This property is beautiful and exactly as listed. The house is on the north side of the island, away from all of the tourists and resorts. There were 11 of us in this house and had plenty of room. I recommend booking the chef services. Eddie and Nancy prepared the best food and were so pleasant to have in the house. There is a taxi stand within a 5 minute walk and if you don't rent a car you will need transportation to reach the ferry terminal, grocery stores and any attractions.

The property, staff and amenities were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Grace. The water was a bit murky when we first arrived due to a storm that had just passed, but you could walk to a protected cove just down the beach that had crystal clear water. The ocean cleared out after a couple of days, and when it wasn’t what we wanted the pool made up for it. We hired the chef, which we highly recommend, Anni was the best! Gerry took great care of the grounds and the housekeeper, Ceyla, was excellent. We took advantage of Sandra Medina, the concierge, for booking taxis, renting a guitar and recommending things to do. Finally, we also rented the Fjord and had an amazing ocean tour with snorkeling and a sunset dinner at a sandbar. Truly amazing! Highly recommended!

We wanted a spot on the beach large enough to hold our large family and Villa Grace was a perfect fit. The cooks were fantastic and so was Jerry the groundskeeper. Ariel the manager of the house made sure we were taken care of and provided great contacts for a taxi with a van large enough to hold all 12 of us. As I said in the title, it was absolutely fantastic!

This property is absolutely amazing. It is spacious and luxurious. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable spacious king sized bed and the living room and kitchen are equally as spacious and comfortable. You step out the sliding glass doors to a wonderful patio and pool and then just steps from the white sands and water. We hired the private chef (Jorge) too and that was one of the best decisions we ever made. The caretaker on site was so helpful and made sure everything was in place and helped us with cabs and other local advice. There were 7 of us staying in the house from 14 yrs to 78 yrs and each of us raved about this house.

There are no other words to describe the incredible stay we had at Villa Grace other than PARADISE. Every single amenity you could need was available. The house was immaculate and the the landscaping was beautiful. The house was well appointed and decorated beautifully. Jerry was extemely helpful, always had a smile on his face and always available. Sala kept the house in tip top shape. There was no downside to this vacation rental whatsoever. I do recommend that you use Sandra's Kitchen. Lucy and Mariel had meals ready and waiting at the requested hours and every single person in our group of 10 said that the food they prepared equaled or was better than the fine dining restaurants on the island. You cannot go wrong renting any of the luxury cozumel villas!

We stayed at Villa Grace and it was an absolute wonderful experience. The home is spacious, and having onsite caretaker and daily housekeeper just made the stay so much more enjoyable. Even the local property management (father/son team) were a delight, even helping us out when we needed a few bottles of wine. Highly recommend the property.

I would highly recommend Villa Grace! Our group includes two families with 6 children and the house was beyond our expectations. The access to the ocean, pool and lounge chairs, covered patio and updated interiors were unbeatable. The highlight of the trip was the cooking from Anni and Ricky as we experienced authentic Mexican cuisine each day prepared by wonderful people. Gerry was very helpful with any questions about the house and was always there if we needed anything. Some of the best snorkeling on the island was a short walk down the beach. I would recommend bringing your own snorkeling gear and walking down the beach instead of renting a boat or driving across the island.

Cozumel Getaway
Our group of 10 had a great time at Villa Grace. Communication with Ronen and Fulvio was great throughout the process of setting up our stay.
The Villa was just as pictured and it was enough room for all of us to spread out. The master bedroom was spectacular and the views were great.
A special thank you to Jerry!! He helped us with anything we needed and was always so pleasant.
The ladies in the morning and evening make our meals were great and the food was yummy.
The mosquitos were out in full force every night so it was hard to enjoy the evening sunsets. We tried every spray we had but nothing seemed to work though this is from being in a tropical environment and nothing to do with the villa itself.
The water on the other side of the pier by the Melia is beautiful and great to snorkel in.
We would come back to Villa Grace in a heart beat.

