We rented this home for four nights; we were in the area for our grandson's H.S. graduation. I will say that the home is of hotel quality, and well appointed. Very nice! Beds are comfortable. All appliances we used worked properly. Pool was clean. Communication with the host was easy; we always received a quick response. We followed the house rules and received our deposit refund promptly. One note of caution: we were there on a holiday weekend, and graduation weekend - the neighbors nextdoor and behind were partying loudly from late morning to well after midnight. This is not a reflection on our host and/or property, just something to consider when booking. Overall, a very nice, clean property. I would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the home was enjoyable. It was a nice home to spend time with my family (wife, daughter, son-in-law, and two young grandchildren). The pool was perfect. Jose the owner was easy to work with and willing to help in any way if necessary.

Clean venue. Great pool. Close to airport and Steinbrenner Yankee Stadium. Perfect location to allow lots of time together and minimize time spent traveling to location events. Owner responsive to any questions.

House was wonderful and spotless on arrival. Jose, the property manager, provided clear information on how to access the house and was very responsive to any questions we had. Neighborhood was very quiet. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Tampa area.

We had such a great stay! The pool was perfect for our two young kiddos. There was room in the house for them to play. The beds were comfortable. Anytime we had questions, Jose was very prompt in answering them. Great location!

Clean, nicely decorated/furnished home with a pool. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Close to everything- 10 minutes from airport and Raymond James Stadium, 20 minutes to Ybor City, Downtown Tampa Riverwalk, Armature Works, 30 minutes to Clearwater, 40 minutes to St. Pete’s. We had a wonderful time at this home during our stay in Tampa! Jose provided very easy check in instructions and always promptly answered my questions.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My two boys loved the heated pool and swimming at night. The location made it easy to visit most of Tampa's area attractions; beaches, aquarium, orlando, etc. Also very close to the airport. Jose was very accomodating and always easy to get in touch with.

The house was very clean, roomy & conveniently located for certain shopping and close to Incarnation Catholic Church just minutes away. We loved our stay here & really enjoyed the heated pool with the screen enclosure. The host was easy to reach with any questions.

Girls Trip with my sister and two nieces. We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location - close to airport, shopping, beaches, amusement parks, restaurants. Weather was beautiful ☀️. Pool was wonderful. Felt very safe. Jose was very nice. He checked in with us and offered beach and restaurant suggestions. The home was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and safe.

We just stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect! Smelled clean as soon as you opened the door. We enjoyed the screened in pool area every day that was the perfect size for our family of 5! Jose was quick to response with any questions we had! Great location to the zoo and aquarium and not too far from Clearwater Beach. Thank you, Jose such a great first VRBO experience!

Really enjoyed this home. Welcoming and just what we needed. LOVED the pool and the adult kids did too! Communication with Jose was great. Agree with other reviewers that a blanket for couch would have been nice but that was minor and we made do. Appreciated the pool/beach towels! Location was great. Would definitely go back if we visit Tampa again. Thanks Jose!

Very nice home. The neighbors to the rear were a bit obnoxious with their loud music but the area was convenient for close travel. Jose was very good to work with.

This was our first VRBO rental. What a great place! It was the little things we found, like real wine glasses and sunscreen, etc that were really appreciated! Loved having our own heated pool to swim in every day! We hope all of our VRBO experiences go as well as this one! Thanks Jose!

Overall experience was good, there were some plumbing issues, but the owner was very responsive. I thought Jose was going to offer some compensation because we at times only had one bathroom, unfortunately he has not, so I cannot give a higher rating.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was too cold to even consider going in the pool the beginning of the week, but once the weather started recovering, it was great to have the heated pool to help the water be warm enough to relax. The screen patio area was also great. There is a lot of space in the living room and kitchen as well. Could have used a few extra blankets since it was so cold at the beginning of the week.

We had a great trip! the pool is wonderful! Pros: heated, screened in pool sitting & dining area also screened in with pool area fenced in yard - so some lawn space outside of pool area spacious living/common area for kids to play large, very comfortable couch smart tv was nice to have for some downtime close to airport- 15 min or so, but far enough away that airplane noise was noticeable but not bothersome cons: very minor things - could use more linens : extra set of sheets, dish towels for kitchen, throw blankets for couch also could use some cleaning supplies like a vacuum & mop. there was a swiffer vacuum/mop but no pads for it that we found and worked for less than five min before losing a charge. the floor could have used a more thorough mopping before we arrived

This home looks like it was totally remodeled. The owner was always very prompt in answering my questions. After the first night he texted me to see if everything was OK which was very nice. The pool is wonderful but isn’t as big as the pictures reflect however there is a deep end which I enjoyed. The only minor inconveniences was that there was no Kleenex in the bathrooms and they could’ve used more towels.

We loved staying at this property! It is located very close to the airport and easy drives to the surrounding beach areas. Jose, the property owner, was very helpful and attentive. The covered pool was the best part of the house!!

Overall we had a nice stay in this house. It had a nice pool, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nice. The neighborhood was nice for most of the nights except on the night we arrived; when the next door neighbor had a very loud party until 3 am. I was also disappointed that the garage attached to the house was not available for our use as I had expected. The TV in the living room was great, but the only remote was hard to use. Jose was very helpful when needed; he contacted us ASAP and with his help made our stay better.

There were only a few things that would have been a bit more helpful… we had to buy more towels as only 4 were provided. We had to purchase pool floats/ toys that we left there for they next guests. And no extra blankets when relaxing at night on the couch before bed. Overall we had a great time there it was fantastic.

We stayed at this property for just over 2 weeks for a family vacation with 4 adults and 2 young children. The house is perfect for a family looking for easy access to all the nearby attractions in and around Tampa. The residential area was quiet and we had no problems during our stay. José was extremely helpful and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was lovely and warm and the house equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the odd evening barbeque and really didn't want to leave at the end of our trip!

Great home in a central location with amazing heated pool. We had everything we needed, all essentials are there! There’s plenty of space and everything is as advertised. It was a nice trip!
