About this chalet rental
This welcoming New Hampshire home features spacious living rooms both upstairs and down stairs to include tv's with cable/DVD, stereo system, and many board games. Large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. One king size master bedroom, two queen size bedrooms; as well as a bedroom equipped to sleep a family of four which includes a queen size bed with two twin beds built into the wall above. Laundry room with washer and dryer off master bedroom. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board provided. Over extended deck for entertaining. Fire Pit. Beach/Lake access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc.... Small dogs considered upon approval from owner. Free Wi-Fi Please note linens and towels are not provided. Due to covid-19 blankets are not provided. Thank you! Update all 4 bedrooms has TVs with Roku, Cable

Came up for a ski weekend with family and it was the perfect location. Attitash was only 15 minutes away and we had 2 blue bird days of skiing! The house was exactly as described and Rocco and Jenn were super responsive. Will definitely l rent again in the future and much thanks to them for opening up their home to us!

I am pregnant with my second child and planned a girls weekend for my last hurrah before baby comes. We knew from the pictures the house was nice but we were all wow’d when we walked in the rental. The house was clean and decorated so tastefully. Everyone kept making comments about how beautiful the house was all weekend. The view of the pond was an added bonus. The home was clean and equipped with everything you could need including some games. We hope to visit again. What a great stay!

This home is lovely. One of the cleanest VRBO's I've ever stayed in. They put thought and care into the way the house looks from the outside to inside. I will definitely stay here again. Only drawback is bringing your own towels, sheets, etc. but definitely would not stop me from staying here or recommending this home!

Great house with lots of space, great deck space. Love it. 2nd time we stayed here to go to the fair (just the right distance away), leaf peeping, hiking and sightseeing with family. VERY VERY relaxing, cooked in the well stocked kitchen and grilled with meat from the local specialty foods market too. We brought games but they have many too. Fun times at this beautiful home. I rented the property to have a small surprise 70th birthday party for my mother and needed to house myself and a few out of town family members. The house was beyond perfect for the occasion. When they say the kitchen is fully stocked them mean it! My friend and family were very impressed with the house and the view is amazing. My aunt plans on trying to rent sometime with her kids and grandkids. Very pleased with our stay.

Two families with two kids each. Great space to spread out. Kitchen had everything needed and we cook big meals. Dining table for 8 which we don’t often find! Carpeted LR kept mornings quiet so early birds could be awake watching the sun rise from the couch while the sleepyheads stayed in bed. Took a walk around the pond/neighborhood on our day off from skiing and was quiet and peaceful. Was an easy and enjoyable stay!

We had the best experience. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The house provided everything we needed for the five day holiday break. Perfect walk to the pond down the road, near enough to North Conway for shopping and a great experience.

I would personally like to thank Rocco and Jennifer for letting us stay at their perfect home, me and the family were truly in love. It was big and beautiful, clean and the area was so beautiful and quiet definitely something me and my family from Boston needed. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and it truly was amazing, we did a fire outside every night, the house is so spacious and tons of things to do like watch tv up or downstairs, they had bored games and a gorgeous kitchen with everything. The deck upstairs was huge and it gave you a beautiful view of a house and lake in front of it with the gorgeous woods. About a 10 minute drive to North Conway, so you can hit up all the local restaurants and stores….also there is a small beach right around the corner from the house, though it was a little cold (went in September) me and the family still went swimming! I can’t even express how wonderful of time me and the family had here on vacation, thank you again! We would love to rent it again next year!! But for even longer :)

The family as a whole was very excited to spend time here. They love the lake!!! They would roll out of bed get suits on and out the door they went!!! We’re familiar to the area so we did everything that they like the best. Which is a lot. House was perfect! Can’t wait to be back next summer❤️😊

This is a gorgeous property. It was very clean. Close by to many activities in North Conway. The white mountains and the kancamagus highway are a must when here. It’s only a short trip to the ocean also.

Mother's Day Weekend
Took a group of women away for a much needed Mother's Day weekend. Pictures do not do this house justice....the house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay which was entirely too short. The younger group hung out down stairs while us older folks spent most of out time up stairs. Kitchen was well stocked, although we didn't use it much. As mothers we all did not really feel like cooking on a weekend off. :)