Fantastic house and crew!!
This is a must stay!! We arrived with a large group of 10 and we were blown away by how accommodating the owner and staff were! Before we arrived there was a lot of correspondence back and forth from food, to rides to and from the airport, covid tests for our return flight. The reply's were quick and informative. We did have Sandra's kitchen cook three of the days we were there, I would highly recommend using this service!!! The food was off the charts! Jerry was our house person and did a fabulous job with anything we needed.
We loved the outdoor area and the house sits right on the beach. The house provided paddle boards and kayaks for our enjoyment. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom so there was no fighting over the bedrooms.
During our stay one of our group had a medical emergency that was pretty sever. During this time the owner and the employee's of the house were extremely helpful and kind, even offer to visit our friend in the hospital. Having a medical emergency in another country was extremely scary but it was so helpful feeling like they really cared and wanted to help.
We would absolutely would stay here again. Once again thank you for everything, you all made a big difference for our group.

Amazing Vacation!
We planned this trip to originally occur in March of 2020 when Covid shut down the world. Ronan was amazing (and generous) to work with us to help reschedule our trip to March of 2022. We throughly enjoyed everything about the house and our stay. The bedroom layout worked perfectly for our group. The house was clean and well equipped. The outdoor spaces and beach view were exactly as advertised. The management team was helpful and maintained excellent communication. We were spoiled with the daily house cleaning, the daily grounds keeping, and with the chef hired through Sandra’s kitchen. We hope to book this house again next year with our friends.

Total relaxation in a wonderful setting
This was our family’s second visit to this property — after the first visit four years ago we knew we wanted to return. We were not disappointed! The spotless property, made possible by daily maid service and a caretaker who cleared the beach of seaweed each day, plus the addition of daily services of a chef for breakfast and dinner, really made this a relaxing vacation where we could focus on quality family time.

Perfect Villa 5++ star staff!
From the moment we walked in we knew this Villa was special! We have rented four different Villas in Cozumel, some multiple times. Villa Grace was the best one by far! The house was perfection but what made it the best of all was Anne our chef. Every single meal and the snack options made this our vacation truly amazing and the best vacation by far! First, she is the sweetest person who takes pride in every meal she prepares. Second, Her husband Ricky was so nice and they make a great team. We have always done the meal plan but Anne set the bar so high we will never want anyone else! The rest of the staff was amazing! Jerry took such good care of the property! We rarely saw him but could tell he spent hours each morning racking the sand and beach and preparing the property/pool to perfection each morning. The house was cleaned each day yet we rarely saw her. We will return to Villa Grace every time we come back to Cozumel!

Just like shown in the pictures, the location of the villa is right on the beach. The beach is very quiet except if there is a lot of wind, and the kite surfers are showing their skills.
Very nice villa, sufficient space for a family. Jerry cleaned up the pool, the beach and is a very nice person. He leaves in the back of the villa, next to the carport, so always somebody around.
We enjoyed very much the in-villa cooking that we booked through Sandra. Reina took very well care of us with Mexican breakfast and dinner…we ate so much that we must have gained some weight. I strongly recommend to book this service as we were a bit disappointed from the restaurants in Cozumel (we tried 3 restaurants).
One tip: don‘t book FlyCozumel for your private flights from Cancun to Cozumel or excursions. They let us down completely and I am still waiting for my refunds…My close to 100 emails and WhatsApps are not being answered: they promise a lot but don‘t deliver. For your private flights, I can recommend Flights Cancun: they jumped in to organize a flight to pick up our children, when FlyCozumel canceled the pick up 4 hours before our kids arrived from Frankfurt in Cancun.

This is a beautiful house, right on the beach, and very close to San Miguel. So convenient! Garry and Sela took great care of us the entire time. Or experience could not have been better.

Outstanding Home
From the moment we arrived till the day we left we felt at home. Gerry was there to meet us and was around every day to rake our beach and clean the patios and pool, He's Great!! The Housekeeper was on time everyday and did a super job for us. When we plan another Family Trip I will stay there again. Thanks Fulvio for everything!!

