About this house rental

Set right on the water’s edge of Lake Conjola with the convenience of your own private jetty for you to tie the tinny up or have a fish off, this is a perfect retreat for the keen fisherman,

The yard and jetty are not open for the public, it is for your use only... nobody can walk through! The only visitors from the waterside are the many fish, ducks, and the occasional Kangaroo... ohh and paddle boarders and other kayaks will wave as they paddle past ;)

Why not try skiing, canoeing, wakeboarding or paddleboarding yourself, all popular activities to do on the lake directly in your own backyard.

Bird lovers will enjoy the variety of visiting birds including the many ducks looking to be fed. Watch for the kangaroos, Lake Conjola has many. Just pull up a chair and enjoy the peace and quiet with a good book or glass of wine, spirit, or beer! It is quiet and very relaxing*

The house has ceiling fans through out the living rooms and bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms make it ideal for 2 families to share. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed & bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, with 2 extra single beds. There is a Porta cot and high chair for the very little guests too. ********* Please note - There are quilts and pillows provided but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow slips, and towels.

This house features three bedrooms, smart TV & DVD player, Gas Weber Family Q BBQ. The kitchen has cooking appliances for all seasons, there is a slow cooker, electric frypan, popcorn maker & of course an electric blender (smoothies for breakfast) The main bathroom has a bath and there is a shower in the laundry, plus a washing machine. ****** Please note that you will need to bring your own towels and toiletries too.

Summer or winter this home offers a fantastic experience. On the warmer days, you can relax under the ceiling fans inside and still have the magnificent view through the huge glass doors or relax outside on the huge undercover deck overlooking the water and watch the local birds, ducks & kangaroos. There is bandicoot about but they are shy creatures that hide from the daylight.

On the colder days if you prefer to sit inside the 8-metre sliding glass doors will make you feel as though you are still outside relaxing in the warmth with a meal cooking in the oven or slow cooker as you relax.

Directly across the lake is a National Park where the kangaroos sleep peacefully under the trees and enjoy the tranquility of the lake.

Sit on the large back deck that overlooks the water and watch the sun come up in the mornings to this magical private paradise.

We are sorry but other than your pet bird, no cats and dogs please.

Had a great time at this beautiful property. Great location and clean with basic essentials that you need either for a weekend inside or kayaking and fishing outside. Great large deck overlooking the water. Denise is prompt with her communication and great to deal with. The smarttv and spotify will keep the kids / adults occupied at all times. Loved our stay! Enjoyed sitting on the deck feeding the birds. Kayaking, fishing all from your back yard. Enough room for everyone with the two dining areas. Easy walk to the shop and club. Will definitely be back

We loved our stay, the house was clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a great location. The covered verandah looking out over the water was our favourite spot. We fished from the property and jetty but unfortunately couldn't catch the big ones.

Nice property in central location of Lake Conjola, close to beach, boat ramp, shop and club. Excellent to have direct water access & dock for the boat. Well appointed neat and tidy accommodation and more than comfortable for the four of us.

The house is in a very central location with the property backing onto the water. Perfect for fishing and kayaking can leave your boat tied up to the wharf at the back. Very short walk to the bowling club or to the beach. Whichever you prefer the house is very spacious, great covered deck area out the back with a big barbecue.

We had a fabulous stay, spending some overdue quality time with the grandparents. There was ample room for us all (4A, 3C). The private jetty on the inlet was great for the boats and the children. From fishing, potty mullet, crab pots and all things boating, it was a fabulous trip. It is the first property we have stayed that has catered for infants having a high chair and portacot available. The property owner was super responsive and flexible. Would love to stay again!

This property was in the best location with the perfect set up for 2 families to enjoy. The jetty was a highlight, as was the open plan kitchen/dining and balcony space overlooking it. We loved all the visits from the various bird species, waking up to them was a real highlight for the kids. Loved everything about our stay here!

Wonderful property at Lake Conjola. Everything you need provided. An inviting and spacious home, with gorgeous views on the water. Birds came to visit everyday, kangaroos too. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, and the home was just perfect for us. Comfy beds, perfect kitchen , relaxing outdoor setting and two bathrooms make it an ideal family home away from home. Such lovely neighbours too. We loved this house for our family, it was perfect for our little vacation.Thank you Denise for your great communication and for welcoming us to your beautiful home!

A great place to enjoy quiet stressfree time with family. My 3 year old son loved his stay as birds visited morning and evening, lots of place for him to run around and Kangarooes not far from the house. A nice beach not so far away. Even a rainy day is enjoyable. Lake area full of water birds and fish. Loved every moment. Thanks a lot Denise.

The house is very beautiful and spacious. The waterfront view to see the beautiful lake is amazing. Lovely lorikeets and kangaroos made the house more lively. The neighbours are also very kind. We love the place, so peaceful and relax. Will come back again.

Great location, host communication was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately there was an issue with the cleaner so the house was pretty grubby. Definitely needs an upgrade for the mattresses in 2 of the 3 rooms and a dryer for wet weather. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us

Great place to stay and easy access to the lake with kayaks via the water channel. There’s a great walk that I did most days, takes an hr - right onto Sandpiper road to the end and then down a beautiful bush track to the beach then back up to to the caravan pace to home. The back verandah and deck lounges were fantastic and well used by us, as was the Weber bbq. The only downsides were the original bathroom sink leaked constantly and the countertop was always wet, and there were a few leftover items from previous stays such as used bandaids in a cupboard and earbuds under the bed. Minor things and overall we really enjoyed our stay..

Wonderful property for a family holiday. Set in a tranquil location and close to the few amenities Lake Conjola has to offer this property ticked all the boxes for us. Generous living areas, great kitchen and the world's biggest deck overlooking the water set us up for a fabulously restful week.

We had a lovely stay as we just wanted to chill and not do too much. Lake Conjola is just the space. Denise was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay at the property. The neighbours were lovely too. We were given a lovely couple of bream from the morning catch to have for our dinner. The property is very well equipped for a couple just wanting to take some time out.
