6 minutes on foot from Keikyu Kamata station 12 minutes on foot from JR Kamata station, conveniently located for sightseeing such as Tokyo area as well as Yokohama Chiba area It is in Also it is accessible to Haneda airport in one train one 8 minutes, so it is also ideal for use as a base for traveling and getting back and forth.

It was just opened in January 2019, all new furniture appliances and tableware for dishes. We have tools for cooking laundry, and there are also free services of green tea, coffee, tea and mineral water. Provide pocket Wi-Fi (unlimited in principle) for free. You can carry it when you go out.

It is a private house facility approved by the government certified in Ota Ward Tokyo Metropolitan Government because it is a house reserved so it is not a matter of being around, it is recommended for family (small children OK!), Friends traveling, long stay. We have fire extinguishers / alarms etc for your safety, so you can stay with confidence.

This area is a quiet residential area.There are close to 100 yen Lawson, Seven Eleven, Ion affiliated mackerel and etc. It is convenient for life shopping.
There is a wing kitchen Keikyu Kamata at Keikyu Kamata station, it is very convenient to have restaurants such as Ootoya, Tully's coffee, Tanbare Tennya etc., Ota Ward Tourist Information Center, Keikyu Store, Pharmacy, Most items necessary for life such as clothing items are almost aligned.
In Kamata, there are many delicious places to enjoy GYOZA,RAMEN, and TONKATSU.

==IMPORTANT==
1. According to Japanese law, we require your passport copy before check-in as our accommodation is approved by Japanese Government. (Taking picture by smart phone would be fine.)
2. Receipt of house key will be implemented in key box.
3. Co-sleeping children are free. (under 3 years old)
4. Early check in and late check out is not accepted. However it may be possible depending on other guest's schedule. Please let us know.
5. No space for a luggage before check-in, however there are many lockers at Keikyu Kamata station. Some of them are big enough for a full size suitcase.
6. During your stay, we will respect your privacy and will not enter the room for cleaning. Please clean and wash by yourself as necessary.
7. We will charge 50,000 yen if the furniture household appliances are damaged or the walls and floor are heavily soiled.
8. For Pocket wifi or loss of key or forgetting to return, 20,000 yen will be charged for each.
9.Please do not speak loudly on the balcony as this area is a quiet residential area. In case we received a compliant from neighborhood, your stay would not be continued.

I travel to Tokyo several times a year, and I always choose to stay in a local vacation rental apartment. This time, I went with a larger Japanese-style home, and I felt for the price and value this home is a great bargain, especially for the price and proximity to the rail system. Please note, this house is two story and although it can accommodate up to 6 people, it will be a very tight squeeze for western-style travelers, especially with kids and lots of large suitcases. I think two adults and two children under 12 are well suited for this house and it’s layout. All bedrooms are upstairs, and will need a steady hold to navigate the stairs down to the first level to access the dining room, small living area, bathroom, toilet and kitchen, but it is well worth it for the extra space upstairs and in-house washer/dryer. Please note, there is one AC unit upstairs and one AC unit downstairs, and although both AC units work very well, the house is a traditional Japanese style and so there is very little insulation, meaning the house will be very hot in the summer (even with both AC units on) and very cold in the winter (even though there are heaters on both floors). Please be advised that if you choose to rent this unit, temperature in the house will fluctuate should you need to stay in the house all day, unless you close off all the doors to just one room and stay in that room. For our needs for one month stay for me & my 11 year old son, the house was very clean and comfortable.
