Nice accommodation

Nice and clean. We can cook and have disc washing machine. The location is super convenient. They have two towels, shampoo sets, utensils etc.

It will better to have a laundry machine. There is a fan in 2nd floor.

The Appartement is situated in the 4 th floor of the building and the description didn't"t mention it. Before our arrival, I called the host to explain that there is no way that we take our huge luggages up for 4 floor, he said that he will be there at our arrival yo help us. Once we reached the building I called him to tell him that I have reached ... Surprise surprise : the phone was OFF... he switched his phone ... I almost had a heart attack transporting the luggages up .... This place is to run from !

A blissful break in Como with all the facilities you could need and views to match!

This loft apartment was absolutely stunning. Beautiful finishings and furnishings and so conveniently located! 10 min walk to S. Giovanni train station / bus stop where the Flix bus stops, less than 10 min to the ferry where you can visit different towns along Lake Como and it is practically on top of the beautiful Basilica with a view from our window. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes and the hosts were super informative with how to find and access the property using the lock box.

No complaints at all!

Great central hideout in Como

Great location and spacious place

Better for travelers with light luggage (no kids) as you cannot reach the place by car and 4 floors up can be tiresome.

good location but definitely needs improvements and make it more friendly for the guests.

the location is very good

it was very dirty although the cleaning staff were just leaving when we arrived. if check out is at 10 and check in at 3, seems like they should have time to clean properly but it was not the case. and the cleaning lady was still there at 3:30. it is locates at 5th floor with not elevator and vert steep stairs. for 4 ladies it was not the best experience with the luggage. no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. not enough toilet paper and tissues we had to buy some.

Great location and value with some small setbacks

Clean and roomy apartment. GREAT location.

Sofa bed collapsed many times during the stay. In July heat AC worked well for downstairs but on the loft it was too warm.

awesome location, big space, nice amenities. really nice charm. great view of duomo.

6 flights of stairs and then the unit has more stairs to bed. the unit could have better a/c and definitely could be cleaner.

Great location in the beautiful town centre just some metres from the Lake. Beautifully/creatively designed apartment.

What is great in the location (proximity), can also be the downside: in the July heat when you want to sleep with windows open, it is simply impossible to relax until 2AM due to noisy (sometimes drunken) tourists.

We stayed at House of Glass Cathedral View for one night but wished could stay here forever!!!

This place is amazing, right in the heart of Como old town, 1 minute walk from the Cathedral and 2 minutes walk from the lake. Everything you need as Cafè and restaurants are in the surrounding area, so you can forget your car. Very stylish apartment and comfortable bed. Mobile AC and Internet Wifi worked great! Host really responsive, he answer all our questions! Can't wait to come back!