Loved our stay at Villa Grace!
After COVID-19 derailed our original vacation plans in April 2020, Ronen worked with us to reschedule for May 2021. And boy was it worth the wait! Villa Grace is beautiful, sitting just a stones throw from the beautiful crystal blue water. There were 3 adult couples and one infant. We had more than enough room for all of us. The only part of the house that didn’t fit our needs was the living room. The furniture was stylish and modern, but it wasn’t very “comfy” for 6 adults and an infant. We’re a family that likes to sit around after dinner and play board/card games, and I would say that with a different couch and maybe a loveseat or 2, you could have a cozier living area to lounge in. Other than that, we were very pleased with the facilities! Gerry, the groundskeeper, did a wonderful job of keeping the back patio swept, the sand raked, and the pool skimmed every day. Only bummer was that one of the umbrellas broke during our stay, due to some high winds one of the days, but luckily Gerry supplied us with a standing fan to keep cool in the humidity under the covered patio. Ceyla, the housekeeper, was a sweet as can be. She was helpful when I needed to run a load of laundry and when I couldn’t figure out why the water dispenser was blinking lights at me. She was diligent in her cleaning and always happy to help! Now, if you’re on the fence about getting food prepared for you, I highly recommend opting in for the chef service and grocery delivery. It saved SO much time and hassle of grocery shopping, meal prep and clean up... all the things you want to escape while on vacation. We requested 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner) for our entire stay. Sandra was so helpful in setting that up, and our chefs, Eddie and Nancy, were THE BEST! They catered to us, going above and beyond on many occasions- they made special “papillas” for my 7 month old; they helped us celebrate my mom’s birthday with a delicious chocolate cake; and they indulged my insatiable craving for fresh shrimp ceviche! I can’t say enough just how wonderful we found Eddie and Nancy to be!! All in all, it was a fantastic family vacation and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in paradise!

Eddy and Nanci made the most delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. The fish was freshly caught the same day it was made for dinner and freshly baked bread was a great start to the day. The maintenance man, Gerry, was out each morning working on the yard and beach to ensure our enjoyment. Since we spent most of the day outside, Gerry cleaned the pool and chairs each morning so they were ready for us each morning. The housekeeper came everyday and was such a delight. The house manager, Fulvio, and his wife Sandy, were fantastic. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response to any question or need I had. Knowing the house was safe and sanitized inside and out daily, gave us piece of mind. Our Covid test were given at the home and results delivered back the same day. Our family is already planning our next trip back to Cozumel so we can stay at Villa Grace for vacation again. This is one for the record books!

Beautiful sand beach!!
This house is just as pictured/described! Staff was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our 3 generational, 11 person family (16 month old twins upto Gramma and Grampa). 11 days of bliss!!

We stayed at Villa Grace 6/8 - 6/15/2019. Ten adults with no children. We scheduled everything with Ronen Seri, Fulvio Cuccurullo, and Sandra Olguin. Prior to our arrival, they responded to our questions via email very quickly. During our stay, they followed up to make sure everything was okay. We arrived early to the house Saturday the 8th and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We never ran out of hot water even when everyone was getting ready to go to dinner. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you need. The chilled water tank was adequate for all of us. One of the attendees brought their Apple TV so we could watch TV in English. In the evening the Wi-fi was a little slow with everyone’s phones, IPads, tablets, and laptops synced to it. Bring bug spray because in the evenings the mosquitos were very active. No sea weed on the beach and it felt as if we had our own private beach. PROS: Ronen, Fulvio, and Sandra provided excellent service. Good communication throughout the process. Housekeeping was good. They showed up on time and did a thorough job. You never really knew they were there. We had fresh towels every day and they changed our linen at least once that I can recall. Chefs were excellent!!!!! We used them for breakfast and lunch. Each meal was very good. They were flexible with our schedule for the mornings we went scuba diving. Always on time. They provided the food and cleaned the kitchen afterwards. They were kind and fun to talk to. Suggest you examine your schedule because after a full day of diving, sun, and fun, we would have loved to have stayed in for dinner in lieu of getting dressed and going out. We provided Sandra a list of snack foods and different beers for the house and it was all there when we arrived. She did a great job of putting flowers in each bedroom. Her fee for providing the service is well worth it. Gerado(?)– the groundskeeper was very good. Every morning he raked the sand where the lounge chairs were, clean the sand off the covered patio, cleaned sand out of the pool, and cleaned sand off the patio furniture. He is very kind and helpful if you have questions. He lives on site, but you never see him unless you’re up very early in the morning. Outdoor seating: Adequate for all ten adults and comfortable. Cons:Furniture in the living room for ten adults wasn’t adequate to watch TV in the evenings (seats 4 adult men comfortably).

