Nice quiet property in a beautiful place, excellent value for money.

This is a very nice hotel in a beautiful place: viewing the Himalayas near the beautiful Norbulingka institute and several monasteries. It is much more quiet than the touristy McLeod-Ganj. The hotel has spacious rooms that are clean and have quite soft beds. The hotel also has a swimming pool (it was cold but still nice to have such a large pool to take a dip in!). The breakfast is delivered a la carte (with items such as paratha, porridge, poha, curd and fruit). The portions are big, the quality OK. One of the owners was particularly nice and helpful, the other one was also nice but a bit less helpful. They were even willing to provide me an early breakfast on the day that I had to leave early. Definitely a comfortable place to stay, and excellent value for money. The area is also very nice with lots of nice cafes and restaurant, where you can get nice Tibetan food (and other food as well, of course ;-) )

The wifi was questionable and much of the time I used my cellular data to get access to the internet.

value for money

The staff was caring and helping. because of covid properties couldn't be maintained so felt maintenance. Food quality was Ok-ok. Approach road is narrow. Although overall we can saiy its OK.

In Rs. 4300 you can get best options in dharamshala. Bucket was dirty,food was not upto the mark, electricity was continuously switched on/off, swimming pool was not operational, fan was slow, menu was very expensive as per the quality, one water bottle cost 70.😐.most important don't book through booking. Com

Good place to get away from the noise and business of a city life.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is an added bonus - great place to relax. Restaurant had very tasty dishes, however not all items were available - understandable as its low season. Management gave us an upgrade on a room free of cost and cooperated with my earlier check-out date. Beautiful views from the window, surrounded by nature and chirping birds.

Lighting in the room was hard white lights, nothing else. Plug points and switches at inconvenient places. Elevator not working. Gym equipment needed maintenance.

Beyond imagination!!

Awesome property clean room, beautiful view from room and resort, staff was really attentive. Food just amazing 😋. I highly recommend this hotel as I really received value for money, the amount which I paid. Hotel also upgraded my room without additional cost. Miss Rubia and team really well served us. Will definately return here and suggest our beloved ones!!! Thanks 👍 to all and Bookin.com as well

Best hotel in Dharamshala to stay.

Swimming pool, Bar & Food.

Nice hotel with very quick services. Food was awesome. Staff and Owner of property was so much helpful. Must recommended for people who are looking value for money.

Very poor

Restaurant is good

The staff the extremely rude and non understanding. 1) Charges and bills to be pre paid during check in. No compromise on that. 2) extra 2% charges for debit and credit card transactions. 3) Poor room service. Geyser was not working and taps were leaking after fixing 4) No flexibility on check out time. If you miss it then full day will be charged.
