Your vacation rental includes : 1 living room, 1 cabin area, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, 1 balcony and a parking space.
House spread over two levels, located in the “Les maison du golf” area.
Composition of the living room : 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2). 1 cabin area (with door): 2 single bunk beds. Meal side: 1 table with 6 chairs.

This house will seduce you with its west orientation, where you will see the sun setting above the treetops. The view from the living room and the two main bedrooms is clear because you are facing the park and the green of Hole No. 9 of the Moliets International Golf Course.
The house is far from any nuisance, you do not hear any noise, particularly from the residence's swimming pool, although it is a 2-minute walk away. You are a 10-minute walk from the start of hole No. 1 (2 courses: 18 holes and 9 holes) without leaving the Maisons du Golf area. You are 12 minutes from the beach via the cycle path without encountering a car. The house is one of the rare terraced houses on one side only.
The interior of the house benefits from owner services: hotel quality bed in the master bedroom, 160 cm wide. Large closet with 3 sliding doors in the master bedroom. The two beds in the second bedroom can remain side by side or be separated. In the 3 bedrooms, bedside tables on each side of the bed in the 3 bedrooms, individual "storm" bedside lamps. Additional storage. Two televisions and a modern appliance complete this property.

Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, small refrigerator with freezer, hob, crockery and cutlery.
