The villa 'Ninho do Corvo' is located on a 3000 sqm large garden property with heated pool and is located about 4 km east of the former fishing village of Praia do Carvoeiro in the well-maintained complex of Algarve Clube Atlantico. The next Faro Airport is about 60 km from the house.
The lovingly furnished villa offers the highest standard of comfort on 185 sqm living space. It has a large living room with closed fireplace, 2 sofas, satellite TV with flat screen TV, CD player and Internet connection (WLAN).
The large dining room is furnished with Portuguese furniture.
A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, bread machine, toaster, kettle, electric citrus press, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, combined gas / electric stove, separate oven, microwave and fridge with large freezer does not miss even the smallest tools to prepare culinary delights.
Each of the 3 bedrooms, a private bathroom with bath or Shower. Bed linen is changed 1x a week, the towels are changed 2 times per week. Bath towels for the beach are available.
All rooms have an electric auxiliary heater. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In the sprawling, south facing terrace, partly covered and protected from the wind, the heated swimming pool with separate outdoor shower and small dressing room. In the back there is a barbecue with walled benches. An outside staircase the large roof terrace is reached. There is also a cozy 'hideaway' with the most beautiful views over the Atlantic and the surrounding coastal scenery including a distinctive lighthouse. Here you can watch beautiful sunsets.
A very friendly and always helpful Portuguese housemaid takes care of 6 times a week in the morning to all applicable chores. 1x per week a gardener cultivates team the large garden and 2 times a week the pool is cleaned and serviced.
The German, English, French and Portuguese speaking property management on site ensures a flawless condition of the house. You might also be otherwise with any questions you may have.
When booking a deposit of 25% of the rent to pay, the balance is 4 weeks before departure.
In case of withdrawal from the house booking, the booking amount will be refunded 100% up to 60 days before arrival and 50% if canceled between 30 and 60 days before arrival. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
Tourists must cancel by 23:59 on the due date prior to check in to receive a refund. The given time refers to the time zone of the holiday property in Portugal!

Lovely villa with everything we needed to make it a wonderful stay

Fantastic villa in a perfect setting. Beaches and beautiful coastline right on the doorstep, plus a 10 minute walk to restaurants and a bar (and a little supermarket). This said, I'd recommend a car for your stay. The best restaurant was the Italian place in the Antlantico Clube complex - yes, it's more expensive than the others but the food and service is far superior. We'll be back to this place - fell in love with the villa.

Amazing location near beaches, walking trail and restaurants. House was spacious with pool, air conditioned bedrooms and well stocked with all supplies for cooking, grilling etc. Owner was very responsive and check in was easy. Highly recommended this property to everyone.

We had a fantastic vacation with this property as our base. It was very easy to communicate with the host prior to our arrival.
The neighborhood is lovely and it is the quickest walk from the house to the amazing Seven Valleys Hanging Trail along the cliff’s edge to admire the sea and the stunning cliffs. It is also a very short walk from the house to an amazing beach. There are views of the ocean through the trees on the property, and the ocean sound and breeze are more prominent in real-life than in the pictures.
The house itself is lovely. The gardens are beautiful and a pleasure to admire and investigate. The second floor sunroom has a beautiful view towards the sea and lighthouse. My husband and I had coffee there in the mornings and our teenage daughters liked to hang out up there at night. We had the pool heated in April and it was very pleasant. There is a nice hot water rinse-off shower by the pool which was great.
Inside the house, the kitchen was well supplied, the living room furniture was comfortable and the beds in the 3 bedrooms were comfortable as well. We were 5 of us in the house, two parents two older teenager girls and a boyfriend and we all had plenty of space to be alone when needed and also plenty of space to hang together.
The only thing off the top of my head is that a few more pool towels would be nice but that is a minor, minor suggestion.
I would stay here again most definitely if we are lucky enough to get another chance to visit the area. My whole family agrees that this was one of ours best vacations.

schöne sehr saubere Villa mit großem Garten in guter ruhiger Lage, keine 5 Minuten vom Meer
Wir haben im November 17 Tage hier verbracht. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet (selbst eine Wärmflasche für kalte Füße war vorhanden), hat mehr als ausreichend Platz, alles war sehr sauber und die Abwicklung hat tadellos funktioniert. Das Grundstück liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend etwas abseits, nicht mehr als 5 Minuten von einem kleinen Strand entfernt. Im Umkeis von 5km findet man alles, was man täglich braucht (Supermarkt, Restaurant usw.) Einen Mietwagen würde ich für den Aufenthalt empfehlen. Am letzten Tag des Aufenthaltes kam die deutschsprachige Hausverwaltung, um die Nebenkosten abzurechnen. Ich kann die Villa nur empfehlen und wir kommen gern wieder (Wenn dann nicht ausgebucht ist.).

