Sprawled over nearly two acres, this home’s brand new full kitchen is equipped with all the amenities needed to prepare and serve meals to your group. The large open kitchen (with luxurious appliances like an extra large refrigerator, a farm sink, and a prep island) seamlessly leads to an oversized deck where panoramic views of the Puget Sound and surrounding islands greet you. Relax in front of the centrally located wood-burning fireplace. You may even catch a glimpse of a bald eagle flying overhead or a pod of Orca Whales swimming in the bay. An outdoor kitchen provides extended living and dining space while you enjoy the spectacular scenery. Engage in a friendly (or competitive) game of volleyball on the grass court overlooking the Sound. Meander down a sweet tree-lined path to 200 feet of waterfront, where your group can swim, kayak, and paddleboard by day and gather around a bonfire at night!
Across the street, is the historic Greenbank Farm where you can shop, dine, and indulge in local wines, craft beers and award-winning Whidbey Pies! Just up the road is the quaint Greenbank General Store, where you can restock on the necessities and delectables. Fantastic spot for gathering and creating lifetime memories. House has beautiful views, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife (eagles, deer), games, well stocked kitchen, grill, etc. Easy access to beach.

The Modern farmhouse in Greenbank, the property and the Island were all beyond expectations. We are a family of 16, including 8 grandkids. The kids LOVED the bunk room! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, an amazing kitchen and outstanding views of the water!! We all enjoyed spending time at the beach. The yard was perfect for the kids as well. We loved exploring the island, lots of hiking trails, lush forests, farmland and outstanding beaches. It was a perfect vacation get-away.

This is a fantastic house. It is loaded with everything a family of 16 (9 adults and 7 kids!) needed to enjoy a week together. The kitchen is stocked with tools and flatware/cookware. There is loads of pantry and refrigerator/freezer/wine fridge space. The outside kitchen area is a huge bonus. The common areas are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Opening the two giant sliding doors was my favorite part of each morning. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The bunkroom for kids was a lifesaver. Our patriarch needs a walker to get around and accessibility was a breeze for her. We were even able to get her down to the beach via the gradual grass path. The volleyball/badminton net is a HUGE plus as are the CornHole boards. There are also loads of games and puzzles in the living room cupboards. Walking distance to Greenbank Farm Winery, House of Cannabis dispensary, and the amazing Greenbank Deli are chef's kiss on what is otherwise a stunning location. Our weather was quite warm and the house was able to stay cool thanks to the daily breeze, shades, and mini-splits.
The huge yard was freshly groomed and beautiful. The cons?? Icemaker was kaput and the water temp was more difficult to get cold than it was to be warm or hot. Can't figure that one out.

The house and view are absolutely gorgeous! Living and eating areas easily accommodated our party of 14 adults! We loved seeing the eagles flying in out next door and the deer on the property as well! Beautiful and comfortable for all for 5 days of family fun! Thanks Vacasa!

The house is beautiful inside and out. If you like nature, you will see lots of eagles nesting nearby as well as deer.

Lovely house easily accommodated our large group for a family 80th birthday celebration. The large living room for family gathering with sweeping view and incredible sunrises were highlights. Private beach access and ability to easily launch the kayak we brought with us was a nice surprise.

Great location right on the water! Gorgeous views of sunrise, water and mountains. Rooms are large and it’s easy to cook a meal with the double sinks and tons of counter space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are big enough and nicely laid out. House could use a little TLC on maintenance and cleanliness issues. Also, really needs a house manual—very challenging to come in and operate all the various systems with no written guidance. And very little info on listing itself.

Our company's leadership team met for almost a week to plan out our future. The property is beautiful and the home super conducive to both group sessions and private moments for rest and reflection. We had a snag with the cleanliness of the kitchen and common areas when we checked in but the owner was super responsive. Worth a visit.

We had a wonderful stay. The space, details, and property are incredible. There is plenty to do between the games, beach, TVs, hosting space, and more. Highly recommend renting this space for your next vacation!

My family recently enjoyed a 3 generation reunion at this house. It had more than enough room for all 15 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highlights were the size and usability of the well stocked and equipped kitchen, the game room and bunk bed room + games and puzzles for the grandkids, the location which was close enough to enjoy activities on the island but still felt private, easy access to the beach, and most of all, the incredible main floor and primary bedroom water view with snow covered mountains in the distance.
The only possible negative was an issue with the heat for the bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. However, Vacasa promptly sent someone to make adjustments to correct the problem.
Overall, we had a wonderful time on our 1st trip to Whidbey Island and, although it was quite chilly, we certainly felt there was plenty to do both on the island and at the house to keep everyone - ages 2 to 73 happy.
Do not hesitate to choose this beautiful house for a vacation. As wonderful as it is, the view is absolutely breathtaking.