Absolutely Amazing Trip
This property is one of the best we have ever stayed in and the people were absolutely amazing!! From the owner to property manager to the onsite people.....they made us feel right at home and were beyond incredible on how they took care of us in every aspect! We will definitely be using this property for our next trip to the island. 5 Stars !!!!!

Home away from home
This property is amazing. Our family of 10 had the best week. We used Aldora divers for some amazing scubadives. Rented one car. ( plenty). The cooks (Eddie and nancy ) became just like family and there was NOT a bad meal. We mainly did breakfasts and dinners. Seriously the “souvenir shopping” was the worst of all experiences. Just skip it. Feel free to ask me anything about our stay, but villa grace is a gem and the people who run it make it so. 💖

Perfect beach getaway
We just got back from seven days in this amazing home, and we loved every second of it. The location was perfect, as it was away from all of the cruise ship traffic around town, but it was close enough to get to the grocery store and back quickly. The house was exactly what we were looking for, and the beach was private and quiet (except whenever the speed boat tours came by).
We opted for the meal plan, and were we ever glad we did. The chefs were so incredibly nice, and the food was exceptional. I would recommend this package for anyone staying at one of these properties.
In fact, all of the staff at the house was very friendly, and incredibly hard working. We will absolutely stay at Villa Grace (or Villa Del Sol, next door) the next time we head to Cozumel.

Beautiful property, wonderful service!
We went with a group of six adults and two children and had a wonderful time. The property was wonderful and staff were great. The meal preparation package option was a great addition to the stay as well. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a quiet beach vacation!

Beautiful place, great people providing services nice private beach.
Had a great time with family of 12. Perfect layout for us. Meals were great. We had chef for half time and grilled and cooked the other half. Walked a half mile south on beach to snorkel off the beach and swam and kayaked and played in the beach in front of the house. Had some seaweed for part of the week but Gerardo worked like crazy to clear the beach for us. Tides and wind changed part way through the week and beach was clear. Sandy beach was perfect for football, soccer and simply walking. House was very clean - every day- and we enjoyed the large dining table where we shared meals and played cards. Very nice house, beach and people. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting
My husband and I just stayed here with 6 other friends to celebrate his 40th birthday and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, with 5 fully furnished bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and shower. The master bathroom has a huge tub, though we couldn't figure out how to keep the drain plugged, I'm sure Gerardo (the maintenance man) could've helped us figure that out. Each room has a view of the ocean, so no one feels left out or that they have a bad room. This is what I particularly loved about the house. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues, which Fulvio (the host) immediately addressed and handled and was very good and fast with responding to my emails throughout our stay. The issues we had and that were immediately addressed and handled included one of the bathroom showers having a very hard water pressure, turning on the fountain features outside and inside, some bugs in the house, and the ice machine not working (this was not fixed, but they provided bags of ice). Also the pool lights and infinity feature were not working. They fixed the pool lights, but unfortunately the infinity feature was not able to be fixed, so the pool was filled up so as to give the infinity pool feel. One thing I would request be changed is to take out the bushes that have grown larger in front of the ocean view in the backyard. The photo shows them very small and not blocking the view, but unfortunately they are more grown and block the view of the ocean from the pool. The kitchen is also not shown in the photos, and is probably the least beautiful feature of the house. It can use some updates as it is small, has older appliances as well as some chipped tile. This didn't bother us though as we spent very little time in the kitchen, due to hiring the chefs. The chefs were amazing and I would definitely recommend using them. They made almost everything from scratch including fresh squeezed juice every morning, and from scratch soups, salads and wonderful dishes. They were also very sweet and considerate of the different times we needed our meals. Though I did mention some things that needed updates, I'm giving this house 5 stars as the house overall is beautiful, with fantastic views and bedrooms and the service from the host Fulvio as well as the chefs were fantastic. I would stay here again if I had 5 couples, otherwise I would stay in the newer house next door, by the same owners, which has one less room.