Semana Maravilhosa !!
Gostámos muito de ficar na casa Ninho do Corvo. A casa fica no Algarve Clube Atlantico e tem uma localização maravilhosa. O enquadramento paisagistico é excelente, a casa tem tudo o que é preciso para passar umas boas férias. Uma propriedade grande com belos jardins e árvores, a casa é muito espaçosa, os quartos têm boas áreas e estava tudo muito limpo. A piscina apesar de não ser muito grande tem a vantagem de estar muito resguardada o que permite ter uma total privacidade. Pensamos poder voltar novamente.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze woning. Hij is van alle gemakken voorzien en de service is fantastisch. De tuin is prachtig, zelfs in januari en door het heerlijke weer konden we optimaal gebruik maken van het zwembad wat was verwarmd . Op slechts 3 min lopen zit je op 1 van de meest mooie strandjes van de Algarve en ook de supermarkt is slechts 10 min met de auto. Al met al genoeg redenen om nog eens terug te komen.

The villa is fantastic. It's very well maintained and has all the amenities you would expect. It is furnished very comfortably and is very clean. The roof terrace and room are an added bonus while the BBQ area and patio provide good outside space. The pool, while not the largest, is certainly large enough for the number of guests and again is really well looked after. The villa is located in a development but such is it's situation it is totally private and not overlooked. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk whilst most other amenities are just a short drive away. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Villa très confortable, jardin splendide, excellent accueil
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette villa très spacieuse avec une literie impeccable. On y trouve tout pour une vie "comme à la maison". Le jardin est de toute beauté et la piscine très agréable. Le petit + : le petit salon/véranda à l'étage avec vue sur la mer et le phare.
Tout est conçu pour le plaisir des yeux et le confort absolu. Merci à Doris pour ses conseils, à Georgina pour le ménage fréquent et à l'agence pour son écoute.

Fantastische vila in prachtige omgeving
De villa, tuin en zwembad waren super! Vanaf het huis sta je bijna meteen aan de kust waar je eindeloos kunt wandelen van de ene naar de andere baai. Vanuit de torenkamer een prachtig uitzicht op zee en op de vuurtoren. Het huis is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en laat niets te wensen over.

Es war ein Traum!
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, paradiesischer Garten, geschmackvolles Ambiente, alles gepflegt und sauber.
Wir haben hier traumhafte Urlaubstage verbracht, alles war perfekt.
Und dann ist da noch Gorgina, die gute Fee des Hauses. Kein hektischer Hoteltrubel und doch ein Hausmädchen, das die täglich anfallenden Arbeiten erledigt.
Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen, man muss es erleben...

Perfektes Haus in exponierter Lage
Wir verbringen seit 30 Jahren mehrmals jährlich unsere Urlaube in wechselnden Ferienhäusern. Dieses Haus gehört zu den besten, die wir in dieser Zeit gemietet haben.
- Sehr großes Grundstück mit üppiger, gepflegter und sortenreicher Vegetation
- Absolut vollständige und funktionierende Innenausstattung
- Zuverlässiger Hausmeisterservice
- Seriöse, nette und professionelle Abwicklung durch die Eigentümer
- Störungsfrei funktionierende Technik (auch WLAN für Pubertierende und Teenager)
- Absolut ruhige Umgebung trotz Nachbarschaftsbebauung
- Eine der Traumbuchten der Algarve ist in 5 Minuten erreicht
- Weitere Bilderbuchstrände sind in maximal 30 Minuten mit dem PKW zu finden
- Selbst im Juli war es aufgrund der offensichtlich optimalen Bauausführung nicht erforderlich, bei hohen Außentemperaturen die in den Schlafzimmern vorhandenen Klimaanlagen zu nutzen
- Perfekte Terrasse und Pool mit nahezu ganztägiger Sonne und ausreichend überdachten Schattenplätzen
Zusammengefasst: Ein Haus, das wir auch besten Freunden uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen würden.

tolle Lage, viel Platz und Komfort
Wir haben 2 erholsame Wochen in diesem großzügigen Haus, umgeben von einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten, verbracht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Hausmädchen erledigt alle anfallenden Hausarbeiten. Besonders interessant für uns als Wanderer waren die direkt vor der Haustür beginnenden Wanderwege an der beeindruckenden Steilküste.

