We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The rooms were well furnished, very clean, and everything we needed was in the. The hostess was very quick to provide any assistence when we needed extra towels or had any questions.
It was a great location -- very near to the metro station, made it easy to get everywhere in the city. Would recommend this place to friends.

My family of 9 stayed in the apartment when we visited Rome. Frederica was a great host and we appreciated her hospitality. The home was clean and we loved how thoughtful the hosts planning was. The home was already stalked with milk, juice, water, coffee, pastries/cake, so we did not have to buy much when we arrived. The home was also located in a great area, it was a short walk to the train and to the Vatican, which was our first stop on our trip. There is a mall that we went to that was in walking distance, not to mention the famous Pizza restaurant Bonci a must try if you are staying in this area. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this apartment and host to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Rome! you won't regret it.

Location was not bad, close to metro.
The showers didn’t drain well, some chipped glasses and bowls in the cupboard. Molded tea kettle and electric pot for hot water was disgusting along w some other dirty pots. The people above us were very loud and noisy.
The water temperature was not hot for very long and no pressure. Disappointed for the amount of money spent, but my family enjoyed Italy.

A clean apartment with three very large rooms, one large and one small room. Very clean, well appointed.
Located about 15 mins walk to St Peters Square and importantly 8 mins walk to Cipro Underground if you wish to connect to the other tourist areas of Rome.
Communication with owner is easy and fast. Very obliging.
The only negative I think is that there is noticeable noise from the busy road downstairs even with the windows and blinds down. It is traffic noise not drunken tourist noise though. Also one night you can hear footfall and voices from the apartment above (?), if they are perhaps using a certain room. Having said this, it did not prevent me from sleeping.
A very pleasant stay

The house is located 10 mins walking to Vatican city. The house is very clean, modern and with lots of amenities. The fridge and kicthen were stuffed with breakfast food (cereal, bread, cakes, juices, milk cofee etc etc) and they clean the house every 2 days.
The host (Signora Federica) is awesome. She gets back to you right away and she also helps with transportation to and from Airport (highly recommended if you are a group of 4 or more)
The house is close to storer, cofees (Pasticceria Sicilina on the corner) and great restourants. There is a good supermarket at the corber of the house. The Metro is less than 5 mins walking.
Note: This summerr, the metro during the months on July and August closes at 9PM (due to repair) so every night we had to take a cab back or walk back home, which is not very expensive (~ 12-15 Euros, depending on where you are)
We loved the house and we will definelty go back there next time we are going to Rome

The apartment is spacious and centrally located. You can find tons of food options within a few blocks. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. Having two full
Bathrooms was wonderful for our group. Wi-Fi is good. A/C is cold. Water is hot. Federica is a delight to communicate with and makes certain you have everything you need. We loved our stay here and hope to return soon.

I have stayed at many VRBO locations and have not yet found a better host than Frederica! From the moment we met her while arriving at the apartment. This host was very easy to communicate with prior to even leaving. Frederica arranged our airport pickup and the driver not only was very professional but also was friendly and welcoming. We had all the info of the surrounding neighborhood with shops, trains, restaurants, readily available and also had lists typed out and printed on the back of the entry door. She surprised us with a full sized decorated Christmas Tree in our master Bedroom and made us reservations for local Christmas dinner with a fantastic restaurant a few blocks away. Frederica was always available with texts and the cleaning crew kept the refrigerator stocked as well as the towels and linens. I will 100% recommend this host and apartment to everyone reading this as well as my friends and family. This is now what all hosts will be measured against. We can not wait to return and the Cafe / Espresso / bakery steps from the entrance was our daily starting place. 10/10. Buon Natale!

Residential Roma Apartment
We had a nice stay at the apartment. There is no common "living space"; all the rooms are bedrooms w/ a dining table in the entrance. It is in a residential area about 15-20 walk from the Vatican. Plan to take a taxi - or subway - to see all the sights in the city; it is too far to walk (at least in July). There is a great grocery store 1 minute around the corner and a great coffee shop - Coffee Time 49 (4 minute walk) and they have terrific coffees and pastries. Several other great places to eat in the neighborhood.

Great experience!
Nothing but good things to say about this place. Clean, quiet, spacious and centrally located. Loved morning coffee on the small terraces. Our group of 8 spent four days while visiting Rome this month and everything was as advertised and Federica was very responsive to the few questions we had, Highly recommend this place!

