About this villa rental
Villa Sunflowers is situated in Residence Les Captivantes 2 which borders the golf course. It is only 15 minutes walk to Plage Richelieu. Car parking spaces at the beach.
The villa consists of:
Terrace with awning, sun-beds , outdoor table and chairs with covers.
(The terrace has been renovated last year 2018. It is completely tiled and very private)

Modern kitchen with lots of cupboards and drawers. Plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Everything that is needed for self-catering.

The nearest shops are only a 5 minute walk from the villa. There is a bakery, and butchers, Spar supermarket, chemist and newsagents.
There are two supermarkets in Agde: Hyper U and Intermarche. Open from 8am to 8pm. Open Sunday morning in high season.
Lidl is opposite on the other side of the roundabout (Avenue des Sergents) There are restaurants on route to Plage Richelieu (rue des corsaires). Copains d'Abord restaurant is very popular especially for moules. There is also a pizza restaurant (the last restaurant on the left.
Continue on to the Plage Richelieu and I would recommend "Plage du Golf" beach facilities. It is really beautiful and in a beautiful setting.
There are many restaurants dotted around Cap d'Agde Centre Port. One of our favourites is Rhum Steak (42 Quai de la Trinquette, 34300 Cap d'Agde). You will always receive a warm welcome from the owners. It is situated just opposite the yachts in Centre Port. Highly recommended. Good food and very good value.
There is also a very nice restaurant situated in "Avant Port" called "Papy's grill" 3 rue de l'Estacade, 34300 Cap d'Agde.
NEWLY OPENED CASINO BARRIERE 2019. There is a new restaurant within the casino and it serves until very late. The food is excellent. Very popular!

A pleasant base for a holiday in this lovely seaside resort,
A well-equipped small villa. Best suited for a couple, but four people could manage at a squash.
The advice and instructions were all in French, with some in English. It would be good to have all in English. The directions on arrival were not as clear as they could be.

Rien à redire sur cette location, excepté le confort des lits qui doivent être impérativement changés, nous avons passé de mauvaises nuits car les lits étaient peu confortables.
Néanmoins il n'y avait rien à redire sur le reste, il est parfaitement aménagé.
Le seul souci est la proximité des discothèque ce qui donne un bruit pas possible jusqu'à 4h du matin. Néanmoins de jours, il est idéalement placé.

Logement spacieux dans une résidence propre et très calme. La résidence est proche de la plage, proche de tous les commerces de nécessité et proche du centre port. Idéalement située pour un séjour sans voiture.
Les instructions pour accéder à la propriété sont faciles.
Il y a une grande terrasse sans vis à vis.
La maison aurait besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement et de l'installation d'une climatisation car celle qu'il y a actuellement n'est d'aucune utilité.

nous avons été décu par la déco année 80 et pas tres propre des poils de chien partout .nous connaissons le cap d'agde apres plusieurs locations on a vue mieux .il faut changer de résidence pour aller a la piscine qui est tres bien par contre.
il faudrait changer les photos de l'annonce car le mobilier est vieillissant et manque de vaisselle aussi le four n'en parlons pas il est crado et le plus décevant pour nous c'est la soit disant climatisation qui est en fait une clim mobile de plus équipée d'une minuterie au cas ou on la laisse tourner toute la journée . on a payé quand meme pour avoir la clim j'ai jamais vu cela... je n'y retournerai pas .

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances ressourçantes dans cette location.
La maison est dans un renfoncement donc nous sommes tranquilles et sans vis à vis.
La résidence est grande mais en septembre, pas trop de monde.
Grande terrasse et il y a 3 espaces de nuit distincts. Maison très sympathique et très bien équipée.
À 5 minutes à pied de quelques commerces mais pour le port et la mer, comptez bien 20 25 minutes à pied selon le rythme de marche. Mais pas de souci en voiture.

Petit séjour au Cap d’Agde
La maisonnette est très bien située à proximité à pieds des ports et des activités.
La cour intérieure a été appréciée notamment grâce au nouveau store banne.
Nous invitons les gestionnaires à poursuivre le renouvellement du matériel et le rafraîchissement de l’intérieur.

Trop petite pour une famille de 5 car que 2 chambre et pas trois comme dit dans l annonce sinon propre piscine super juste un peu loin de la mer quand on a des petit enfant mais endroit sympas

Disappointing
We found this property to be very tired and dated. We had to keep the window and door open as there was a strange odour. The furniture was old, the sofa bed was covered with a worn out throw. Fortunately this was not required as there was only two of us, however I would not have slept on it anyway. Although the work surfaces were clean under the sink sofa, behind the TV, under the bed appeared to have not been cleaned for quite some time. The TV is very small, the cooker needs fixing or replacing as it takes multiple attempts before it ignites. Upstairs the dated decor continues, the wardrobes are old, in one of the bedrooms the door does not close. Because the bedrooms are small the beds are pushed up against the wall with no room at the side or bottom, which means you have to disturb or crawl over your partner to get out of bed. I have also never stayed in a property where you have to make your own bed on arrival or wash the sheets before you leave. Whilst the outside space is private the view you have is of a wall which is not clear on the listing.
I expressed my disappointment and concern to the owner who offered to visit. I declined as there was nothing that could be done to make this right. Overall, I feel the above points should be mentioned in the listing.

Ne pas se fier aux critères indiqués, on ne marque pas climatisation quand celle-ci se résume à un petit climatiseur mobile qui est programmé pour fonctionner une heure, avec lequel on arrive à passer de 28° à 26° et bien sûr le froid n'atteint pas les chambres de 6 et 7 m2, où il y a ventilateurs qui brassent air et font du bruit. Les volets en PVC ne sont pas isolants.
La terrasse est entourée mur et palissades , donc étouffante.
La plage est à 1200 mètres et non pas à 350 mètres comme indiqué, je n'ai pas vérifié les autres critères.
Pas d'accueil, il faut se débrouiller pour entrer parking et maison
