aceptable

no cuentan con restaurante para desayunar y la ubicación es buena porque esta a una cuadra del centro histórico

lo que no me gusto fue que no me respetaron el precio de a cuerdo a mi cotización cuando llegue me dijeron que faltaba agregarle los impuestos y pague un 22 % mas del precio que me habían dado en la pagina y que yo ya había corroborado por teléfono directamente en el hotel pero ya estado ahí no lo respetaron

Muy malo

Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Se escucha muchísimo ruido en las habitaciones y es imposible descansar, además están descuidadas, sucias y no hay agua caliente.

Merida historic quarter

Fantastic location in the heart of Merida. Comfortable beds

Noisy street outside but that's part of being in the centre. We asked for a room at the rear and stayed 3 nights. That worked fine

Очень уютный отель с прекрасными кроватями в историческом центре города! Мы впервые за 2 недели путешествия так хорошо выспались! Отдельно хочется отметить стерильную ЧИСТОТУ. Для нас это очень важно, так как двое детей имеют аллергию на пыль. Стильное оформление и окна в пол с видом на уютное озеленение дворика с подсветкой сразу настроили нас на отдых. Персонал был настолько дружелюбным, что мы ощутили себя дома у мамы) Ни одного пятнышка на постельном белье и полотенцах. Горячая вода и большая Лейка с отличным напором воды. Это очень актуально в холодный вечер для большой семьи! Две зоны отдыха на крыше с бассейном и видом на резные купола церкви и арки дома искусства вдохновили меня снова взять карандаши и рисовать два часа подряд! Я 20 лет не рисовала, это чудесно!) Спасибо! Мы приедем снова ❤️‍🔥

Лестница в основном здании была опасной для детей. Но мы жили в другом крыле, поэтому туда не ходили.

En este viaje no pude llegar a mejor hopedaje.

la ubicación es excelente, solo que y es en generall respecto a la limpieza de las callle del entorno es pesima , demasiado desechables en los basureros y muy mal el sistema de recolección de los empleados municipales

Si deseas descansar bien y estar más cerca del centro está bien

Cuando reserve en el hotel en esta aplicación al momento de llegar me dijeron no abia reservaciones a mi nombre y no manejan con aplicación

El detalle abajo está la farmacia similares y ponen música se escucha igual entra mucho el ruido pero de la calle de hay afuera bien ya que los hoteles más económicos de Chetumal los usan para otro tipo de alojamiento

Excelente lugar en el centro de Merida

Me encanto todo es un pequeño hotel a solo cuadras de la plaza principal, en la esquina esta el famoso restaurante la chaya maya, y a solo unos pasos el restaurante Museo de la gastronomía. La cama super cómoda, el a/c funcionaba muy bien. El persona muy amable, cuenta con una pequeña alberca que por los horarios a los que regresábamos no pudimos disfrutar pero se veía agradable

Que al llegar y pagar la estancia fuera un poco mayor el importe que me cobraron y no lo que decía mi reserva

In general the room was spacious and the bed was comfy but the cleanliness was poor

The room was a suite so it was very spacious and the staff was very nice

There is no elevator. The room was not completely clean they don’t let you check in until 3 and have to be out at 12 supposedly so that they can clean. Although you could see and feel stains on the floor and they left trash behind as well. There is no parking and the breakfast that was included was disgusting.

Not a place you expect from the pictures but great location

The attention of the staff is great, the location is awesome in the center of the city. The pool is small but that area is acceptable.

The room made me feel like I'm in a kinky night in a motel, the room was dark with no light at the bathroom, the towels needs changes, all the finishes of the paint and work are careless, the bath kit is... well..., it doesn't match to what you see in the pictures.

Excellent service and accommodation. Would return!

wonderful friendly staff who were helpful despite our language barrier. Recommended places to eat nearby and accommodated our early arrival. The property was clean and quiet. excellent location in downtown Marida. Loved that it included air conditioning after a long day outside exploring the city.

Would have liked to have a mini fridge.

Good location, good value

I enjoyed the room--was very nicely sized. The wifi was good the whole time. The staff were very friendly. You're right in the heart of the Centro Historico, but the street noise was minimal, at least in my room.

Did not love the parking situation. The hotel has an arrangement with a lot, but it's not in-and-out access, only a portion of the day is included, and the lot was closed for much of my stay due to the holidays. I think this location is best visited without a car. (The staff were helpful in explaining what to do with the car, that being said).
