Sleeps 15 in 5 bedrooms with 4 full baths: 4 queens, 3 singles, 1 full, and a queen sleeper sofa. Beach Walker is mere steps away from an uncrowded beach, accessible only to those staying in this area and within walking distance to most activities and shops on the Island.
When you are not across the street sunning on the beach or cooling off in the ocean, enjoy a relaxing dip in your private 15’ x 25’ swimming pool. Gather for family time in the spacious open living area with fully stocked kitchen on the third floor while cooking a favorite meal or mixing a tasty beverage before moving to the large balcony to eat and drink in the calming sea air while gazing at the spectacular Atlantic. Time for BBQing and playing games, the first level is set up to support entertaining with its own refrigerator, gas grill, foosball table, smart TV, and various board games. Excellent view - unobstructed! Truly a “Beach Walker” as access is down two properties to the right directly to the beach! Pool is beautiful! Hosts were responsive and great! Only thing - make sure you bring your own beach chairs!!!!! House had a total of 5 of which 2 were broken and one rusted out! Great location grocery store across the street and several great indoor outdoor places to each drink and listen to live music!

This house was perfect for our family spring break! The communication and support since the day we booked up until arrival was wonderful. Great location, view and space inside the home. Even with the colder weather there so so much to do around the house other than just the beach. Would definitely return! Thanks so much.

Rented out the house for my mom's 65th birthday party. It's beautiful, clean, and the owners were attentive. Beach is very close! Definitely looking into renting again!

The house was immaculately clean! Katie had wonderful communication during our stay! Our extended family of 9 had plenty of room to spread out during our visit. The best part of the house is the long dining room table. We enjoyed many meals there then played board games all night.

Great house, great location, great owners! We had some internet issues after a big storm on our first night there. Rob was there right away to get it resolved. He even stayed to clean the storm debris out of the pool! Would definitely go back!! 10/10 recommend!!

This home is well cared for and outfitted with everything you need, especially the kitchen. The location cannot be better - close to the beach as well as restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We had a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The house has plenty of space to spread out and also big common areas to be together for meals. We will definitely rent again! Owners were fabulous to work with - super responsive.

The house was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I did do the early check in and it was so worth it. The family had a great time and the beach was amazing. It was so nice to set on the balcony and drink my coffee and hear and see the waves hit the beach. The weather was great to. Thank you for sharing the home with us we made great memories.

You can’t beat the location and the owners were great to deal with. We loved hanging out on the deck in the evenings and listening to the waves crash. The pool was huge compared to other private pools. We had a hiccup with an appliance and the owners were quick to respond. Great house that we would love to visit again.

Beach Walker is a beautiful home. It is a close walk to the beach and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Check in process was simple and property manager is available and very helpful. House is well stocked with everything you need for an amazing vacation.

Quite honestly I was hesitant to rent through VRBO because of a past experience but this came off without a hitch! The kitchen was well stocked. House and grounds were very clean and well-maintained (which was often not the case at other houses we’d rented toward the end of summer season). The beds were made when we arrived - which was a nice plus after traveling. Great location. Will definitely consider for next year‘s vacation.

Perfect beach property
Communication with owners outstanding. Closer to the beach than it appears. Very clean. 14 of us stayed there and never felt cramped. Plenty of room for privacy. Great ocean views.

Family reunion vacation
We had 14 people (3 generations) in the house. Bedroom setups were perfect for us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The walk to the beach was short and the view, even though it was second row, was great. We had a door handle break while there, and I contacted the owner. They were there in 20 minutes to replace the handle. Nowadays, customer service doesn’t seem to be a high priority, but in this case, I was truly impressed! Thank you for a great property to use as our own for a week.

This property had everything we needed. We have been coming to EI for years and had to give up our usual rental property because of cost so we had to find a new place that would let us bring multiple dogs. We so appreciate you being accommodating so we could keep our vacation during this week. We loved the big gathering room and the big couch. Could have used just another comfortable chair or two. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked so we have no complaints as to amenities. Overall the house was terrific. We loved the location being closer to stores, etc. We enjoyed the pool on days when the weather cooperated. Our past rental had outdoor speakers and most everyone missed having the radio when we were outside. The only housekeeping issue was the ice maker and ceiling fans which only a couple of people in our group commented on so you might bring that to your housekeepers attention. We so appreciated the welcome basket and having some spices and TP already there. We did miss being ocean front a little but did have a view and beach access was close by so not a major issue that would keep us from returning. It would be nice to have gates on the balconies to keep pets or children confined to whatever level we are on. We do appreciate your accommodating our needs and allowing the dogs. Hope we didn’t leave a huge mess behind that would keep you from allowing us or any others in the same situation from renting this house.

This was a great house and great location to celebrate our daughter's graduation. The house was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. Close to the beach and stores. Having coffee on the deck in the morning and staring at the ocean was my favorite part.

Our family just stayed at Beach Walker, and we loved it! It was very clean, convenient to everything and just a very short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and then some!! There were lots of linens and towels and plenty of beach chairs and pool floats, etc. not to mention a nice little welcome basket, which was very thoughtful. We had three generations with us and we all loved it! We would very much recommend Beach Walker!
