Excellent location for transport links, close to Red and Green "T" stations and restaurants /food stores. As a stranger area felt "safe".

Just small niggles: The large hot plate on the hob did not work and the toaster only toasted one side - not really a problem for me but they require attention.

bed was comfortable, nice location

room was hot, fire alarm needed batteries kept beeping, room was dusty

Beautiful room, super clean and cozy, really well located.

They changed the code of the entrance, and I had to be hours out waiting, with a temperature below 0. Other guest had the same problem. That is really unacceptable, they should send the code before they change it, with at least one day in advance, but not after. They send an email a few hours after. You should send it the day before, because some people do not have data plan on the phone.
