First and last stay..

Big room.. location is strategic, there's a pasar malam nearby..

One of the sink is clogged.. tap in toilet is tight.. pillow condition is so poor.. so thin due to long usage.. the iron is so frustrating.. only heat for 2-3 minutes.. then i have to turn off for a while n reheat again.. leaving black mark on my shirt, since the iron plat has old black dirt from previous usage.. no refrigerator.. the room is separated by thin wall, so you can hear every single sound from another room.. (2 bedroom aparmtment).. tq

pleasant stay.

big bed. easy access to room, basement parking lift was connected to room floor, no need to go to lobby/ground floor first. have smart TV, even though Netflix nor Prime account was not provided but still can access Youtube.

the AC was barely working. the toilet light was too dim. there was no thrash can in the dining area or even bedroom. Wi-fi was not available, i got the password for the wi-fi but there was no wi-fi called L4.

BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !

Seriously DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! Check in using digitalised system (using iPad) provided at groundfloor then we were given room number and passcode to enter the room. My room was 426 at the 4th floor The building was quite creepy. Very huge and no other person We were not able to enter the room using passcode Tried to call the admin but unreachable. Then i asked the cleaner from nearby room. The cleaner asked the room number and passcode. She snap photo of our passcode using her phone. She gave us card to enter the the room We re able to enter the room using the card. Surprisingly from the inside, there re no lock/key at all. the room totally not safe!!! Especially when the cleaner had our passcode to enter the room anytime, and no lock from the inside, plus no security guard at all, with no other person around. Thats insane. Who can ensure our safety especially at night???? Tried to call admin to request for passcode changes but no response at all We just went out and search for another hotel nearby because its NOT SAFE AT ALL Its quite spacious room with good amenities i guess but with no securities at all, WHO WOULD STAY? I just can snap only 1 photo because im afraid anything can happened at anytime. I just went out after taking just one photo Please dont mistake with D'Gateway Perdana Hotel. Same building but different hotel management Im not sure about that hotel but it has reception at groundfloor What im writing is about BANGI PERDANA HOTEL. Please do not book and do not stay here

The suite is spacious... Easy parking area... Close to highway... Quite area... Strong water pressure Television and wifi working great Convinient store and restaurant available Praymat and qiblat direction on sight Digital check in suit me well enough

I would suggest to add on broom, microwave and mini refrigerator and kitchen utensils... Elevator area in basement parking quite dark... Pillow too season and towel too small and thin... Some furniture broke... Fee for parking is expensive...

Nice space for rest.

The price is very cheap. The space is large. Two comfortable large beds are very nice. Four towels are very useful.

Few wall plug not functioning well. No washcloths/footmat in front of the bathroom.

Worth It !

Cheaper than other hotel. Worth it. Got 2 queen size bed. Plus wifi good connection. Air conditioner very good and cold. Easy find food as bangi gateway in vicinity. Flea market also near by.

There no free hotel parking. Park beside road for free. Room not clean. No staff at lobby. Need to sign in using ipad by entering phone number. Then you will get code for door room. Inconvenience for elder people as they not using any smart device.

Satisfactory.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy.It was clean.Complimentary drinks were provided which was good.

Parking facilities should be provided free for guests.Lighting on the hallway corridor to the rooms should be able to function properly.The lighting on the hallway was really dim and quite dark for guests to make way to the rooms.Raise concern for safety.

I like the simple design of the room where it consists of toilet, coffee table, tv and mini pantry. It was worth of money to stay for travelling or business because it was surrounded by lots of amenities and facilities such as hospitals, eatery, road stalls etc.

Constant checking and cleaning of the wardrobe as number of hangers provided are less and would not be enough. Plus sometimes get to notice wood debris and used plastic bags underneath the drawer. The toilet paper provided is very thin and hoping for a better quality toilet paper. The door to exit for smoking should has lock installed to avoid theft. The wifi can be improved as it was very poor and unstable.

i like the privacy and how big the house and room. i like the area not crowded at all. i like concept self check in check out. the facilities meet my requirement. the bathroom superb, so big.

not enough dusbin. Better to have in one in each area. this can avoid dustbin spill over and separate waste. the floor dusty bed also dusty inside room aircond not cool enough for the space. the mentol bulb bathroom area not malfunction. i would like if owner left a broom and mop, so that we can clean ourselves if spill anything. i also would like mirror in bedroom to ready for going out.

Pleasant and worth the money

The room is cozy and very spacious, and it has a beautiful view. The toilet is also clean. Very easy to find food around the hotel because there is a food market just in front hotel.

I think the cleaner did not sweep or mop the floor, because the floor has some dust, and make me feel uncomfortable when walking barefoot. Maybe the hotel should provide a pair of room slipper.