Amazing stay!
The home is so beautiful and so comfortable. Honestly there are no issues with this home at all it's the perfect amount of space and layout. We loved the big doors that opened up to the view of the water. We spent all of our time just looking at the view. It was really a dream and we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Modern Farmhouse with Amazing Sunrise Views
This home is impressive from the moment you drive up, walk around the three levels, and just look at the view out the sliding doors. Love the kitchen island, and has more than enough kitchen equipment and space, love all the garbage / recycle bins, the serving platters, the dishes and appliances. Living room couches and chairs super comfortable and all the decor was wonderful to experience. Bedrooms have all you need, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, place to put your suitcase, luxury bedding and towels.
The sunrises are spectacular! I usually like sunsets, and don’t always like getting up early, but these were worth it! The grounds are also just amazing from the deck, outdoor furniture, fire table, the gentle sloping grass path to the beach, the easy beach access with chairs down below to just relax and enjoy the beach.
Our only issue was going in October, the house was super cold, and the heater kept resetting back to 55 degrees. Fortunately the customer service was amazing and they brought space heaters to help heat up the rooms we were mostly using.
I would highly recommend this place, as perfect for small or large groups. We even had a blast playing the lawn games and air hockey in the downstairs.

Spectacular view and location
Eleven of us from 8-80, cooked together, played volleyball and badminton, games, the beach, a well designed and comfortable house. We drove around but the most fun was staying home!

What a beautiful house...and view!
Every morning waking up to the sunrise was very special. We really enjoyed the big kitchen and island, and the oversized refrigerator was a nice bonus. All of the beds were very comfortable too. The sliding doors in the living room were really cool since there are hardly any bugs at all in the PNW, and the weather was perfect. What a wonderful getaway in the perfect house! I would highly recommend anyone to rent this place for a family or friends vacation.

Whidbey Island get away
Nice time had by all. Kids had a great time exploring the beach! Lots of sea-life & bald eagles. Must use back door under deck for keyless entry as the side door keyless entry was dead. We had a large group (16) so took extra paper towels and TP because previous reviews indicated tight inventory on these items (they were right). Supply of hand soap was pretty weak, had to go buy more of that essential too. Also no tissues (a must with runny nose kids).

We had an absolutely great time in this beautiful house! Plenty of amenities and towels and sheets! Absolutely amazing kitchen with all the equipment we needed. The beds were all so comfy and cozy and access to the beach was easy and perfect. We loved staying here and would do it again and again. Thanks so much!

The house was amazing for our group of 14. The pictures don't do it justice! We are all foodies who love to cook. The kitchen was well-stocked. Our only suggestion would be that they provide a list of the things that are available in the kitchen (like a KitchenAid mixer and literally every size of bowl, pot and pan you could ever need). We didn't know what to expect so we packed way too heavy and didn't need any of the kitchen supplies we brought. Oh, and the listing says there is an espresso maker - which there is not - so that needs to be updated.The furnishings and decor are beautiful & the home is in incredible shape and very well maintained. The bedding was awesome, the beds were super comfy and even the kids bunk room was more that we expected. There were 5 bunks (10 beds)! The beach access is down a very gentle sloping hill, so it's easy to get to through a beautiful path. There is plenty of parking, so much outdoor space and an outdoor container full of fun supplies like badminton, volleyball and cornhole. The BBQ and outdoor kitchen area were an added bonus!The only bad thing about the entire experience was having to leave. We are already talking about planning our next adventure (this time for a few more nights as 3 didn't feel like enough time to enjoy it all!)

Lived up to expectations
This is a great house, especially when traveling with friends or extended family. There are plenty of sleeping spaces, including the bunk room that was perfectly setup both for sleeping lots of kids and for epic daytime fort building.
Kitchen is well appointed, and there’s enough seating for the whole house. There is also a large walk in pantry, which was so nice to have to stash all our food (I don’t understand rental houses that have zero empty cupboards or pantry to store food!). The fridge / freezer is also extra large; we were concerned about fitting all the food for a week for our large group, but it all fit no problem!
We appreciated all the outdoor space! Room for throwing football, playing volleyball, and for just running around.
I am surprised they don’t have pictures of the path to the beach; we were a little nervous what it would be like and it’s GREAT! It’s a very wide grass path with a gentle slope. Easy to access the beach and pretty, the beach itself is also great (again I’m surprised they don’t have better pictures); there’s a good sized grass area at bottom of the path, then beach is rough sand / small rocks, great for kids to play on. In addition there’s chairs down there and a fire pit. With the exception of one day that was stormy the water was crystal clear and very calm; excellent for SUP and kayaking.
We actually had an issue with the septic while there, but the management company was extremely responsive, good communication, and was able to get fixed. There were also a few small items in the house that needed attention (knives super dull, needed more kitchen towels, bathroom soaps left near empty); but these were all small and passed on to management to correct.

