Credo la peggior struttura in cui ho soggiornato

I ragazzi in reception erano disponibili ed educati, la vista dal balcone della camera è molto bella

Le camere non corrispondono alle foto, a detta dello staff, risalgono all’apertura della struttura dove le avevano appositamente abbellite. La camera è sporca, piccola e senza nessun tipo di comfort (asciugacapelli, Wi-Fi, tv etc.), gli asciugamani - ne forniscono uno a persona - vengono cambiati tutti i giorni ma risultano essere sporchi, puzzolenti e piene di macchie. Le lenzuola non so con che cadenza le cambiano ma sono macchiate. La doccia è sopra il water, funziona male e perde acqua ovunque. La colazione è inguardabile, quindi evitate di comprarla e andate nei locali in spiaggia. Di fianco alla struttura c’è una casetta con un generatore rumorosissimo che lo staff accende alle 9 del mattino fino alle 19 circa. La salita per raggiungere le camere è molto ripida e risulta pericolosa in caso di pioggia, dove il fango misto alle feci di animali diventa melmoso e scivoloso. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo! L’isola è molto bella e l’acqua è stupenda, peccato per questa struttura.

Do not book !

Just the view

my wife and I are extremely unsatisfied by the place, since the very first day. Upon our arrival, no one came to pick up our (extremely heavy) luggages to the hotel. We waited 1h 30minutes at the jetty trying to call the hotel but no one responded on the 2 phone numbers I had. I decided to carry them all the way to the hotel by myself. Fasting, and with no sleep at all from our previous night due to transportation. Then when we arrived at the bottom of the stairs, suddenly someone called to arrange a pick up (once they saw us from above of course). All of that was between 8:30 and 10:30am. we arrived at 8am at the jetty. Finally, once we got to our room, no hot water and no wifi. Come on what is this joke ! Still no wifi after 4 days, and the hot water worked for 2 showers and then nothing. I expect a big gesture from the hotel

a place that is clean and has an amazing view but little to no service....

The view is amazing if you are lucky enough to find a room with a view of the sea, and the cleanliness of the rooms is amazing and the consistency of the cleaning staff is good.

where do I begin, first the receptionist made us wait for 20 mins before he hung up his phone before he accommodated us. The restaurant below has the best view amongst all restaurants in the area however the service is absolutely disappointing, we had to wait 15 mins before the staff finished giggling and vaping before they served us and I wish they didn't, half the items weren't available and they managed to get our order wrong and their pricing is entirely unjustified. if you have kids or if you are a person who has difficulty breathing then I wouldn't recommend this place because climbing that hill was a workout and a half. We ordered a land taxi to the jetty or port and we specified and confirmed the time with them and we stressed that we cannot be late and we have to be there at 8 in the morning and the agreed time was 7 15 but there was no sign of anyone

The hotel was the only negative experience duringf our stay on the island

Truly the only thing we liked about this hotel was the location. Yes, there were a lot of steps to climb, but that meant that it was a little further away from the beach. where the parties went on till the early hours. The location was also great because it was close to Spice Divers, an amazing diving centre where we spent several enjoyable days.

The hotel is at the end of Long Beach, basically on the side furthest away from the jetty. They pick you up in a small sort of tractor which is fun but we had to call them twice to ask for the pick up. The rooms are very basic, there were cockroaches in our room, the water was never warm and all this for the princely sum of £80/€85 per night

Pleasant

Away from the noise and bustle of the main beach strip. Great views over water. Room had all we needed, smaller than anticipated though.

Staff were not welcoming or easy to communicate with to provide local information. Absolutely no information given about the restaurant or breakfast on site. Walked past the door multiple times a day and was never acknowledged by staff, nor knew what hours it operated. Lost business opportunity for a venue in such a unique location. Door to balcony didn’t close properly, couldn’t lock it at all and let mosquitos and geckos in. Very disappointing to see so much litter and plastic behind the property on walking track, which ends up in the ocean damaging marine life.

The position is very nice, despite going to the rooms make you sweating

The price is crazy for such room. More than double, compared with any other hotel in Malaysia. All the hotels are crazy expensive in Perenthian kecil

Problem With the Room..

Best view from balcony.. can see all the scenery from here

the staff is friendly and helpful.. the problem is only for the room.. the price for me is very expensive so I expected to room is perfect.. but when i enter the room no television, no water heater in toilet, they provide the cattle but not provide the glass and also the packet of tea or coffee. then what for the cattle? for wifi, too slow and always lost the connection, my own data connection is lost so i need the wifi but the wife also not connect perfectly.. for breakfast i think please prepare more local food.. i dont have the problem with the staff, they are friendly and helpful.. please reduce your price if all this things still not complete..

Absolutely not worth the cost.

The ocean view which was not much. The young man carrying our luggage was very pleasant.

WAY too expensive for what it is. No wifi in the rooms, it was furthest from the Jetty and you need to take a boat taxi with your luggage or walk the beach. The room was smelly, small, bed sheets stunk, I can't believe the cost was over 400MYR for this hole.

We enjoyed our stay and thank you to the staff especially Mr Yunus, very kind and helpful. View from balcony is breathtaking/amazing. This is a party island.

Decent enough stay for the price paid comparing other options in the island.

Breakfast cannot make it.

Wifi isn’t working. No basic toiletries such as toothbrush and body wash provided. There were ants in the room sometimes. No hot water.

Room is very basic. No cupboard, coffee, phone or even tv Toilet has no disposable (toothbrush etc) Only 1 towel per room Have to climb the hill too high to reach the room Meal is bad, almost non edible, breakfast is late, staff start cooking at 8.30-9am Extra mattress is very bad. 30% of room price and the mattress is a very worn out one.

Disappointing

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a hill so the view is a little nice.

The rooms were quite small. Not recommended for elderly people and oku as the rooms are on a hill. Have to walk up steep stairs to reach the room. Not worth the price for a room like this.
