Tolles Apartment, mit sehr nettem Personal und in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage.

Die Lage ist einerseits nahe zu einer wunderschönen Strandpromenade, wo man toll essen gehen und schwimmen kann und andererseits schön ruhig. Es ist ein wunderschönes Viertel um morgens eine Runde laufen zu gehen - allerdings recht hügelig. Das Apartment bietet zwie schöne Schlafzimmer, Terrase und Balkon, gemütliche Sofa und Fernsehecke, tolle Küche.

Stunning apartment with absolutely everything you could need. Peaceful location, close to a beach and about 10 min drive to the town beach too. A lovely stay thanks 😊

Only thing missing would be to have a hook for the shower head to hang off as we had to wedge it in the window. And a few more baking trays for in the oven.

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt in love with the apartment (decoration, clean , spacious) and the location is amazing, also in a quiet area and near the beach. And of course a BIG BIG thanks to Christos who welcomed us and he recommended us what to do and he was very helpful and friendly. We recommend it strongly

Great spot to relax

Great location, spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with the hot water on a Sunday night, called the supervisor who turned up with a tradesman within an hour and fixed the problem. He even left us a bottle of wine for our trouble. Outstanding customer service.

Perfect for what we needed but please sort out the shower

Nice quiet location, close to beaches, good AC in all of the rooms and contained everything we needed.

The bath and shower were not in good condition, tiles were cracked and dirty and the cold water in the shower stopped running completely on the third day. I assume this will be fixed/upgraded as we flagged it with the property. If it does then I would say it would be the perfect apartment.

Great stay at the calm place after a stormy week )

Perfect location, close to the beaches. Great quiet terrace, good for coming together after a week sailing under hard stormy wind :) The host explained everything about water and heating, so our stay was perfect (yet short :))

Fab apartment, easy booking and communication, lovely area

Lovely comfortable apartment with great facilities, particularly the complete blackout shutters! Christos was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, I could WhatsApp him throughout our stay. The apartment was in a lovely little complex with well-maintained gardens. Fantastic place, would highly recommend.

The perfect way to visit Athens

A bit outside the city, but easy to reach by car and no doubt worthwhile the trip as the location is very beautiful. Thank you Christos for your very caring and yet discrete attendance and your clean, spacy, fully equipped flat. We enjoyed it all to the max.

Best place in Vouliagmeni for families with kids

We really enjoyed spending a quiet weekend in this cosy house, hidden from the crowd of Vouliagmeni. Bedrooms are in a separate floor and this is very convenient for families with kids. The small green garden is perfect to just drop your bathing suits and things full of sand when getting back from the beach!

Peaceful. Safe. Blue skies. Pine trees. Clean and conformance apartment. Perfect. Go!

Pretty apartment with balconies nestled in pine tree tops with the sea just beyond. Perfect for families, lone travellers and couples. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Coffee machine, advice on transportation to various areas, in-house breakfast service. Beautiful coastal walks and short strolls to supermarkets and Voula. I had a fabulous 9 days! And will return! 🧜🏾‍♀️🌸❤️

I was unfamiliar with the air conditioning system and would have liked to have been instructed on the remote control. Downstairs AC was a bit noisy. But not terrible. Couldn’t watch any English programmes or films.