Perfect for a family of 10 for 6 nights.
Everything advertised was even better than I hoped. We had a wonderful week in Rome. And the apartment made it even better. Owner is so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely apartment
This is a lovely property. We were two families: 4 adults and 4 children. It was large enough for us. Frederica was very responsive and helped arrange transportation as well. The apartment is very close to the Vatican and the metro. Many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Will stay again.

Great place to stay
The place was very clean and was just like the pictures posted. We had a family of seven and all of us had enough space. Not very far from the train station which we used a lot. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Federica was a very pleasant person to work with on booking and all the questions she answered for us. What amazed us was the wonderful cake and pastries she provided every day. Helped give us a start for our daily walking. Would not hesitate to book this again if we went back to Rome. Worth every penny. If in Rome book this one. I looked at hundreds of places and the comments were all correct of describing this place.

Nice big apartment near the Vatican - no complaints about the apartment but there should be two complete sets of keys (including entrance and apartment door). One of our guests took the key for the apartment door and had difficulty to enter the apartment building entrance. Also, the apartment is on the sixth floor. The elevator was out of service for almost two days - so our guests had to carry their luggage down six flights (better than up six flights). This is not a reflection on the apartment itself but it should be considered.

Plenty of Room to Rome!
Frederica is an excellent host. We had no problems finding the place or checking in and being close to the metro (Cipro) station made it ideal for exploring anywhere we want to go. The apartment was clean, well equipped and plenty latge enough for our group of 7 and would have easily fit 10.

Great, cool June stay in Rome
This property is an excellent place to stay! It worked well for 5 adults and 3 kids. The A/C is excellent after a long, hot day of walking around Rome. It’s a great size and layout. Very modern and clean. Federica was helpful in helping us get van transfers and giving local recommendations. The location is an easy walk to taxi stand, metro stop, and Vatican sights. Nice local restaurants to eat in as well, with a delicious pastry shop across the street.
I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.

Fantastic
I loved this apartment. It was spacious, clean, it had breakfast items (daily restocked). Federica was even better than the apartment. She was so helpful and very accessible. She is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions we had. Without Federica, I don’t know if our stay would’ve been so wonderful. The guides she recommended were amazing and worth every penny. The recommended restaurants did not disappoint. Federica went above and beyond to make sure our visit to Rome would be everything we wanted it to be. Thanks Federica!!!

beautiful, clean apartment
Perfect location - walking distance to the Vatican and convenient for Uber rides to all the city's sites. The apartment is spacious and clean and well kept. Federica was great - very responsive! Kitchen is well stocked with breakfast supplies. Loved our stay at her apartment while in Rome!

Great Experience!
Large flat in a very good location. The metro station was a fairly short walk (.02 miles). Federica was so helpful. She arranged transportation from the airport & allowed us to check in early. We had 8 people in our party & we had plenty of room. Because the kitchen is very narrow we did an assembly line each morning, but it was actually fun. Federica has someone that cleans each day & replenishes basic breakfast items, this was very nice. There’s not much soundproofing in this building, so the people upstairs were really loud. The larger beds are queen size, I loved that! If we’re ever back in Rome, I’d definitely stay here again. There is a little place, down the road (the bar) super nice owner & great sandwiches.

Home away from home.
Federica left no detail to comfort amiss. The apartment was everything and more than I had hoped Very tasteful design, convenient location, spotlessly clean. comfy beds. These are the things I expected, but the feeling of home was such a joy. Rome is a busy city with lots of people and the quiet respite of this apartment is the perfect place to rest and replenish. We even took an afternoon off to relax with a nap with the bedroom balcony doors open to let in the gentle breeze! Rome has so much to offer and this is the perfect property to enjoy the city. There were 7 adults in my group. The bedrooms were large and private. The hot water was in abundance and the kitchen stocked with every imaginable comfort. We each enjoyed our own breakfast and coffee in the mornings. Federica thought of everything! Every taste and diet found something to enjoy. I can’t say enough about this property but I will definitely consider this my home when in Rome.

It was perfect!
Our family of ten visited Rome in July and our accomodations were perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It is a short walking distance from the metro and also a short distance from the Vatican City. If you are traveling with a big group to Rome this is the way to go. We highly recommend it. We want to thank Federica for sharing her apartment with us. It was the perfect place for our family.

