Will return, to a different room and hope for a better sleep.

Lovely welcome and professional approach to guests. The grounds and hotel is beautifully done, with what appears to be no shortage of staff, a relief in these times. Dinner in Fletchers was excellent, Sommelier was very helpful with our wine choice and everyone was very attentive. The food was delicious. Breakfast in Fletchers. Would hope on warm mornings there would be the option to eat outside, when/if we actually get those days. It was a very nice 'Full English' breakfast, good choice and not over facing thank goodness. There is a gift shop in the grounds, worth a look around to purchase home smells and ornaments.

Our room was next door to a service room and the sound of running water, initially thinking an upstairs room had left their bath running. The low drone of a machine noise could be heard throughout the night, so much so I even got up at 3am walking round the room to check where it was coming from. It was only going down to breakfast we realised the service room was next door. So the sleep wasn't the best unfortunately, especially considering the quality of the room and the price paid.

Exceptional Luxurious Stay. Highly Recommend.

From arrival, staff were extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were exceptional especially the spa and pool. A great way to unwind and relax in luxury. Highly recommend!

A first class stay in a beautiful part of the country.

We booked Grantley Hall on a recommend. Great location. Very private, beautiful furnishings. First class food. Staff friendly. Expensive but well worth it ... especially the gin decanter in room!

I expected a quality hotel but I was surprised at just how good it was.

The design was impressive. The new complimented the old.

We travel to top hotels regularly and we’re impressed throughout so any criticism would be minor. Several times in Fletcher restaurant cups or other items were missing from the table. That’s all we could think of!

Beautiful property. Stunning for a treat.

Amazing property, one of the best places I've ever stayed. The design, architecture is exceptional.

The food ( not the Michelin star restaurant) is very pricey for what it is. I didn't like the hidden extras. The sauce to go with your steak , extra , bread extra. They shouldn't need to do that with the amount charged for the courses.

Arrived celebrating our engagement and treated like rock stars from start to finish staff brilliant

Food unreal 10/10 atmosphere was lovely nice just nice to switch off from the rat race of work . staff couldn’t do more than enough car parked for me luggage taken care of Pull up a chair and make it a large one The room spa all unreal 10/10 Seriously recommend

The spa was lovely, location great

Lunch was terrible value for money! £60 for 2 chicken ceasar salads! 1 anchovie 2 lettuces leaves between 2. Shocking! Room wasn’t made up well. Rushed. Left cleaning products in the room. Go from 1 bar to the next and paying extortionate on service charges

Amazing hotel with exceptional level of service and food

one of a kind hotel with the best service from the staff.

there was ground work being done during our stay and wasn’t the nicest view out of a room window. we didn’t get any notice about this prior to our stay or even upon arrival.

that the fact some women tried to steal my partners rolex by the pool it was on the sun lounger n she took it from there n we caught her do it
