Its a nice& comfortable home in a nice community (Cobbly Knob) but the house could use some updating.

There was a nice view though some trees could be cut to improve view. Didnt have other houses on top of you. There was plenty of room for 4 people. Beds were comfortable.It was nice to have hot tub and screened in so kept out bugs.

This home needs updating and some TLC.I could not get any thing on upstairs tv in MB( cable box was dead even though plugged in), they even sent someone out and he never fixed the problem. The universal remote did not work for living room tv so you could not access apps (my netflix,Amazon)to watch movies or improve the horrible picture (old tv) and small maybe 42 inch. There was no propane in either tank for grill. No can opener but one was brought next day . i ve stayed in many rental homes and there are always spices, none in this home. Toaster burnt toast even on setting 1.

truly a mountain charm ♥️

the privacy , the beautiful nature around it the beds were so comfortable and the cabin has everything you need , we enjoyed the hot tub every night after coming home from walking and hiking and shopping all day , the internet reception was great for being up there in the mountains. I also loved it how peaceful and quiet it was to come home from the business and crowds from Gatlinburg town , and not far from Pigeon Forge , Sevierville either .

can’t think of anything, I was looking forward to see a bear but I didn’t 😐

I would highly recommend staying here, and would like to stay here the next time I plan to come to Smoky Mountains

I really liked that my visit was so smooth. I was just a text away from guest services, and they were always very communicative. The location was amazing and the property was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table.

A great, extremely quiet, secluded location with lots of charm!!

We really enjoyed the stay! The men did use the golf facilities and complained on how hard the course was!! LOL We never did have time to use the pool but did locate both facilities. They looked really nice. WE SAW THE BEARS!! You told us to be aware!! On the afternoon of our arrival, we saw a mother and her three cubs up in the woods. They never approached and we made sure to follow ALL the rules concerning the trash! IT WAS AWESOME SEEING THOSE BEAUTIFUL ANIMALS IN THEIR LIVE SURROUNDINGS!

Well, to be honest, we thought the pool was located on our property. We didn't realize it was a community pool. I just may have misread the information.

Snowy Mountain Charm

“Mountain Charm” perfectly describes this cabin! If you can make it past the steep, curvy driveway, you will love this place! It was just as described: updated, tastefully decorated, cozy, comfortable, and has a large deck with a beautiful view of the mountains. It also had a pool tables, hot tub, lots of games, and WiFi (which was a blessing, especially since there was no cell service).

Unfortunately, we encountered a terrible rain/wind storm that kept us up all night (lost power). The next night (Christmas Eve), temps dropped fast and a snowstorm hit. Instead of the predicted 1-2”, we got 6-8” snow. We started back to the cabin about 20-30 minutes after the snow started, but we were unable to make it back up the mountain to our cabin even in that short amount of time. The mountain also lost power for 2 days. Many were stranded, but luckily we made it back to town and founding lodging for the rest of our trip. Jackson Mountain Homes was wonderful! They refunded the two nights we were unable to access our cabins for which we were grateful. We would definitely stay here again, but preferably during the summer next time!
