Terrible experience from start to finish including broken cot, no Internet, no towels

The best part about our stay was leaving.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever has the displeasure to experience. On arrival at the property at around 9pm, we complained that the baby cot could not be assembled. This resulted in a member of staff and her two children being in the property for about an hour trying to fix it even though it was clearly broken. None of them were able to assemble it and they finally decided to find a new one. However, the chaotic situation was unnecessary. It would have been more prudent to simply take the cot away and return with a new one later. This would have allowed us to enjoy the rest of our evening after a long journey with two young children rather than having three people in our residence for an hour. We then discovered the Internet wasn't working. We spoke to management who offered no apology and told us to use our mobile phones for Internet. I explained that this is not a solution when the property offers WiFi. We were then told that we are on vacation and that it is Friday night at 22:30, and therefore we shouldn't be on the Internet. I of course rebutted these assertions to which management became angry towards us before hanging up (we couldn't get through after this). After the palaver, we discovered there were no towels, and sent a message to the staff so they would receive it in the morning and supply us with towels. We didn't receive the towels till late, so we complained to management again. They said we were emailed when we booked to bring our own towels. We checked the email and this was not the case. They admitted this mistake, but insisted it is not their fault, and called us the worst customers ever.

Nice to stay for a short period of time!

Location was convenient. Close to freeway and the township. Nice bicycle tracks around the area.

A fan in the house would be nice with the hot weather. And a washing machine because there’s nothing to wash clothes if you stay there for a long period. We had a loook at the communal washing mashing but not up to scratch.
