Very clean and comfortable. The location was great. There was tons to do on site and it was very close to other things in Orlando. A lot of things for kids to do as well.

The resort complex was massive but lots of swimming pools to spread out. Clean facility. Landscaping was nice. Good amenities.

Everything was great! Staff, location, room and check in process were excellent. You have a lot of activities daily and so many things to do itās definitely a fun resort! The only thing was I reserved a room with a jacuzzi inside but when I did the check in they told me they were very busy and there was no longer rooms with jacuzzi available, I was confused because I had already reserved one and pay for it so I didnāt know why there was no more; they gave me a room with an extra bedroom which I really didnāt need but it was fine. Overall I would definitely go back!š

(1) NO TYPE OF GRABBAR IN BATHROOM FOR SENIORS OR TOWEL BAR (2) IN LIVING ROOM IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF SMALL TABLE TO SET YOUR DRINK ON WHEN SITTING ON COUNCH OTHERWISE IT'S USELESS WHEN SOCIALIZING ( LOTS OF SMALL ANTS ON BALCONY OTHERWISE THE FACILITY WAS VERY NICE LOTS OF ENTERTAINMENTS IN AND OUT OF THE WATER

This room is played out strangely. There is a hot tub between the bed and the sink with no wall to separate it. While this might be fine for a couple it was weird for my daughter and I. The place was clean but needs a redecorating.

It did not appear to be as nice as it was from the street. Once inside the resort it was very well-appointed,

Nice, clean place. Screened in large patio is great! The only complaint I have is parking was difficult at times to find a close place to the unit and the unit is a far walking distance to the main building (not a big deal for adults, but semi harder with little kids).

Nice place and grounds. Location is good with friendly staff. The only problem was that the patio tile was broken in several places at the unit we were in.

We had a small issue with security one evening but someone came and handled it promptly. We also had a maintenance issue with some water leaking but someone was quick to come and check it out . Our room was on the ground floor and it was so annoying that every five seconds a golf cart would drive by .. it made it hard to get some peace and quiet outside around the lake. Its a time share property and they are trying to sell big time. Atleast 20 golf carts passed my patio area every morning . The dishes in the cabinet were not clean. I had to wash them to use them. I tried to get clean towels several times and never got them. They had someone come get my dirty towels but never returned with any clean ones. I had find a laundry bin outside and get my own. The location was fine but I would rather stay someone else if I ever return to Orlando.

Property was as described. The pools were great, some difficulties with room and cleanliness but overall great property with all amenities on location. Food was ok but having a small grocery was key to saving for snacks. We just ubered from airport and stayed on location except for a fun dinner out just a mile away. Super easy to get too!

We enjoyed ourselves. The room was spacey and mostly clean. It had a full kitchen and included washer/dryer. Check-in was hectic as there was a very long line! I probably waited 20min but it went smoothly. This is a very large resort with many buildings and therefore many people!! Thankfully there are many pools. The kids enjoyed the waterpark but it is probably best for 12 and under. We had a large group staying there and all had a good time.

Excellent place to stay. We are local to Orlando and decided to stay here for the weekend. We love the room and the location. The room was amazing, and the amenities of the place are awesome. A lot of things to do inside the property. We will come back and bring the kids we us for the next time.

Comfy king size bed, lovely jet tub, great views, heated pools hot tubs, room service for whatever you need, huge gym, nice restaurant w/ game room & bowling & pet friendly. Everyone was really nice.

Property was great and plenty of things to do and just to walk around and enjoy the scenery. stores, shops, restaurants. putt putt, bowling pools, new one under construction.
Under the covid mask era we still had fun. and the place was nice
The ad did not say about the time share meeting, i guess we had a choice to go for the extra 100-150 visa card, amazing what we would do to get something free or something back,
They will hound you like most but if you and or spouse can continue to say NO you will get you pay out about 2-3 hrs of wasted time
