Summary:
Simple, clean, modern, vacation rental on the Springs' desirable Westside. The mountains looming just a short distance off to the west and just blocks away from one of the area's hidden gems—Red Rocks Canyon Open Space Park—this is a traveler's apartment designed exclusively for short term guests. Comfort, modern appointments, location, parking, professionally cleaned and managed—it has everything you need and nothing you don't, offered at a price that everyone can appreciate.

The Space:
This is the upstairs unit in a 2-unit building, both offered exclusively to short-term guests. Enter at the rear of the building, up the stairs leading from the ample parking lot to the handsome and convenient deck, offering perfect views of a Colorado sun, setting over the Rocky Mountain foothills rising up just a few hundred yards to the west. The main entry allows access to the unit through the kitchen, fully appointed and ready for your own culinary creations. The kitchen then opens up to the comfortable, functional, handsome main living space, with access to the unit's two bedrooms down a short hallway. Each bedroom offers an inviting queen bed with quality, professionally laundered sheets.
Guest Access:
Both bedrooms are serviced by a single, modern, completely updated bathroom with a euro-chic basin-trough sink and subway-tile bath. There is a full laundry for guest use, central air-conditioning for the occasional hot summer day, plenty of personality and loads of value. The theme here is simple comfort packaged in a sensible, quality unit offering everything a traveler could need, nothing a traveler doesn't, at a price that pleases everyone.
Guest will have access to the entire upper unit.
The Neighborhood:
Just a few hundred yards from the Rocky Mountain foothills, this home is located on the Springs' west side, near Red Rocks Canyon Open Space Park…a hidden gem of a park offering many of the same spectacular rock formations and trails that the more well-known Garden of the Gods Park offers, without the crowds and tourists. Another park, Bear Creek Park, is also just up the road. Attractions such as Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, with their unique and historic artisan shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife are both just down the road, approximately 2 mins by car, or a 10 minute walk or bike ride. Downtown Colorado Springs is also just about 5 minutes away by car. Visitors to the Springs will inevitably spend most of their time on the west side, close to this property, and guests staying here will be gloriously close to all the goodness, natural or built, that Colorado Springs offers travelers and visitors to the region.
Getting Around:
Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the appliances you should need. It was in a nice neighborhood very close to both manitou and Colorado Springs.

No window covering on door.
Yes there is a Mountain View if you look past the messy backyard, construction and neighbors trashy yards. Did not use the sitting area on back deck because of it.

We were visiting from Oklahoma and thoroughly enjoyed the sites and restaurants. The house was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see.

An awesome property that really felt like "home!" The washer/dryer were great and little touches everywhere made staying there a pleasure. Would definitely stay again!

The location was the best part about our visit. It was close enough to all of the places we had planned to visit. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, we honestly didn’t want to leave. It could use a refrigerator that works, only bad thing about the house.

We were in Colorado Springs for Spring Break, we hadn't been before, we enjoyed Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Open Space and some local shopping. We would like to come back in the summer or early fall to enjoy more of the outdoor things Colorado Springs has to offer. We did leave a day early because a snow storm started and we had to be home for an event, the house was great and served us well, clean and had the things we needed, saw many deer right out the back door and in the neighborhood! Nice to not have a lot behind the apartment although there seems to be construction so I'd assume there will be houses back there soon, but it will still be a nice place to stay! Host was quick to reply and helpful!

Property located on a quiet street and so close to all the major attractions. Cute place & comfy beds. Nice clean & well stocked with all the necessities. Communication with property manager was easy & they were very prompt.

Great location close to Old Colorado Springs,Garden of Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pike’s Peak! Great vacation getaway. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We actually arrived to town and day early and they were able to accommodated us, kiddo for that!!

The house was very clean and the booking was super easy. The house was within driving distance to Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Seven Falls. Would highly recommend staying here for your trip to Colorado.

Easy to get to all of the Colorado Springs major attractions that we had on our bucket list - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Property was clean and convenient, so perfect for our needs. I would recommend to anyone using this property as a jumping off point for whatever adventure you may have planned.

Loved the location of this property! Right by Garden of the Gods, the Red Rocks Open Area, and a short drive to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Property was as listed, but there were a few things that weren't very organized or clean (kitchen and bathroom). I would stay here again though! Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was excellent, and kitchen had everything I needed.

When obviously it had been advertised as such, not to mention I know what an air conditioner looks like! Offered to bring in window units, after some one else was having a service guy come out. Washer and dryer are substandard. Very noisy.
