It was excellent - price was top notch!!

Everything. Ease of location and restaurant s in the area. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious.

Didn’t see a pet relief area outside or collection bags and trash bin. Not a problem for us we always travel with these items but there was a customer asking.

This was a nice enough place to stay but, pay attention to your bill.

Very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I booked a room with breakfast included. At breakfast, there's a standard bill on every table. You can charge breakfast and a tip to your room or presumably pay right then and there. I asked about "breakfast included" and at first they said that wasn't on my reservation. They said I would be billed anyway and if something was incorrect, they would just take it off. I did get it taken off (showed them my confirmation) and there wasn't a problem but if you're not paying attention, you might end up paying for a complimentary breakfast. Seems a little sneaky on their part. At other hotels, if everyone isn't getting a complimentary breakfast, they have someone check you in. There's no bill sitting on all the tables.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were wonderful.

It was modern, clean and located close to the expressway. The restaurant was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints.

Nice place to stay

The facility was clean & the staff friendly. Plus a good location - easy to access. I wasn't crazy about the upfront charge for amenities (refundable later). It didn't make sense if my card is on file - this is probably an industry issue not just THIS hotel's policy. Overall I was happy with everything & would stay there again.

It was clean.

The bathroom was so small that my leg touched the toilet paper roll. They let teenagers play aggressive football throwing in the pool, so my 5 year old couldn't swim.

Room rate was a little high for the hotel based on location and comparable hotel’s in the area

Nice facility. Staff very nice. Room clean and comfortable. Easy to get to from freeway.

Charging $12/person for a breakfast “buffet” that was really not much different than the standard free breakfast at other hotels was really ridiculous. Not much of a value.

the relaxation we needed after having to drive over 20 hours.

very clean, friendly staff, quick check in, pet friendly, room was warm when we came in (it was snowing outside), great location being next to a shopping center with lots of food options.

Very friendly and very clean.
