Falta de limpieza y higiene mínima

Sinceramente lo único que me gustó fue la piscina que se encuentra en el edificio

No me gustó nada. 1. Olor insoportable de humedad en el wc y el baño. Entiendo que es un problema común en estos países por la constante humedad y calor, pero el olor que desprendía el wc para mi personalmente fue insoportable. Solo en pensar que tenía que volver más tarde en el piso y ya me daba algo... Podían haber puesto unos ambientadores más potentes o cualquier otro remedio (había un ambientador en el wc que ya no olía a nada). Teníamos que dejar la ventana abierta mientras estabamos allí porque yo no podía más con ese olor apestoso.. 2. Ni la más mínima higiene con el edredón ya que no tenía funda, estaba con manchas y sucio. El edredón no llevaba funda, lo que significa que en ese edredón dormirían todos los clientes sin funda tal cual.... Pelos en la cama, fundas de almohada amarillentas.... 3. La alfombra en el salón era de estas que tienen pelo largo. Esa alfombra no habrá visto ni la más mínima limpieza desde que se compraría... Estaba llena de basura y suciedad.... Se lo comenté al anfitrión y lo de la funda, me lo cambiaron al día siguiente, pero ya daba igual porque en total nos quedábamos dos noches. Y unas cuantas cosas más como una de las toallas con manchas negras supongo que de alguien haberse lavado los pies, olía fatal... No lo recomiendo.

Awesome!

I like the location. The room is spacious for us two.

The toilet heater is kind of "bengong".. but in the end we managed to understand how it works.

Great location, good facilities.

Really great location; some great food options nearby. The shower was good and the kitchen was well-appointed. The view from the rooftop of the apartments was worth a visit.

The pool had some missing tiles and the spa didn't work.

wonderful apartment in central Kuala Lumpur

Large, clean apartment with full kitchen. Good location, walking distance to couple of the train lines. Big windows, nice view. Secure building. Excellent shower. Washing machine a great asset. Ideal place to stay in KL.

Clean and roomy property in a good location, but could do with a little more attention to detail.

Very clean upon arrival, nice and roomy, lots of space. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of cutlery, pots, pans etc. Sofa bed was comfy and easy to set up, Netflix on the TV. Wifi speeds were good. A/C system also very effective and quiet. Washer/dryer machine works amazing and great to have. Great food open late and a 24/7 convenience store just downstairs.

Bed was a little stiff and not super well padded; liveable but not perfect. Attention to detail also lacking and needs improvement; there wasn't any extra toilet paper stocked, the toilet seat was loose and shifted about, and the chopping board was clean but still wet from when it had been washed previously. All easily fixable with a little more work and hopefully not issues in the future.

The room is very clean. Loveeee the scenary. My parent also lovee the cleanliness and the view. The bed was really thick and comfy.

There are two lifts. One lift was very scary because it shut like a broken machine. .

The privacy, location, facilities, Netflix & cleanliness are great. Easy checkin even though have to report at the guard house first.

Found a bottle of oil hangin at the door knob which i know for protecting the place but made me a little bit creepy. Towels too small and need to change to new one.

Well maintained and basic supplies for the bathroom are there. Include towels. Even there are cooking facilities. Near by are various eating places. Beautiful scenery.

Some level of difficulty to locate the place using Google maps as well as the place to get to the mail boxes. But once that's out of the way, it's fine.
