Spacious, modern look, 6th floor, huge pool, Ocean , pool view and mountain view, volleyball, kids playgroung, family oriented, steps to the beach and Jaco's nightlife, restaurants and grocery stores. One hour from the airport. -Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and dining table for 6 people. -3 ample suites, the master with a queen size bed and the second with 2 simple beds and third with 1 doble bed and 2 single beds. All rooms with wardrobe and hangers. -Master bedroom has a private full bathroom with shower and flat screen tv -Full bathroom with shower in the living room. - Terrace that overviews the ocean, mountain and pool view with nice furnishings. -Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large fridge, microwave, range with oven, safety box . -Laundry room with clothes washer and dryer. It also has: -AC in all rooms -High speed wireless internet access -Cable TV -24 hours security. We are always a phone call away, and steps to the site...We take care of our guests so they can have a wonderfull experience. We can refer our guests to nice places to visit, beaches and wildlife. We also offer with additionnal costs, deep sea fishing trips, surf lessons, private chef services, transportation from the airport to the beach and any tour available in Costa Rica. Jaco is located on the central pacific coast of Costa Rica, the closest beach at one hour from the airport. Known worlwide for surfing, it also is one of the most florishing beaches of Costa Rica due to his geographic situation. You also have at walking distance, dining, shopping, supermarkets ... Minutes in car or taxi to have acces to wildlife. Taxis, buses at walking distance. 2 parkings available, 24h security Car rental agencys at walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, our family stayed down there for 2 months. The property manager was very quick to reply and help with anything that was needed. The staff at the complex were so wonderful and were happy to interact. The sunsets from this condo were incredible and couldn’t have asked for a better view. Our only disappointment was that the playground was gone when we arrived and it was one of the main factors as to why we booked here as we have 3 little children. The listing has now been updated but we wish we were updated on this change. Would highly recommend this place, close walk to the beach and wonderful community of people.

This property has a great location and view. Our kids had a blast here. The pool is perfect for all ages. They have a shallow section that was wonderful for my two year old. Loved that they had a rice cooker also. There are tvs in each room. The pictures actually have different beds completely than the rooms and there is no longer a playground. Please keep that in mind when booking. The property manager was responsive and check in and out were both easy.

One word: SPEECHLESS!!!

One word: SPEECHLESS!!!

Phil and Anik make us very welcome…great place close to the beach and all the hot spots. It was a perfect stay for the whole family. It felt also very safe. The Condo is brand new, the pool is amazing, our four daughters really enjoyed! There is also alot of things to do in Jaco Area. We will definatly come back very soon, Anik and Phil are superb Hosts!

What an amazing place. I’ve simply enjoyed every aspect of it, starting from the hosts to the location. Great place, clean and peaceful. I definitely recommand it to anyone who likes upper scale at a reasonable price. Looking forward to go back next year!

An spectacular getaway!

Anik and Phil were definitely the best hosts ever! Our stay in their condo was more than we ever expected! The views from the condo were just unbelievable. The condo itself was very modern and spacious. Loved the pool area as it left us with a feeling that we were definitely in paradise! The downtown area with its' nightlife and restaurants was an added bonus. A short walk to the beach, we could not have asked for more! Thank you and we will return!
