In summer and winter, ideal for a short or long stay. Animals are welcome, south facing terrace with beautiful views of the sea and vegetation. The beach and the village are within walking distance (1, 5km).
Suitable for a family up to 5 people; 4 adults maximum.
Bathroom completely renovated with washing machine, in the mezzanine two bedrooms: one with a large bed for 2 people 140 x 190 and the other with 2 single beds and desk. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 hotplates, coffee maker. In the living room is a sofa bed type click-clac; surface apartement 46 m2 + terrace of 4m2.

The Host Ms. Riek was very kind and supportive, always. Uncomplicated check in. Nice appartment with Balcony and Terasse , new bathroom incl. washing machine) in very quite neighbourhood. The beach (best beach in town!) and shops were on the bottom of the hill (10min walk, 2min drive). Overall we had a very pleasent stay with my family (3kids)!!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et l'accueil que nous a réservé Monika à l'arrivée et au départ. Bon emplacement à 20min à pied de la plage du débarquement, le logement est calme et bien équipé.

Cadre agréable et surtout une place réservée pour la voirure. La mer à 15 minutes à pied et 20 minutes au retour, et oui cela monte. Appartement au 1er étage par WIFI .

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage zu Fuss ist man in 20min beim wunderschönen Strand,die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und selber kochen kann man auch. Die Nachbarwohnungen haben zum Teil Haustiere (Hunde&Katzen)das stört aber nicht.Sehr angenehme Vermieterin die ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht in einer kleinen Wohnanlage mit hauptsächlich Dauerbewohnern. Interressant geschnitten mit Wohnzimmer und integrierter Küche mit Terrasse mit Meerblick. Zwei Schlafräume auf halben Geschoss in der Wohnung oberhalb Wohnzimmer. Ideal für 2-3 Erwachsene oder Familie mit bis zu 3 Kindern. Vermieterin sehr nett und zuverlässig. Einfach im Umgang. Etwa 1 km zum Strand, Einkaufen, nach La Croix Valmer und auch in die Natur zum Wandern oder Radfahrern. Komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Appartement ist genauso wie beschrieben. Waren im Juni da, da war es von den Temperaturen her perfekt. Der Strand war wunderschön und relativ leer. Alles ist recht einfach und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Jederzeit wieder 👍

Il mese scorso ho trascorso 10 giorni nell'appartamento in oggetto. É abbastanza confortevole, tranquillo, dista dalla spiaggia un kilometro ma se si vuole si puó andare anche a piedi. Mi son trovata molto bene. La proprietaria é gentile.Lo suggerisco senz'altro a chi vuol trascorrere una vacanza serena e rilassante! Daniela Capone

Gegensätzlich dazu, was in der Beschreibung der Ausstattung angegeben ist, ist kein Mixer vorhanden, Geschirr zu wenig, Handtücher garnicht, keine Liegestühle und keine vier Gartenstühle, sondern nur drei, die außerdem extrem klapprig sind. Der Ventilator und die Nachttischlampe im Kinderzimmer haben keine Steckdose, stehen nur so da. Die Vermieterin hat kaum Infos gegeben und hat sich erst mal um mehr als eine halbe Stunde verspätet bei Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung liegt in den Hügeln, zum Strand laufen theoretisch möglich aber Weg zurück sehr steil. Die Klobrille ist aus Holz und war bereits aufgequollen (sehr eklig). Obwohl die Einrichtung alt ist kostet die Wohnung (zumindest in der Hochsaison) genausoviel wie die andere Fewo der Vermieterin, die komplett mit modernen Möbeln eingerichtet ist, was ich persönlich befremdend finde. Im WC gibt es keine Lüftung und kein Fenster, was nach dem Duschen und eventuellem Föhnen sehr anstrengend ist. Die Schlafzimmer liegen im oberen Stock, was im Hochsommer die Hitze unerträglich macht.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances à 3 (2 adultes, 1 enfant) dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Les photos de l'annonce présentent très bien la location qui est très bien entretenue. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

vom 26.09.2011 an verbrachten wir zwei Wochen in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung entsprach den Angaben im Angebot. Besonders angetan waren wir von dem völlig problemlos einzurichtenden Internetanschluss sowie von der Möglichkeit, kostenlos ins Deutsche Festnetz telefonieren zu können. Große Klasse fanden wir in diesem Zusammenhang die zuständige Betreuerin, die uns viele Informationen zur Wohnung und auch zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Events in der Region gab. Wir hoffen sehr, nächstes Jahr wieder anreisen zu können. Vielleicht treffen wir dann auch unsere schwarze "Gastkatze" wieder, die sich von den Urlaubern durchfüttern läßt.

Die Fewo entsprach ganz unseren Erwartungen und den Angaben in der Beschreibung. Das schöne renoviertes Bad hat genügend Ablageflächen. Sehr ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht, absolut kein Verkehrslärm. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. War bestimmt nicht unserer letzter Aufenthalt.
