We had a lovely time at this spacious and well
located apartment. 3 good sized double rooms and 2 good size bathrooms. The balcony is big and gets a lot of sun. The apartment is well equipped.
The building is well kept and the pool is also very nice.
The apartment is a short walk to the beach and has beach loungers and umbrellas. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but the apartment is very quiet and we heard no noise at all.
We would definitely recommend this apartment and would book again.
All contact with the owner was quick and easy, Jeff is a very nice guy. We had a great time!

Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and perfectly placed to access bars, restaurants, the beach, supermarkets on foot and Benidorm by bus or car. The complex was quiet even being so close to the main eating/shopping road and the pool was always clean. We would loved to have stayed longer.

With limited mobility this property was ideally situated, and close to all amenities.
Our host Jean- francois was there to meet us on arrival, and showed us around the property, and although booked for a family break during our stay, was available 24/7 via whatsap.

This wonderful apartment in Albir is without doubt the best we have ever rented. Jeff who we dealt with was 100% on the ball and we wanted for nothing. There are loads of really good places to eat very close so although we drive, the car stayed in the under ground car park.
For those(like us) who have mobility problems, this apartment and the area are perfect. A Big thumbs up from us

Very relaxing stay
We spent 6 lovely weeks ( jan/March) in this apartment which was a most relaxing experience .Nice spacious apartment, very close to the main road that leads to the beach, we enjoyed our stay immensely, the only problem that we had was that I badly sprained my ankle and Jean- François loaned me crutches , that was very kind , thank you Jean- Francois x

Excellent property close to everything you would need for a perfect break
Apartment was big and spacious for 6 adults, very clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed, went in January so heating was a very big bonus, excellent location and very clean would definitely recommend, host was very helpful, would stay again when next visit the area

we would highly reccomend this apt. the apt block was very quiet and clean very close to all bars and restuarants shops and supermarkets.the no.10 bus in to benidorm stopped 2 min away from the apt.jean francois was very helpful he picked us up from our drop off point and returned us on our way home we had a small problem with the television phoned jean he was out within 15 minutes.no complaints whats so ever. thank you jean. kevin and marlene liverpool.

Excellent Apartment & Location
Great 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment right off the main road running through Albir and only a few minutes from many Restaurants & Bars in all directions plus 5 minutes to the lovely sea front. We have stayed in Albir for the last 5 years in June but this was the first time in September and the first time in owner Jean Francois's fully loaded apartment which had every home creature comfort plus the great Air Con all over. It was a great to have come across this apartment when searching the area and to have met Jean Francois personally after excellent communication during the booking and as the holiday approached, plus meeting his Father and the lovely lady who initially let us in to drop our luggage as she prepared the apartment for us while we popped back out for our first walk around paradise.
We will be back here in the future with 100% confidence it would be just as good then too.

Excellent place, excellent host
What a lovely three bedroom apartment, we feel so lucky to have found it. Jean-Francois couldn’t do enough to help us with any questions from the very start. He was there immediately as we arrived to show us around
and talk about the local area and in contact during our holiday any time we needed him.
The apartment is beautiful, modern and has everything we needed as a family of four for our holiday. The bedrooms were spacious, lots of storage, great kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washer and cooker.... great facilities if you want to cook instead of going out to eat.
The balcony has sun throughout the day and enough space to eat outside and relax. Being on the first floor, you can easily see the swimming pool. This was good when some of us wanted to swim and sunbathe while others wanted to chill upstairs.
The location is also excellent!! Only
About 5-10 mins walk from the beach, literally 2 minutes from shops bars and restaurants however the apartment complex was quiet and relaxing.
Oh.... and the air con...... was superb!
Albir is a pretty little town about 15 mins taxi from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm and a
good walk along the seafront to the beautiful town of Altea. You must make a trip to the old town it is stunning, authentic with such character. The restaurants are amazing- if you get chance, go to Stromboli which is an
Italian restaurant by the church in the old town in Altea and ask for a table on the roof terrace you won’t be disappointed! We went just as the sun was going down and the church bells were ringing, absolutely stunning to look over the rooftops Looking out to the mountains with a glass of wine.