Einfach ein fantastisches Haus mit allem was es dazu braucht um gut entspannen zu können
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und großzügig gebaut. Die Küche beinhaltet wirklich alles, was man in einem Urlaub zum Kochen benötigen und noch vieles mehr. Der gute Geist Georgina ist sehr bemüht und man braucht wirklich kaum etwas anzugreifen. Die Ruhe am Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Meerblick und für morgentliche Spaziergänge ist die Lage einfach einzigartig. Wir haben uns sehr erholt in unserem Urlaub.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in exponierter Lage!
Wir haben in diesem Jahr das dritte Mal unseren Sommerurlaub hier verbracht. Es war wunderbar: ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, das auch bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur gut bewohnbar ist. Die Küche bietet alles, was ein guter Koch/ eine gute Köchin benötigt. Genau passend temperiert war der Pool in sehr geschützter Lage. Vom Turmzimmer kann man weit aufs Meer blicken, die Segelboote zählen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Bis zur Seafront sind es nur ein paar Schritte.
Für eine schnelle und gute Erholung sorgte insbesondere die gute Fee des Hauses, Senhora G.

Wonderful stay in very well maintained and equipped Villa
We stayed in this expansive and very well furnished Villa as a family of 4 adults with 2 teenagers (14 and 16). Plenty of room for all! It is nice that one of the bedrooms is in the main area near kitchen for potential early birds that do not want to wake up guests in the back bedrooms. It is super quiet back there. House never got too hot thanks to cross draft or if needed air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you could potentially need. We even elected to cook dinners, even if we normally prefer to go out, as the outdoor BBQ was very inviting and the terrace is a perfect place with lots of room for everyone to eat. The upstairs breakfast room is also a great place for Happy Hour with wonderful ocean and lighthouse views!
Pool was of perfect temperature. Beach within easy walking distance. House very clean with even maid service during weekdays. Plenty of room for parking a couple of cars. Security seems no issue, and there is a gate one can close at night.
Carvoeiro is a neat fishing village with plenty of restaurants and shops. There are also restaurants within walking distance but a car is beneficial for the plenty of outings in the area (hiking, water parks, supermarkets). There is a great coastal hiking trail right outside the door for a nice morning or evening walk.
Mrs Bade is a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, very polite, easy to communicate with, and if there is anything one needs locally, the property management company is readily available.
We will definitely be back!

Immer wieder gerne!
Auch wenn wir uns geschworen hatten, keine Urlaubs-Wiederholungstäter zu werden - Ninho do Corvo ist die rühmliche Ausnahme: hier lockt die pure Erholung gepaart mit großem Komfort. Mit unseren zwei Kids im Alter von aktuell 4 und 6 ist es jedes Mal wieder ein großer Spaß, das Haus in seiner unvergleichlichen Lage und mit seinem riesigen Platzangebot zu bewohnen.

A warm nest!
Villa Corvo di Ninho is a lovely place to stay! We had a wonderfull time there the first week with friends and second week with our children. The house is great especially the outer space. You feel at home immediately!Georgina, the housemaid is very nice and the owner is so helpfull and kind that it feels like a friend !We made walks and visited several restaurants. We definetely will be back again!

Perfekte Villa in wundersoner Lage
Villa Ninho do Corvo lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und der sehr schön eingelegte Garten sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und am Abend wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge auf der Dachterrasse genossen.
Die Strandbuchten in der Nähe sind herrlich, eine der schönsten Buchten der Algarve - Praia do Carvalho ist fußläufig in 5min. zu erreichen.
Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und Geschäften für den täglichen Einkauf.
Die Kommunikation mit Frau Bade war immer sehr freundlich und angenehm. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt, Frau Bade hat auf alle unsere Fragen umgehend geantwortet und wir haben viele gute Ratschläge und Empfehlungen erhalten. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert.
