Beautiful single family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, within walking distance to the beach. Home is meticulously clean and well-maintained. Pet free and smoke free. Recent renovations in 2017 include, new flooring, new 2-zone central A.C. units, new living room furniture, renovated bathroom, and new refrigerator. Wi-fi, internet connection and cable included. Come relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the upper or lower private decks. Lower deck is located off the 1st floor master bedroom. Or, gaze at the stars on the upper deck, located off the living room/kitchen. Great layout for extended family. 2nd floor boasts open living space - kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. First floor has 2 bedrooms, master bath and laundry room. The home also has a private outdoor shower. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the day at the beach, which has public rest-rooms and showers conveniently located at the beach access ramp. Ready to escape to your beach house away from home? The house was absolutely perfect for a beach vacation! The beach is minutes away and it’s a quick drive to stores/activities. The house is clean and well equipped. Frank was an excellent host!

Excellent location! - just two houses from public beach access. Well set up kitchen with all the amenities. Spacious deck with plenty of seating. All the beach gear one would need. Looking forward to returning next year!

We had a wonderful week! The location is fantastic! It was so nice to be right next to the beach - we could come and go all day! We also loved being able to walk out the door and have instant access to the running and biking path on the road as well. We ran each morning, and even biked the 18 miles from one end of LBI to the other to climb the Lighthouse. We enjoyed the deli right next door, and riding our bikes to get ice cream just a mile down the road. A big thank you to Frank - we had an issue with the grill and he brought over a brand new one the next morning! We really enjoyed our week!

We took a week vaca to LBI with friends and their 3 children along with our 2 children. The house was set up so nicely for 2 families. We have small children and the fenced in yard was a life saver!! The boys also loved playing in the stones. The 2 minute walk to the beach was key with kids and the beach was never over crowded. Frank was lovely to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at his home. Thanks Frank!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The house was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had a large collection of books and games to use. The owner was very helpful and answered questions promptly. Fully equipped kitchen. And the location was amazing, only a block from the beach, in a very quiet neighborhood. Having a fully fenced yard also helped with our three year old! We’ll be back next summer.

This was the first family vacation we have taken in a few years. And it was truly a great time. The house was amazing, great for a toddler, close to the beach. The house was comfortable, relaxing... we had an awesome time. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation.

The beach house was a perfect location for our family with young grandchildren. Holgate is a great family friendly town. The house was very clean and spacious. The deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals throughout the week. The house was also well equipped with all kitchen essentials, books and games. We plan on coming back next summer to enjoy it all over again!

Although it was a bit further to drive up to the commercial area, it was still just a 6 minute drive, and the area was so quiet and family-friendly. The property was excellent, very clean, and had everything our family needed to enjoy our long weekend. Lots of space, great outdoor areas, efficient dual-zone cooling, good storage, and felt up-to-date. Frank was great, and we will consider this house again for our future visits.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and was perfect to accommodate my large family (8 people). I really liked that it was a little quieter which made it very relaxing. Great location just steps from an uncrowded and beautiful beach. The house worked well for two families both with kids. Plenty of amenities, good kitchen for cooking and eating, a very comfortable hammock for backyard napping. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed a family fall getaway weekend at this clean, comfortable home, which was just as described in the listing. Although we did not have very good weather, we especially liked the proximity to the beach and nature preserve, where we spent time walking and watching birds and surfers. In October, the neighborhood was peaceful. The house had everything we needed, including hand soap, hand towels, and dish soap. We had a great stay.

At the end of the island far enough from the husle and bustle of Beach Haven but close enough to beat the crowds at Uncle Will's Pancakes. Great accommodations a few steps from the beach. Great TVs in all 4 bedrooms and of course the living room.

My 3 siblings and I (all over age 60) stayed for 4 nights in mid-September. Very short walk to the beach and not much longer to the bay (bring bug spray for the bayside!). Very relaxing visit, great outdoor shower, and kitchen is very well-stocked with equipment. Nice upper deck with good gas grill. We love the Holgate end of the island!

The property was as promised, clean and in an excellent location, steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The property owner was very responsive and attentive, I would recommend this property, especially for families and beach lovers!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is so close to the beach and in such a quiet area of the island. The home was clean and well kept. The owner was very accommodating and always quick to respond. We loved all his recommendations. We plan to be back for sure!

Amazing clean and spacious house! Less then three houses away from the beach at the end of the island! It was the perfect layout for my family for 7! Super clean with everything you need to cook & the washer and dryer is just a cherry on too! Frank’s communication was Super! Thank you Frank, next time we’ll book for a whole week!

Frank was very easy to work with and the house is adequately stocked with anything you might need for a beach getaway. Easy access to the beach and bay. Small deli for essentials a few doors down. A nice bike ride or a short drive to ice cream, surf school or Beach Haven. Gets buggy in this part of the island so bring bug and anti-itch spray but worth it for the serenity that Holgate offers. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect! We had two families. My husband and I have a 1 year old and I am 30 weeks pregnant and our friends have a 3 1/2 year old and an almost 2 year old. We each had our own floor as far as bedrooms and hanging out together upstairs worked out perfectly. Frank was a dream to deal with both before our stay and during. We had never stayed that far down the island before and it was so nice and quiet! Highly recommend this excellently located house!

Absolutely loved this property at the end of the Island. My friend and I booked this property for our families. With 5 kids under 5 We did bring a portable stair gate which we moved back and forth from the upper deck to the upstairs living area. House is very family friendly, cozy and Roku TVs are a plus! Frank was a great host, very accommodating and we cannot wait to stay again!

The property was very clean and very well appointed. The check in process was very easy. It was steps from the beach. The beach felt very private , not busy at all. The owner was great at communicating and instructions were very clear. I will definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home did not disappoint! We were impressed from the moment we arrived! The location, the cleanliness, the adorable beachy decor, and the interior and exterior layout was PERFECT for a large group with young adults and older guests. The beautiful ocean is just steps away. The bay, with breathtaking sunset views is just down the street. The Lee Family had an amazing time making beautiful memories at this beautiful proptery!

Loved the location at the end of the island where the beach was a bit quieter and without the dune wall. Still convenient to shops and restaurants in beach haven. House was very clean and comfortable with great deck! Communication was excellent! Thanks for a great weekend!