Great apartment in heart of Albir
Excellent 3 bedroom apartment, perfect location in safe and secure apartment complex, yet only 5 minutes from the beach with cafes and restaurants literally just outside. Jean Francois is the property manager and couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. The apartment is very well maintained with a lovely pool. Lovely well equipped apartment in great central location. Excellent helpful owner. One slight oddity the rules of the edificio close the pool for use between 14.30 and 16.30.
No one seems to know why including the concierge.
But it didn't detract from an excellent vacation.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighbourhood
Although we have stayed in Albir several times, we have not stayed at this property before.
The apartment is spacious and the furniture is of good quality.
Multi language tv is available & the WiFi is reliable.
All possible appliances are provided (auto washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioner) and the owner explained how each worked.
I would definitely recommend this property as it is in a quiet street but within walking distance of dozens of great bars & restaurants.
It is without doubt the nicest property that we have rented in Albir.

Everything Superb
My wife and myself spent two months in this superb apartment which was central to all the shops and a ten minute walk to the beech. The apartment was spotless in every room, the new shower in one of the bathrooms was fantastic as was the kitchen which had more than everything you needed. Five Star apartment in Albir / Appartement de cinq étoiles à Albir
This is a top rated apartment in Albir - certainly the best we have rented in years of coming to Spain. It is well equipped, beautifully furnished and bright with a large kitchen, three large bedrooms, a large dining room and lovely patio. The area is peaceful but in the centre of town. An interior and exterior pool and a small lawn are available to guests. There is good security throughout including the underground garage. The owner is a very agreeable Frenchman who speaks three languages.

Il est bien équipé, joliment meublé et lumineux avec une grande cuisine, trois grandes chambres, une grande salle à manger et un charmant terrasse. La zone est paisible mais dans le centre de la ville. Une piscine intérieure et extérieure et une petite pelouse sont à la disposition des clients. Il y a bonne sécurité dans tout le bâtiment y compris le garage souterrain. Le propriétaire est un homme français très agréable qui parle trois langues.

HOME FROM HOME...
Just to say an enormous thank you for the welcome Jean gave us on our arrival with his big smile, help with luggage. To walk into Jean's apartment was a joy, loved the Asian décor. It is nicer than the pictures on the website. So spacious and immaculately clean. Everything we needed was provided. An abundance of fresh laundered linens. Well equipped kitchen with even a blender for my smoothies! The spacious balcony was lovely with plenty of seating and even a proper dining table/chairs. I must mention the 'heated' indoor pool on the complex, it was fab! What a beautiful, clean and well maintained safe complex it was too. Near to shops/supermarket. Great location to the beach. Beds were so comfy, I slept like a baby. So peaceful and quiet. We loved our morning walk into Altea, look our for Paco the swan and his duck friend in Altea! A lovely holiday resort. We will be back and will hopefully be able to slot ourselves back in if Jean's beautiful apartment is available. It was simply the best apartment we have encountered. Go to L'Albir for a relaxing holiday. Oh the TV was a godsend on one rainy evening as it had UK TV. Tip: walk to the Lighthouse it is a lovely walk and not steep. Visit Benidorm, No 10 bus. Beautiful apartment just as described.
Apartment was very clean and well presented and was centrally located. Accessible to all local amenities, such as shops and the beach, and the local bus service was virtually on the doorstep.
The apartment itself was well equipped, clean, and tidy throughout. The television showed British channels, which was handy if you fancied a cosy night in. As we stayed during the winter months, this became particularly useful.
The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating to us and nothing was too much trouble for him to arrange for us, should we need his assistance he was a mere phone call away.
I would recommend this apartment to others and would gladly stay here again, and hope to do so in the near future.

Large spacious clean amazing apartment!
We stayed there for a week in Sept 17, the apartment had everything we needed, situated in a very secure nice complex with safe underground parking, the location was fantastic, close to a range of bars restaurants, we got the bus to Benidorm one day and the tram/train to nearby altea, we also visited the waterfalls and guadalest, we truly enjoyed our week and would love to come back!
