First floor apartment with excellent sea views. Set in landscaped gardens with 2 pools and open and shaded terraces for sun and relaxation. 5 minutes walk to lovely gently shelving sandy beach, ideal for young children. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. The fishing village of Macaret is a pleasant walk, in high season there is a little train that goes there. Son Parc golf club is a 10 minute drive. Mahon airport 20 minutes drive.

Holiday with my son in August. Lovely, very clean, peaceful spot. Great communication with Paco, the place owner. Close 5 min walk to the beach and near local shop with fresh bakery, fruits and local products. We definitely recommend ❤️🌊Katarzyna and Tadeusz

We had a fantastic moment at Paco's apartment. He is a very kind host. The rental is well supplied and well located next to a supermarket, the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool in the complex. Only a negative point: we were very hot. There are fans but it's not enough in great heat and even with the windows opened, it's been impossible to make drafts. La estancia ha sido perfecta. Limpieza, tranquilidad, instalaciones y ubicación. El apartamento es perfecto. Viajamos con 2 niños pequeños y todo a las mil maravillas. Recomendable 100%. Paco, el propietario, es muy atento y amable.

Una maravilla. La casa contaba con todo tipo de comodidades, la temperatura dentro de ella al abrir ambos lados y llegar la brisa Del Mar era genial. Las vistas al mar una maravilla. El propietario un amor, nos recomendó muchas playas y sitios y tuvo una gran flexibilidad tanto de entrada como de salida. La zona tranquila , con un súper al lado que tiene de todo lo necesario. En definitiva : superó nuestras expectativas y todo genial. Volveremos sin duda

Muy buen alojamiento y trato cercano

Alquilé el apartamento por una semana en julio y realmente fue un acierto. Cerca de Fornells y Mahón. Recomiendo el alojamiento tanto a familias como a grupos de amigos. La casa estaba impecable y el trato con el inquilino es muy cercano a la vez q acogedor, le pregunté en diversas ocasiones por actividades o pequeñas cosas que no entendíamos de la casa y no dudó en responderme al instante.

Mes amies et moi même avons apprécié séjourné dans cet appartement qui se situe dans un lieu très calme et familial. Rien à redire sur la propreté, ainsi que le confort. Proche de petits commerce et piscine à disposition. Je recommande l’endroit ! Merci encore ! À bientôt peut être !

Location très agréable

Un séjour d'une semaine dans cette location avec piscine et vue sur la mer.La décoration est un peu vieillotte mais il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances. Comme partout sur Minorque,il est préférable de louer une voiture. Je recommande cette location.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Donna hat uns herzlich empfangen und kam zwischendurch sogar zum Wäschewechsel vorbei. Ich hatte am Ende meinen Pyjama vergessen und dieser wird mir nun sogar per Post zugeschickt! :) Umgebung und Wetter war traumhaft, wir haben mit dem Auto viele verschiedene Strände besucht. Es war ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

We stayed at Donnas apartment for 3 weeks, Donna was really lovely and provided a heater as I was cold on the first few days, there was a very strong north wind but it was very early in the season she also sorted a tiny problem with the WiFi the complex is lovely and very well kept and the pool is cleaned daily . There are lots of walks around the resort, we did a lot of the Cami whilst we were there, we hired a car from the airport which was simple, we used owners cars. We found the beds very comfy, there is a kettle to use on the hob but we took a travel kettle, the balcony has sun in the morning and views out of your dreams, there is a washing machine which was a appreciated all in all we had a really lovely holiday and as I say, Donna is lovely and responds to any messages very quickly 😊

Nette Wohnung mit wirklich traumhaftem Blick vom östlich ausgerichteten Balkon. Saubere Wohnung mit einfacher aber kompletter Ausstattung. Sauberer Pool + sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen. Unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

Nice apartment with excellent views

We spent a week in this apartment at the end of June and we would like to go back for future holidays. The views from the terrace are fantastic and it enjoys sun from morning to evening. The beach is only a short walk away and it is one of the nicest equipped beaches on the island (we traveled a lot on our vacation). Great location for exploring Menorca.The complex pool and gardens are well maintained. The owner welcomed us on arrival and she has been very helpful since we contacted her for booking the property.
