower and washer/dryer make this space a gem for longer stays! You'll also have internet provided and several TVs with the ability to access your Netflix or other streaming sites.

Private access and public parking right next door complete this as the perfect place to stay!

We stayed here for the George Strait concert in College Station. This loft was perfect. So charming with the brick walls. Nicely decorated with everything we needed. This is one of those rare VRBO’s that you dont want to leave.

The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste. This was only an inconvenience (we would still stay again). -The unlock / lock of the Main Street door was a pain when you had multiple family members coming and going and only 1 key. Again, just an inconvenience but totally understand why it needs to be locked each time. Overall the place is great and we would stay again (without our toddler due to outside noises).

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, right in heart of everything with shops and restaurants just steps away. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and responsive, making the whole experience a breeze. We'll definitely stay here again!

The upstairs apartment had all the amenities of home and was beautifully decorated. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very quiet, on a downtown street. We walked to a restaurant downtown for dinner. Shops below the apartment were open during the day. We want to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This apartment was in a perfect location. I was there with 2 of my friends to attend the Roundtop Antiques event. Very short drive there. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect! That is very important because who wants to take a shower with just a trickle of water. We loved the decor and the manager was very responsive to any of our needs. We will definitely choose this apartment again in the future . Great place !!!

Our family ( couple with two sons in their 20s) visited Brenham and surrounding area for a few days following Christmas. The apartment was in a wonderful location- great coffee shop down the street, many restaurants, shops and wine bar- all within walking distance. It made for a great location too for day trips- Round Top, LaGrange, Shiner, etc. It was very spacious and clean…perfect for what we needed for some nice family time away. Thank you!

The apartment is charming. However, the bathroom bath mats were dirty. (I would recommend having hotel style mats that are washable each time) Also, I recommend changing the dark sheets & towels to white so that guests know the sheets & towels are clean and sanitized in hot water.

The apartment was beautiful enough to live in and located right on the courthouse square. We walked everywhere including the Barnhill for the concert we were attending. Check-in very easy and the proprietor was friendly and accommodating. We hope to come again.

Great large apartment with a lot of historic charm and perfect for what we wanted. We were attending a family wedding and had our adult children and grandchildren with us and this place was perfect and a great very safe location and good parking. It only has one bathroom which was fine for our needs. We would stay again.

This just the cutest apartment at the perfect location!! It was perfect for a girl's trip with my sister. It's bigger than I thought it would be. Very spacious and updated. It had everything we needed. The only downfall is the stairway up to the apartment. It's pretty long, but it has a landing if you need it. I'm 62, and not in the greatest shape, but I handled it without much trouble. The next time we come to the area, I hope we can stay here again!!

My friend and family came to stay at this apartment after spending the day in Round Top for the antique show. Owner was easy to communicate with, and she gave clear and concise instructions for how to check in (contactless). Apartment was clean, tidy and had plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy our night. It is also within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Would book again.

What a prime location on the square in Brenham! We stayed Christmas evening, and Aleesa made it a priority to call us that afternoon to ensure we understood the check in process and asked if we had questions. The property is spacious and had all the appropriate amenities. We’d stay here again.

Situated right on the historic town square of Brenham, you can't beat this location if you to do some hill country exploring. Restaurants, coffee shops, stores and more are all right outside the front door. The place itself is like a loft apartment and is very comfortable and charming, though keep in mind it's an old building. The floors creak a bit, we could hear a tenant upstairs walking around, and there was a ghostly wind-whistle noise in one of the bedrooms one night during a big thunderstorm. The place was very clean with plenty of light and comfortable furnishings. If I was just rating on the interior of the place itself I would give it 4 stars - clean, comfortable, charming - but nothing exceptional. It's really the location that makes the place and it you want to see Brenham, you couldn't do better than right downtown! I felt very safe as the exterior street door is locked an accessible only with a key, and then the door to the loft has a coded entry lock. Plus the town itself is a small rural town. We even went for a few late night strolls to window shop. Would definitely stay here again.
