Villa Donna, a private villa with swimming pool, is located in the area of Marina di Modica, an area that has four blue flag beaches, just a few kilometres from baroque towns such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and Noto. Surrounded by a luxurious garden, well-equipped terraces offering beautiful sea views, the villa is ideal for sea lovers and families with children.
The villa develops over three levels and is divided into two buildings, a main house and a smaller house, that overlook the swimming pool.
MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor we have the dining and living room area, modern kitchen, two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with shower, laundry room and terrace.
On the first floor, we find another lounge area, one double bedroom with walk-in closet, one bathroom with shower and a veranda.
On the second floor, we have one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace.
SMALL HOUSE
This smaller house develops over two levels only. On the ground floor (accessible from the outside only) we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom that can be a twin or a double also with en-suite bathroom with shower and the terrace.
On the first floor, we find a living area with dining room and kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom, a separate bathroom with shower and a veranda.
Outside, the house offers extensive terraces equipped with comfortable furniture and table with chairs for al-fresco dining, a large private swimming pool (15x8m; 1.3 – 2.3m deep; open from April 1 – October 31; depuration: salt) surrounded by sun lounges and umbrellas. There is a fitness area and two bathrooms with shower.
Facilities: air conditioning (15 units), Wi-Fi Internet, six satellite TV, iPod Docking station, CD and DVD player, computer, two dishwashers, two electric ovens, two espresso machines, two freezers, four fridges, hairdryer, highchair, two hob electric burners, nine hob gas burners, ice maker, iron, two microwaves, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, security safe, toaster, two washing machines, barbecue, bed linen with weekly change, bath towels with mid-week change, daily cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms (3 hours), baby cot, private parking inside the property, pool towels with weekly change, welcome basket with breakfast items.
