Big, beautiful and directly on the water. There is so much to appreciate in this flexible and luxurious 5 bedroom (4 En suites), 4.5 bath, massive 3000+sq ft Bay front Town home spanning 3 floors, featuring dual gourmet granite and stainless kitchens, 2 open living areas, 2 fireplaces, and 3 spacious decks overlooking a 35' boat slip. The best part is the whole house is yours while you overlook the calm and protected waters of St. George's Thoroughfare with panoramic skyline views.

You can also Jump Right In! Enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, crabbing, fishing, kayaking (2 included with home) boating or wave runners right out your back door on the massive dock. Put your feet in the water, enjoy floating in the calm water or simply sunbathing at the water’s edge with a cold beverage. Want to relax, pull up a chair on one of the 3 decks overlooking the skyline. Feel like being close to the water, sit on the dock and put your feet in the water while you watch the sunrise or sunset or even both. There is even an area to have breakfast, lunch or dinner right on the water after grilling waterfront.

Feeling adventurous, you can paddle board from your back door right to the beach located at The Point. Have a 4x4? Bring it with you and take a ride on the beach. Just a 3 minute drive and you will arrive at one of the only beach towns that allows you to drive directly on. This property also offers 2 to 3 parking spaces.

Conveniently close to town, shopping, dining and entertainment just minutes to the beach or a quick $10 Uber ride to your favorite Casino, Gourmet Restaurant or show in Atlantic City. Hungry, take a walk to local restaurants. Need groceries or a snack? You are in luck as this is conveniently located to Wawa, Dunkin Donuts and Acme.

Just as the title says, the pictures don't do justice! This house is HUGE! As soon as you enter, there is a long hallway (where we placed our shoes) and stairs that go up to the second level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms (one with a full bathroom), a kitchen (lower level does not have a stove), living room, and a lower deck where you can grill & chill. The second level has a full kitchen, living room, and balcony. The second and a half level has 1 bedroom with a full bathroom and also a half bathroom next to it. The third level has 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a full bath & 1 master bedroom with the master bathroom (jacuzzi that doesn't work because of a previous leak) AND its own balcony. I docked off one star because I contacted the owner through text and never received a reply back. The following night we had trouble switching on the string lights at the lower deck. I called the owner to see where the light switches for the lower deck was and he didn't answer. I called him a second time and he seemed too busy to talk, but tried to answer my questions. After 10 minutes of trying to figure it out, we decided to test the outlet with a phone charger and realized that it was the actual outlet that didn't work. So, if you plan on grilling at night, bring a lamp. Out of consideration, I think that he should have given me a heads up that he was going to be busy the weekend I was renting his place.

House was in a great location,had more than enough room for my group of 10. The house had everything you.could need to stay inside for 4 days, whichnis exactly what we did supermarket delivery A+ and only 1 block away. House had some issues owner was more than understanding and accommodating to situations even beyond his control view is beautiful....will be back

This 3 level home was perfect for our family celebration. Plenty of room for all 8 of us, gorgeous water front view, perfect weather. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a weekend here for a friend's bachelor party and it couldn't have been better. The location is perfect!!! We loved being able to relax outside by the water, but we were close enough to just hop in a car or uber and head to the casinos. It seemed to give the best of both worlds, being around the beach and AC. The house was clean, had plenty of room for everyone to stay, and great views being on the water. I would recommend for any groups going to AC for the weekend! I would come back with a group for another weekend!

This place was amazing! The weekend hotel rates at casino are pretty expensive but we’re glad we’re able to find this gem! It was conveniently located 5 mins from borgata and harrahs which in my opinion the two nicest casino. There were plenty of shops nearby for food and necessities which is walkable on a nice day only 7 minutes. The house itself was clean and well maintained. There is plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep but most important 4 bathrooms!!! We enjoyed bbq on the porch and overseeing the water. I would highly recommend this space and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

This house was is perfect to getaway with the family. We stayed for a weekend and are coming back in the summer. It was too cold while we were there, but kids can swim off the dock while you watch from the deck. It is also, very spacious with and excellent kitchen. We had our meals right on the water. Very relaxing, you can even see a sunrise and sunset. Can't wait to come back. Host was very accommodating and responsive.

Great stay at a great house! Has a little bit of everything. Close to shopping and restaurants and a short drive/Uber to Atlantic City. The beach and the “point” are great and compare to any other beaches in N.J. The house is spacious and perfect for entertaining. The dock out back was our favorite as you could paddle board, fish, swim or even do some crabbing! Highly recommend this property and the town to anyone who is looking for a great vacation with plenty of stuff to do!
