Lovely location were the b&b is. But wouldn’t return to this b&b.
The location was great.
Was on the top floor room six. It was a hot day and there was a sticker on the window saying don’t open. Even though there was a fan in the room which was noisy so couldn’t put it on in the night. The bed or it was the mattress was broken really needs to be changed. Had no sleep on the first night so left the next morning didn’t stay the second night.

Unwelcoming owners n dirty entrance reminded me of public toilets not clean not fresh smelling
The location was great right opposite the beach and plenty little shops very close by. The hotel room 8 was a nice large family room and the hotel except dogs at an extra charge of £5 each dog per stay
The enterace / Hall reminded me of public toilets, not welcoming not inviting not clean glad they didn't serve food as I certainly wouldn't eat there , although pleased our room was clean. On arrival the gentleman I asked is this where I check in , he replied yes took my name told me my room number and that was it no welcoming no enjoy your stay no give me a shout if you need anything just total lack of welcome / friendly service. Later and the following day we bumped into the lady of the guest house and again no hello no welcoming no how did you sleep nothing . Everytime we came in or out the owners little dogs went crazy barking n snarling at each other , being a dog lover I'm fine with that and they were behind a child safety gate , but each time the owners would grab them telling them be quite and get them into their living quarters , would be better if they kept them away from the paying customer so the owners could concentrate on being more friendly n welcoming rather than grabbing the dogs away n ignoring paying customers . My husband n I did pop into the hotel next door and such a big difference on the welcoming and we weren't even staying there ! Also no car park if your lucky enough to park on the road ( lots of double yellow lines around ) there is a carpark very close down the road which costs £11. for 24 hours stay so we ended up paying fair price for the 3 days we were there . Reading previous feedback I can't see how people and put what a lovely couple they are , and they very well might be but they certainly didn't give us that impression, running a buisness like that it would be nice to have a little interaction with your paying guests be polite n welcoming not just take our money, clean up the entrance make it fresh n welcoming . But like i said great location but will never stay there again I'll pay the extra and go next door hotel

Great location for a great price
Location was fantastic right on the sea front. Very clean and everything looked new apart from the bed bases looked old and very used and the mattresses where way to soft (However this is personal preference)
First impression was that it looked very tired. Then once you open the front door the musty smell hits you, however that smell stopped at the ground level. Our room was perfectly fresh and clean 10/10

Lovely - warm, comfortable, homely and spacious with everything you need. We will be back!
This is a lovely guest house right on the seafront. We had room 6 which was a heck of a climb but we were rewarded with stunning views over the beach, sea and headland. The room was very spacious with a comfy bed, two wing-chairs for sea-gazing, a small fridge and a TV. The shower was lovely and warm and spacious too. The owner was polite, I only saw him on my way in and he checked if we knew what we were doing. He also lent us forks for our Mermaid takeaway! Its nice to be able to eat in your room as not all B and Bs allow this, so we made sure we cleaned up after ourselves fully and didnt leave grease stains on anything, to keep things nice for others. There are 2 little dogs that we found cute and funny. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate supplied (just take the supplies from the table in the hall), warm and comfy room, nice bed plenty of space, quiet - we'd definitely visit again.
Nothing not to like, we had a lovely stay. The only thing to mention is that automatic messages are sent to guests. One reminded us that Mor Wyn dont provide breakfast (this is advised when booking - several of the seafront guesthouses dont provide breakfast) and kindly listed local breakfast eateries. However, as we stayed in mid-January, most were closed for the winter and there were limited breakfast options. For guests - Milkbar tend to be open all days all year (and is dog friendly) and Davy Jones / Tillman may be open at weekends, but most cafes are shut in January. The Co-op and Spar are open for yoghurts and croissants in a pinch. Promenade cafe, Goodies, Lobster Pot, Min y Mor, Lunchbox cafe all shut for winter, Beachside cafe being renovated but are usually shut too. For Mor Wyn - the responsibility is on the guest to check where is open (and people could also ask you when they arrive) but it might just be a nice touch to add a follow-on email during out of season stays, advising guests that many of the breakfast places specified are closed for winter and giving your 'local knowledge' about where is open, for people who dont know the area and / or dont have a car.

Friendly and very reasonably priced guesthouse
Excellent location on the sea-front. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, especially in slightly re-organising my booking when I decided to stay an extra night, so that I didn't need to change rooms. Wifi worked well and there were plenty of "help-yourself" supplies of tea/coffee/biscuits etc to use with kettle in room.
The guesthouse does not provide breakfast, which is probably not a problem "in season" when there are lots of local cafes open. Out of season, however (I was there in late November), most of them are closed, and some that do open, don't do so until later in the morning - may be best to pick up some pastries from the local co-op to have with coffee in the room. The matresses in my room were perhaps getting a bit soft, and the room could have done with a chair to sit on (though that would have mde it rather cramped)
