How helpful and friendly the staff was! (especially Paul and Betty Ann)

Parking was tight but still had a spot to park. Maybe they could add a chair or two in the room. Nevertheless, it was still a beautiful stay! Thank you

I suggest getting better window treatments for privacy and darkening of the room. There were only blinds on our windows.

I liked that there was a cafe on the premises for breakfast and lunch and that the motel was on the beach and 5 blocks from Jenkinson Pier.

The view was stunning and staff were super friendly.

Water temp-I even made sure that I hadn’t run the water, etc. I was up early and took showers then and in the evening, and no matter what the water was cold. The outlet next to the bed didn’t allow my iPhone charger to stay plugged in because it was so loose. For the amount of money being spent for each night, the small things should be fixed.

The picture was deceiving. We thought we could at least look out the windows. We were stuck in a corner room with no way to look out the windows. Forget seeing the ocean.

Clearer explanation of what it really was. It was disappointing. We talked about getting our money back.

This is our first stay at the Driftwood Motel and we were impressed! The quality of this motel was excellent. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable with a nice size mini fridge, large closet and a beautiful bathroom - you can tell the rooms have been nicely upgraded, I especially liked the tiled shower. The AC unit kept the room very cool and comfortable. Nice tables with umbrellas along the pool where you can grab breakfast, lunch or a snack at their cafe and have views of the pool, beach and ocean. The Driftwood sits on a private beach so you don't have the typical large groups of tourists like if you were up by the boardwalk. Very family oriented motel and area with kind staff. They have a private parking lot which is super close to your room for easy unloading even if you are on second floor. The beach in front of their motel is literally only steps away from your room which makes it easy to bring chairs, umbrellas, etc. I believe the motel was sold out the night we were there but it didn't feel busy - still felt very private! We will definitely be back!!