Great location, wonderful unit, exceeded our expectations.
Fredrica is an incredible host. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities our family of 8 required. Provided every morning was breakfast, and the apartment was cleaned daily. I give this apartment my highest recommendations.

Perfect Place
My family and I loved the apartment. The area is convenient to the metro. The apartment is exactly as described. The breakfast was great and there was more than enough for the 7 of us. Federica welcomed us as if we were old friends. She was also very helpful. I highly recommend the apartment and when I return to Rome this will be my first choice.

Great Location and Very Clean/Comfortable
It is close to the Vatican and an easy 15 walk. There are plenty of local restaurants and fruit stands within a few minutes walk. I recommend the Metro station which is a 5 minute walk. You can get anywhere you want to go within Rome via the Metro. We found it easier to get on the Metro for one stop to see St Peters.

Best B and B in Rome
My Dragon Boat was competition gin races in Venice. We needed a place in Rome to accommodate 9 of us after the races. I started talking with Federica about six months ago to plan for us to stay in her apartment close to Vatican City. She was always patient, helpful and understanding as I worked on logistics. The apartment is beautiful with fine articultural elements from the paint color to the molding. Having daily maid service was a big plus! She arranged for a taxi to meet us at the train station which was very helpful. I cannot thank her enough for a fantastic stay in Rome. I am highly recommending this apartment for groups or 3 couples.

Everything exceeds expectations!
This apartment was perfect! It is very large, and beautifully decorated. There were 6 adults and a newborn in our party, and we were treated exceptionally well. Federica is easily accessible, and very responsive to all queries, whether they be questions or concerns. She was eager to help when we had complications regarding our travel to Rome, and arranged for a driver to pick us up from the train station.
Federica met us at the apartment with the keys, and provided us with a lot of pertinent information. She has posted on the door a list of restaurants, both nearby, and around Rome. There is also a list of restaurants providing gluten free menu items. Since our daughter is gluten intolerant, this was welcome information. As it turns out, Rome has many restaurants that are skilled in providing delicious meals for those with or without celiac.
A housekeeper came to the apartment daily, and replenished breakfast foods each day.
This apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Vatican museums, and a 15 minute walk from St. Peter's Square. There is a Metro station that is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment. No matter where you want to go in Rome, this apartment is proximate to the transportation needed to get you there.
I cannot say enough good things about this apartment's manager, Federica. She was always responsive to my emails, and patiently answered all questions regarding this property. Federica is very accommodating, and truly wants to help her guests have the best experience possible while in Rome.
Our family loved staying at this apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to be close to a lot of restaurants, and want to be close to transportation to see the major sights of Rome. I've used VRBO several times and, although I have always had good experiences, this was by far the best apartment and property manager so far.
10.0 / 10.0
Superb. Nicely done.
Federica is an outstanding, genuine host. Wants you to enjoy your stay. Very clean place.
Fresh food for breakfast ready upon arrival (breads, cheese, juice, etc.).
Slept 10 easily. Dinner table for 10 also.
2 baths and 2 showers, though 1 shower is a squeeze.
There are a number of shops nearby. If you want pizza, try the Pizza Station (short walk) and the pastry shop on the corner across from the pizza shop. Outstanding wood oven pizza with very reasonable pricing. Take-out only. Looks like a hole in the wall, but great pizza.
We walked about 13 mins to the Vatican Museum entrance. Walked to various sites from there and took metro back. Nice location.
(Heads up: Regardless of where you stay, Rome charges 3.5 Euro tax per person per day. Need to have ready upon arrival. In other words, Rome has never gotten over its multi-thousand year urge to tax the little guys.)

The apartment was in a quiet part of the city. 10 minute walk to the Vatican. Very tastefully decorated. My only critique - the beds were squeaky, very comfortable but squeaky. Immaculately clean.

The apartment was spacious. The host was so sweet and friendly. It was close to the metro, just a couple of blocks. Close to grocery store and we felt safe.

Our trip by seven friends to Italy got off to a fabulous start thanks to a 3-night stay at Federica's apartment. The accommodation gave us room to eat together plus enough very comfortable bedrooms for our own space. Kitchen was well equipped, albeit small, with morning food waiting for us and replenished each day. Bathrooms were clean and well lit. Federica was very responsive to any of our questions. The location is handy to public transportation and walkable to the Vatican. I would recommend this place to friends who have several people in their party. Federica also arranged for very helpful driver to meet us at airport and take us to the train station upon our departure.
