"100% Beachfront" 100% Remodeled. Enjoy your stay with astonishing views of the beach and sunrise from your private balcony in South Padre Island, Texas. This non-smoking one King bedroom, 1 bath with a full/twin bunk bed alcove condo was beautifully renovated January 2017 with a new fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, and updated furniture. Fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of ocean waves and view an amazing sunrise right from the bedroom. The large furnished balcony is a great place to enjoy the ocean in a more private setting. The condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated during the winter. This is one of our five beachfront view condos we own at this complex on VrBo.com Listing #3499048, 3559240, 3643752, and 7681790. If this one is booked try our other three. NO SPRING BREAKERS
This 1 bedroom with an alcove condo is 750sqft: sleeps 2-5 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a Full/Twin bunk bed alcove. The condo is equipped with blender, coffee pot, microwave, Wi-Fi, 3 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. This is a second floor condo with no elevator.
Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.
All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!
Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. For golfers, there is golf on the Gulf of Mexico at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

This was the perfect beach getaway for my family. Everything was just as advertised, and even more than we expected. The kids loved the fire work shows and oceanviews. We were sad to go, and will definitely be planning a trip back! Thank you so much! We made so many wonderdul memories.

If you want to stay next to the beach, walk for food and drink and have one of the absolute nicest condos, then here you go! We had a GREAT time. The condo itself was better than mentioned. We have already mentioned to friends where to go for thier next SPI, adventure. This was our first time to the island and our stay at the condo made it GREAT! THANK YOU for all the attention to detail! We look forward to staying again.

Awesome view- drinking coffee and watching sunrise over the Gulf. You are 50 yards from the beach.great host - allowed us to use their in- condo washer & dryer. Very clean. ( though the ‘pine sol like’ odor took a couple of days to air out of the condo). Great security - never a concern for safety while in the complex. Our 2 week stay overlapped with 2 says of college breakers on the beach - not great to have a thousand kids milling around the beach at the two bars adjacent to the property. The City did an amazing job cleaning the beach overnight. One very minor annoyance at the condo - the sponge and the disposable wash cloth were cut in half so they were quite mini in size.

This is our second time staying in one of their condos! They have put so much effort into making sure everything is in place for your stay! Condos are clean and beautifully decorated! Plus room for our 4 legged child!! Check in and out is is simple! We will be staying in one of their condos again on our next trip!

Excellent view, excellent property, excellent host, mostly excellent weather, not crowded, one week (mid November)was not enough. Next to Bar Louie’s, Clayton’s and Barry’s. Many restaurants closed for season. Open ones were hit or miss. F&Bs bland, Senor Donkeys excellent food and happy staff.

We rented this condo for my husband’s birthday. Everything was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular. Friday and Saturday night there we had a front row view to the fireworks that were set off from the pier at Clayton’s. Place was great. We will stay again soon.

The view of the ocean was beautiful! The condo has been very nicely updated with all the amenities needed for a great stay. We’ve stayed in other condos and it was really nice having certain things provided so we wouldn’t have to buy them and waste money: bath towels, hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap. We had a great family vacation and can’t wait to go back!

I can’t say enough about this property. Nestled in a well maintained condominium complex, this darling, remodeled and immaculately clean condo is the perfect location to the beautiful sandy beach of South Padre Island. You are only steps away to enjoy a day at the beach.
The owners have taken extreme care to stock their place with all necessities and then some. Everything listed in “what to bring” are spot on.
We will most certainly be back!

Located just steps away from the beach, this condo is very clean, well-maintained, and in perfect working order.
The kitchen is only stocked with salt and pepper. For those who intend to prepare their own meals during their stay on the island, it is advisable to bring along your own ingredients, as well as all seasonings and basic cooking essentials.

Lots of rules to follow regarding check in and check out compared to many VRBOs we’ve rented. Expect a little sand at a beachfront condo. Excellent location.

This was the best experience from beginning to end! My husband and I wanted a weekend getaway for our anniversary and I’m so glad we found this listing. The owners were very communicative and easily reached when we needed anything. Check-in/out was a breeze. The unit itself is GORGEOUS and was immaculately clean. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and it’s so conveniently located. The beach did get crowded, but it was totally expected given it was a holiday weekend. It was also nice to see that there was security who regularly patrolled the property. We could hear some fun live music from the Marriott next door but only when we were outside. Once we were inside, we didn’t hear a thing. The sound-proofing was impressive! We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo unit exceeded our expectations. It looked like it had been completely renovated, super nice! The view from our balcony was so relaxing. The owner made sure everything was in order for our stay. The location was within walking distance to a souvenir shop as well as a few restaurants/bars. We will definitely stay again if we come back to South Padre!

My family loved our time in SPI!! The condo, directly on the ocean, was relaxing and breathtaking. The unit was nicely remodeled and comfortable. The complex pool was also nice.
The condo complex looks dated. It seems well cared for though. This specific unit has touches of OCD. I’m not sure why everything was labeled (ie, cabinet that specified 8, 8 oz glasses). It also would’ve been nice to have something as simple as paper towels. What would take it to the next level is in unit laundry and a closet of some beach supplies (bag chair, sand toys…).
Overall, we were very pleased. We felt like we didn’t get enough time at our beach destination:(

Property was very nice and well maintained. Quiet complex and great location on the beach. We could have coffee on the porch in the mornings and easily access the beach. Nice area to rinse off the sand before heading into the complex. A very sort walk to 2 restaurant/bars was nice.

Great except for “TexasWeek Spring Breakers”. Location ideal on the Gulf, great walking and warm pool besides. Family friendly, pet friendly paradise. Unless you want to be part of the party scene don’t go during spring break. Wonderful owners and prompt attention when something is amiss. The condo is well appointed and updated.

This lovely appointed condo sits right on the beach. Literally feels as though you can reach out and touch the sand and surf. Short walk down the beach to Clayton's-- "the largest beach bar in Texas." We took in a Gary Allan show at Clayton's during our stay. We also were treated to two fireworks shows on Friday and Saturday night...best view for SPI weekend fireworks---your balcony at this condo. Truly a relaxing, wonderful stay!! Thank you.

The outside of the property looks very aged but our condo was recently remodeled and the decor was darling - beach vibe. We loved the kitchen, it had all utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, etc. Nice touch with the added book and games cupboard! The bed was extra comfy and the unit was clean. We will be back! Loved our time there, loved the location, loved the beach and Clayton's next door!

Our first experience at the Tiki Condominiums it was a great experience. The overall ease of working with management to finalize our stay, check-in and check-out was smooth and seamless. Our condo was as advertised, and very clean and beautifully decorated. We would welcome the opportunity to work with them again to plan out our vacation needs. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. We stayed for 5 weeks and would love to stay longer next time!

My husband and I have been married 20 years. This was our anniversary trip and we were really happy with the whole experience. We felt the accommodations to be clean and comfortable. Whoever did the decor really did a nice job, beach theme. We felt safe and the balcony was perfect. Beachview from the living and bedroom!! Would definitely stay in the future. The room is class. Everything you need is there except food. Kitchen has any utensils you would need. The shower was awesome with two shower heads. The bed could sleep an army. It’s huge!!
