About this house rental
Madison, New Hampshire has the best of both worlds. Located in lake country, Madison is a quick car ride from the White Mountains and just outside of North Conway. Stay in comfort during the summer with central air. You will find family friendly King Pine ski area, hiking trails, miles of snowmobile trails and beautiful Silver Lake, right in the quaint little village of Madison. Close to Outlets. Boulder state park is located on the same street as the house.

Great spot for our yearly boys ski trip. Game room was perfect entertainment for our 8 night stay this year keeping us busy playing ping pong and pool every night. The boulder walking trail down the street was also very cool and scenic to go visit. No complaints or issues with the neighborhood as it was always quiet and peaceful. Overall we were all happy with our stay at this house and had a great time from check in to check out!

It was a nice property, easy to locate, convenient to North Conway. Property Manager was very prompt in communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay and the games in the lower level were great fun! Enjoyed the fire pit and grill. Open kitchen, dining, living room.

Thank you Mike and Dawn. Italians always get it right. :) Great place, just off the main artery 16 and 112 113, baseball throw from the transfer station. I'm just getting started. We had some sun on the way up, then rain. However, this lil place had indoor fun, pool table, foosball, and ping pong to help make it fun til it cleared up. Everyone had a place to sleep, even bringing the last in law around..ahem... it was manageable. Epic! First Vrbo for us. Much love!!

Property was clean, condiments in refrigerator and plenty of common things in cabinets. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table.

Disappointed with Rec Room as the pool table and ping pong table were both quite worn to the point where it affected the game. Master bed was quite old and not comfortable as it sank in the middle...husband had to sleep on sofa due to uncomfortableness.

We hade to fix the pool table leg so it wouldn’t fall apart and all the towel racks need attention. But the house was clean and very cozy and nice

This property was so spacious. We had 4 adults, two 15 yr old's, one 9 year old, and three 7 year old's for a week stay. No one was stepping on each other, and everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. The game room was a hit for all the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and supplies.
The ease to communicate with the owner was great. There are a few lake beaches around to choose from a few mins away from the property along with groceries stores.

What a great house! We had a group staying for a wedding in the area and there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room and fire pit were huge hits. We would absolutely stay here again.

The place was clean and had a nice relaxed vibe. It was spacious yet warm and welcoming. My kids and I both enjoyed the game room and the gas fireplace. I'd love to return and explore the hiking trails just a short walk down the street.

Good location, property manager didn’t disclose that you would need to bring your own blankets prior to arrival due to Covid- a heads up would have been appreciated. Also, the garbage fee that’s posted on the fridge and in the pdf for house rules was wrong, it clearly states it’s $2 a bag however it’s $5 .

I love the property and the location but I notice there was no change from the time i went 5 years ago. The tv's are out dated and the young kids couldn't play or watch any tv in the game room. It took me awhile to figure out each tv in each room. Over all i had a nice time. Another thing that is odd is paying 5 dollars a bag to empty your trash when it says it only cost 3 dollars. I think if your paying for cleaning service there should be a better option then paying 5 dollars to empty a small trash bag. I felt robbed. Once again I had a nice time.