A perfect Cozumel retreat!
What a wonderful rental experience! A beautiful location and a nicely laid out home. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils and cookware. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The air conditioning worked great. The pool and property were very clean and well-kept. The maid service and lawn / property maintenance were fantastic. And.... best of all... on our last night three nests of loggerhead turtles hatched and the boys helped guide hundreds of them to the sea (as they were scrambling the wrong way toward the light of the beachside houses. We will definitely look to book this house when we return for our next dive adventure!

Perfect Getaway for Families.
We loved the home and location. It was private and off the beaten path. We enjoyed having the chefs cook for us. They were lovely and it was a real luxury for us. Everyone was very accommodating and there was plenty of room for our 6 kids!

Villa Grace has the best and most beautiful location on the island! The staff attends to your every need and our family of 10 adults were comfortable and happy with plenty of room. This was our second time to Cozumel and I wish we would have stayed at Villa Grace the first time. It was wonderful! The location is just perfect. You're close to everything without being in it...the perfect combination of a peaceful getaway and quick access to restaurants, shops, etc. The house is large, clean and well maintained. We spent 95% of our time outside, but the interior has everything you need to relax...TV, WIFI, Books.
We cooked breakfast and lunch at the house (swing by Mega to stock up on everything you need...it's the Walmart of Cozumel), then went out for dinner. Many wonderful restaurants to choose from in town (about a 5 min drive from the house).
I highly recommend this villa for your vacation getaway.

Total relaxation
This was the perfect setting for a family vacation: 3 generations getting together in an idyllic spot. Being right on the beach meant that the grandsons could go out to build sand castles or run along the beach (with a parent or grandparent) on the slightest notice . . . no need to pile into a car or check other family members' plans. The small pool was fun to splash in as well. We took advantage of the catering service, and loved it. Edgar is an excellent chef, and the convenience could not be beat. Although the water on the beach right outside the property was murky the whole week due to strong northern winds (or currents?), a short 200-yard walk to the south took you to a jetty beyond which the water was crystal clear and the boys could see the fish. And easy snorkeling from the beach at that point. Excellent service from Fulvio, answering questions, providing information on transportation to and from the airport. And the property was kept spotless by the daily housecleaning crew and the garden/pool maintenance. Truly just a wonderful week. Would gladly return!

Excellent family vacation
The house is great, the spaces are huge, the location is excellent and the service that Sandra and Fulvio gave us was very good, we asked for the food service and the Chef Edgar was always on time and he cook great dishes, we all enjoyed our stay at Villa Grace in Cozumel, thank you Ronen for sharing us your house.

Beautiful home right on the water
Fulvio and Sandra were wonderfully helpful. The house staff was friendly and kept everything spotless. We would definitely stay here again. We would suggest plumbing improvements to the water heater and master shower.

as Beautiful as the pictures...
We stayed here for one week for our family holiday vacation - there were 6 adults and one baby! It was perfect - the weather, the house, the amenities, the staff. It was a rare and special time for all of us to be together and it went even better than expected. The daily housekeeping and general maintenance was wonderful. It was too cold to get in the pool, but it was still nice to hang out & soak our feet! The setting in the back of the house on the beach was the best...picture perfect!
We all agreed that we could definitely stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful memories...
