A new, modern, quiet and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), separate lounge, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hot plate, kettle and toaster) and spacious bathroom awaits you.

Bathroom with Shower (ample hot water), simple kitchen facilities (fridge, toast, kettle, microwave) and laundry with Washer and Dryer are at your disposal.

3 mins drive to Airport and Lyall Bay Beach, 7 to the city centre and the Nightlife, Museums, Opera, 15 to Westpac Stadium.

Wellington and all her attractions are at your fingertips here!

This is a brand new, supremely insulated, light, extremely sunny and warm apartment, designed for you and your friends/family to relax and enjoy yourselves in.

It's close to almost everywhere you'd like to be in Wellington (whether you are into sports, nights out, shopping, hiking, nature, beaches, or anything else) and yet remarkably quiet.

It's also a great space to sit in and relax, write, watch TV or movies, or simply share good times with friends and family.

There is one flight of stairs (separating the entrance/kitchenette/laundry with the rest of the space), so please, you will need to be wary of this when booking with small infants.

With your own private entrance you can come and go as you please.

There's off street parking for one car (or more with notice), and a shared BBQ if that's your thing on a sunny day/evening.

If you wish to have a fifth guest, we can hire a single fold out bed for an additional cost. This would be used in the living room or either bedroom. We can also provide a cot for hire.

- Be a clean and tidy guest
- Parking is available for two vehicles on site, and on street parking in abundance
- Security Bond may be required - details and costs will be provided upon confirming any booking.

We had come all the way down from the Waipa region to stay for homegrown, all though the place wasn’t in the cbd it was easy enough to get ubers or drive to and from. The place was so nice and Rodney (person in charge) was really onto everything. We are definitely considering staying here again when we come down another time!

Great location close to bus transport into the city…. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend …. The kitchenette was quite small not ideal for cooking meals but equipped with all the basics for travellers

Enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and location suited us, although described as CBD but a bit further out. We thought there might have been a bit more cooking facilities from the listing but only one hotplate so takeaways were ordered!

Loved the area and closeness to shops and bus and the host was accomodating. Fortunately for me I am fairly physically able to access the staircase, however for the older and/or physically impaired, having to make multiple trips up and down stairs to get a drink, make a snack etc would be quite a trial.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There’s bus stops just outside, supermarkets and shops a short walk away so it’s an amazing location. The apartment had everything we needed for two adults and two kids. Thanks so much we will be back!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here during our short trip to Wellington. Rodney was an excellent communicator and gave us all the information we needed to make check in smooth. The apartment is over a garage, so you have the entire place to yourself with a secure keypad to get in and out. The beds were very comfortable, there’s plenty of closet space, and the kitchenette and laundry downstairs met all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to make a “home away from home”for a few days. Super close to the surf beaches and Weta Workshop. Very easy parking and access in and out of the CBD Wellington. Comfortable space- beds were fine and just enough furniture in the efficient space.

Exactly what we were looking for. Good bus service to city. Easy walk to the beach. Good coffee, excellent fish and chips, Chinese and Indian also good. What more could you want?

We stayed here for a few days with our 3 kids so we could have a good base to then go and explore Wellington. It was very comfortable for us and easy to then head out and explore both Miramar and the downtown core. The beds were comfortable and the place lovely and bright.

After a break of over two and a half years between visits to Wellington from Australia is was great to be able to stay at 135 Rongotia Road again. Its easy to travel around Wellington using the buses, with a stop just outside. We didn't get to see Rodney in person this time, but he was in regular contact via email to make sure everything was OK with our stay. When we are back in Wellington again, this will be where we will want to stay.

Enjoyable stay and appreciated that the apartment had privacy as well as convenience to the local centre. Loved that the apartment had a washing machine and a dryer for our clothes so we don’t have to worry about them once we get back home. Thanks again.

Great location

Ideal location close to the airport and far away enough from town to not be too noisy. Great shower. Spacious two rooms with plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchenette a little small but great to have been able to use the washing machine and dryer. Found it a bit hard to see the keypad as arrived in early arvo and Sun was obscuring the light up keys. Also A bit dusty In some places and some of the linen seemed a bit used/creased but it was generally clean. Thanks heaps for the convienient stay.
