Great family home! The house was amazing and had everything you could possibly need and our host was the best :)

We felt right at home with everything we needed. Clean, roomy and so comfortable. We will be back!!

The place is beautiful, in a great location. The only thing is the owner ask to park in the garage and the garage had black widow spiders. I tried to tell my kids all places in So. Cali have them...they didn't believe me.

Former California residents, visiting friends and family. House is better and bigger then we expected. First time renting a home in Southern California with the bigger family. House was perfect. Plenty of rooms and space for the family. Area was nice, close to everything that you want and need. Entertainment, shopping, dining and grocery stores. Would definitely rent again on our next California trip. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. Hope to be back again soon.

My family and I had a very nice weekend stay at this home. The neighborhood and surrounding area is very pleasant. We got in with no issues and the check in was easy. The host even let us purchase and check in a day earlier than we planned originally, no questions asked. Our only complaints were that the place was a little dirty (assuming because of our short-notice early check-in) with things like food stains on the counters and dirt on railings and white surfaces. I also couldn't get answers to a couple of my questions from the host. Outside of that, everything was great and we would recommend this house to others.

This house suited our needs perfectly, very spacious for our large group. The good/great things: 1. Great neighborhood, nice park next door. 2. Short drive to just about any store you need. 3. Large, open concept main floor, very nice kitchen, with large pantry. 4. Oversize garage. It was great being able to park our cars in the garage and store extra stuff for the wedding. 5. Good size bedrooms, beds fairly comfortable. 6. Huge master bedroom and bathroom, very nice. 7. Larina was very easy to communicate with during our stay! 8. Great place to retreat to after a busy day(s). Things that could be improved: 1. Carpets were dirty, could use replacing or professionally cleaned. 2. Patio furniture needs replacing. Many of the pieces were broken. Patio has great potential, nice space. 3. "Grass" in backyard is artificial. I get it (water wise) but was a bit surprising. 4. Ceiling fans would be fantastic in the bedrooms (but none). We enjoyed our stay!

The property was beautiful and spacious for my entire group. It was a rest/relaxing spot while not at our nearby event. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable time. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. We rented it for my daughters bridal shower. It had a huge open space, kitchen/living room/dining room and was perfect for our family event. I would recommend this property to anyone with a a large family. The 5 bedrooms plus loft area gave us plenty of sleeping space for our group. And the 3 showers was a plus. Thanks for hosting us. We will be back for sure.

Larina is an awesome host. She was always available when I emailed or called. The property was AMAZING. It was so beautiful, clean and well maintained.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We went for a wedding and the house was a perfect place for all of us to stay. Everything was exactly as it is in the listing and Larina was easy to keep contact with if we needed her. Perfect would recommend to everyone!!

It was the perfect place for a graduation celebration. Close to Ontario Airport. Lots of places nearby to eat and shop.

We enjoyed our stay n Jurupa Valley. It was close to family and easy to hop on the freeway. Stores nearby for necessities. The grandkids loved the nearby park.

Stayed here for a wedding an hour away and it worked great for five adults, two tweens and two under three! Park nearby for smaller children and five-ten minutes from restaurants, groceries and shopping.

The home was gorgeous and location was prime for me.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal um einiges zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat bei Fragen stets und schnell geantwortet. Die Betten sind super bequem. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Nur als Tipp empfehlen wir vielleicht gerade für eine große Familie die so wie wir 16 Tage da sind einen staubsauger zur Verfügung zu stellen. Und vielleicht noch paar Kochutensilien. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und würden es auch noch einmal buchen. Einfach super

Beautiful home definitely would stay here again.i was looking for a location for me and my bridesmaids to get ready on my wedding day weekend, i needed enough space for 7 bridesmaid and me.This house is so open and spacious and worked out perfect.

It's a beautiful place, just like the pictures, right out of a "isn't my house gorgeous" magazine. Comfy beds, great AC, Roku TVs so there was something for everyone. I highly recommend it for a large family or group. It's not actually where VRBO shows it on the map, which will hopefully be fixed by the time you read this.

Will stay again.

Larina was so quick to respond to everything we asked about. The property was perfect and had zero problems with check in and zero problems with the house. We loved everything about it and was just 10 minutes from our sports field. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything is was absolutely perfect!

Myself and my dive team had an amazing trip out to compete in Riverside CA. This property was a great central point for us all to meet up, relax and get set for our competition. We did get a little lost upon arrival and Larina happily got us to where we needed to be. We had everything we needed and questions were responded to promptly. We will definitely stay again should the meet return to the west coast!!!

The house is very nice and in a great area. The host on the other hand ruined our stay. We let her know as soon as we booked we wanted a place where all our family could gather and she was okay with it. Day of she barged in and started cussing us out and trying to kick us out saying it was a party. We let her know we were not breaking any of the rules on the contract, which she didn’t even sign. We spoke to the neighbors and they said we were not disturbing them. She’s the one who made a scene that cause neighbors to come out AND told us to lie to neighbors and say we were friends of her staying at the house. She eventually called the police and we told them the situation and were allowed to stay. She then took our security deposit saying we threw a party. She was talking over us and using lots of profanity. She really ruined our time.

First and foremost, owner asked us to LIE to neighbors about us being “friends”, and not mention the VRBO rental. (WEIRD) When I got there I went to the address on here and its the wrong address. Had to call her for REAL address that was 30 min away. Home is beautiful and spacious BUT From the moment we walked in we noticed cobwebs in the entrance and all over the backyard furniture and door. Unfortunately I cannot post pictures but I am in the process of reporting the home to VRBO and im sending all pics to them. On the second day we noticed ants everywhere, including beds, dishes, on our shoes and clothing in closets, in sinks, roaches and spiders in the tubs, pantry, and garage. After reporting issue, owner suggested spraying during my stay while I was out. I clearly told her not to because that would cause insects to come out more and spread further into the home. I shouldn't have to deal with all that while on vacation with 5 kids! She lied to me and told me she would reschedule but sent them anyway while I was out. We came back to the notice of fumigation. My daughter has allergic reaction to spider bites and got bit in the knee that night. The restroom paper and kitchen napkins were stocked with a bunch of leftover rolls. No trash bags for trash during whole week stay. Unable to cook and use back yard because of ant and spider problem. Had to buy food every day and night (which shouldn't happen if I rented a whole home to feed 5 kids home cooked meals). Kids slept on couch after finding ants on the bed. In the last morning after Keurig water ran out, tried to refill and noticed a bunch of dead ants inside the water tank. The filtrated water pitcher contained mold on it inside the fridge. I rent every year, unfortunately our Anaheim home was unavailable for our dates. I was unable to adjust this year and found this beautiful pictured home. Turns out we walked into a spider/ant/roach nest. This house needs COMPLETE and REGULAR maintenance, not just for pictures. Owner is very unprofessional, should probably hire a good management company. I paid for a whole week & She kept my deposit with allegations of stolen covers and decor. BEWARE of this home. Do not let the beautiful pics fool you into it. The first 2 reviews have to be from their relatives or friends because our experience was far from comfortable in this pretty house.

The home was immaculate! Felt at home right from the moment we opened the door. I reached out to the owner for questions and received a response within minutes. We will definitely book this home again when in the area.