Absolutely beautiful house--fit 3 families easily, and could have fit more. Beautiful design throughout the house, and comfortable beds and seating. Great lower level for kids. The deck and the view are fantastic, and it's a very short path to a lovely beach. Our Vacasa property manager was great and super responsive.
Only feedback is that the house is pretty understocked--not enough TP, paper towels, aluminum foil, dishwasher detergent, bath towels, coffee, tupperware, serving dishes, etc. No Kleenex or ziploc bags anywhere to be found. For a 7 bedroom house with a 5 night minimum stay, more than just a few rolls of TP or dishwasher pods are definitely needed.
Otherwise, we loved it and will definitely come back!

Lovely House
We visited during the end of October and loved this house.
The pros:
- Gorgeous house. All of the rooms were designed with so much thought and functionality. The decor and furniture are beautiful, but not fragile. It all made for a wonderful, safe and comfortable space for children (and adults!).
- Breathtaking views. There were stunning views of the ocean and mountains from the main living area and many of the bedrooms.
- Great proximity. It is just a 5-10 min walk from Whidbey Pies and a winery. We enjoyed our walk there for lunch!
- Lovely yard. Although we didn't go outside much since it was so cold, we did appreciate the very gentle walk down to the shore from the house. We had a toddler in our group and she was able to do the walk herself.
- Stocked kitchen. Plenty of appliances, pots/pans, serving ware and cutlery.
- Plenty of puzzles! Although the two we tried were each missing 3 pieces :(
The cons:
- The security alarm went off right before we were about to have dinner and intermittently went from the soft beeping to an extremely loud siren for about an hour. Vacasa did not have the code and had a hard time contacting the owner. The police even showed up, and were unable to turn off the alarm. Would also like to mention we had no hand in unintentionally/intentionally arming the house or setting off the alarm in any way. Vacasa is crediting me back some amount for this, so that is greatly appreciated.
- There was a smell of sewage in the basement, especially in the common area by the tv. Didn't seem to dissipate at all during our entire stay. It wasn't too terrible, but it was pungent enough that everyone noticed it.
Overall, the pros greatly outweighed the cons and we would love to stay again.

- Gorgeous house. All of the rooms were designed with so much thought and functionality. The decor and furniture are beautiful, but not fragile. It all made for a wonderful, safe and comfortable space for children (and adults!).
- Breathtaking views. There were stunning views of the ocean and mountains from the main living area and many of the bedrooms.
- Great proximity. It is just a 5-10 min walk from Whidbey Pies and a winery. We enjoyed our walk there for lunch!
- Lovely yard. Although we didn't go outside much since it was so cold, we did appreciate the very gentle walk down to the shore from the house. We had a toddler in our group and she was able to do the walk herself.
- Stocked kitchen. Plenty of appliances, pots/pans, serving ware and cutlery.
- Plenty of puzzles! Although the two we tried were each missing 3 pieces :(
The cons:
- The security alarm went off right before we were about to have dinner and intermittently went from the soft beeping to an extremely loud siren for about an hour. Vacasa did not have the code and had a hard time contacting the owner. The police even showed up, and were unable to turn off the alarm. Would also like to mention we had no hand in unintentionally/intentionally arming the house or setting off the alarm in any way. Vacasa is crediting me back some amount for this, so that is greatly appreciated.
- There was a smell of sewage in the basement, especially in the common area by the tv. Didn't seem to dissipate at all during our entire stay. It wasn't too terrible, but it was pungent enough that everyone noticed it.
Overall, the pros greatly outweighed the cons and we would love to stay again.

Already trying to book for next summer - PERFECTION
Within a few hours from returning from the weekend, I've had several people ask me for the link to this house - it was immaculate.
We had about 8 adults (originally 10) and 2 kids (a couple toddlers as well) and it was the perfect place for a big group. There are 6 full size rooms great for couples, and the basement room has about 10 bunks with a large center area for kids to play in. The air hockey table was used, and very fun.
Every TV is equipped with Hulu or Netflix, and I do believe every room has one. Functionality wise, the house was perfect - we are all people who enjoy kicking and had great kitchen envy - they were smart to put in the GIANT freezer/fridge for all the food to feed the people, and everything was well labeled and full stocked.
For aesthetics, I've been asked to ask the owners where they got their couch, their silverware, the fixtures - it was very well designed. The view was sweeping and surreal, with a wrap around deck you don't want to leave. It was a short walk to the beach, and an 8 minute walk to the Deli for quick needs. So much to do, and I think our family vacation wouldn't had been as perfect if we picked a different house - book in advance! Space is already limited!
Things to note: 2 nights is not enough, you'll want to stay longer as there is plenty to do in the house, walking distance and driving distance. Come prepared with bug repellant as well as the mosquitos come out being by the water.
Lastly - the logistics/instructions were the best I've seen, even compared to VRBO and AirBnB - the directions, wifi, check in and response rate, all impeccable. I'll definitely use Vacasa again as well!

Family Vacation on Whidbey Island
The house is amazing, the view is spectacular on the huge deck, the location and beach is perfect. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and comfortable house, great location for exploring all of Whidbey Island. We will definitely be coming back to this place again and again.
