Good location to visit sanya Bay. Very close to a night market and walking distance to the beach. There are also many super markets around. I like that we can cook ourselves.

Расположение неудобное, ближайший городской пляж грязный.
В номере есть кухня, но даже бокалы для воды и вина которые там есть они моют за деньги., соответственно если попросишь посуду для готовки тоже будешь платить, да и супермаркетов нормальных рядом нет.
Убираются плохо, пока не поругаешься не меняют постельное белье, и не приносят даже туалетную бумагу !
Слышимость в номерах ужасная, постоянно будят какие то звуки.

Впервые семьей прилетели в Санью и выбрали для проживания именно эти апартаменты, в правильности выбора нисколько не сомневаемся!!! Отличные апартаменты, как внутри, так и снаружи. Вежливый, отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, который старался помочь всем, что необходимо, даже в организации экскурсий с русскоговорящим гидом. Апартаменты просторные, своя кухня. Мы были с ребенком, которому не вся местная еда подходила, приходилось готовить, администрация нас обеспечивала всей необходимой посудой по запросу. Кстати, в апартаментах уделено внимание всем мелочам и нюансам, ни в каждой стране и ни в каждом месте такое встретишь, чтобы все было учтено для комфортного проживания и ничего дополнительного не приходилось выпрашивать. Уборка, смена белья и т. п. хоть каждый день по желанию. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки преимущественно национальной кухни, которые регулярно пополняли, когда что-то заканчивалось. За завтраком можно проводить время как внутри помещения, так и снаружи на отдельной террасе. Кстати, на завтраках была неплохая кофемашина, чего не так часто встретить в Китае. Приличный бассейн, в котором по вечерам после моря ребенок с удовольствием купался. Удобная, современная и бесплатная прачечная самообслуживания. Симпатичный внутренний дворик, где можно посидеть на креслах-качалках. У комплекса удачное расположение, рядом продуктовый супермаркет "Wang Hao", автобусные остановки, кафе, фруктовые киоски, но самое интересное - знаменитый «рыбный рынок» прямо напротив! До моря двадцать минут пешком спокойным шагом. Но там нет ни лежаков, ни зонтиков и о-о-чень много народу! Так как мы были с ребенком, персонал комплекса нам подсказал, что за пятнадцать минут на такси мы можем доехать до отеля «Pullman» и у них воспользоваться шезлонгами и зонтиками, что мы и делали на протяжении всего отдыха. Были и на «Дадунхае», а вот у «Пульмана» пляж понравился гораздо больше! Ежели будем снова в Санье, то только сюда в "Oakwood"!
Никто из работников комплекса не говорит по английски, слабый Wi-Fi в апартаментах, для хорошего и устойчивого сигнала приходилось спускаться в лобби, либо во внутренний дворик!

It was right across a major night market, so it was easy exploring. The free laundry room was also a very nice touch.
I expected the room to be cleaner. There was a funky smell coming from somewhere around the bed when we first laid on it. And the bath tub needed a quick scrub wash before we decided to use it.

Location was good, 20 minutes from the Airport and 5 Minutes drive to the Beach.

The hotel is opposite of the night market which is great for food, but...
...the night market is quite noisy until late night, especially cars/taxi keep honking even very late. Of you have a room with beach view, you will hear the noise.
The selection at the breakfast buffet is generally good. However, if you stay longer, it gets repetitive.
Also, due to the high humidity in Sanya, the wardrobes are a little smelly, like they have mold.
The stroller also had it's best days gone already, but it was free, so...

In general, we felt at home at the hotel. Especially Kevin's hospitality makes this vacation even more comfortable.
1. Breakfast with rich choices and foods were delicious.
2. Rooms with view of the sea and the cooking equipment, beautiful and convenient
3. Services were good, the staff here were very friendly, I believe that they were all well trained.
4. Good connection to the airport and all the places of sightseeing.
5. Swimming pool was great and the activities for the kids were fantastic.
6. The traveling agency in the hotel was great as well, they gave good advice and good services.
We will definitely visit the hotel once again. Thanks again!

Oakwood apartment is located in a harmonious neighborhood, across the street from the big night market. It is relatively close to Sanya bay beach. It is only a 15 minute walk to Coconut Grove Avenue or a cab for CHY 10¥. The apartment has a gym, swimming pool and laundry area. Breakfast is good.
Unfortunately, although there is a kitchen and induction cooker in the room, there are no pots, pans, knives and condiments, which is not suitable for daily use.

Clean, fresh. A hotel is brand new, was opened just straight before Corona.
Breakfast is ok. Pool can be deeper and noisy lifeguard was too anoying.

The location. Very polite staff - we were communicating through wechat for anything I needed. They responded quickly and efficiently.
The room was clean and neat, everything just like in the photos.
The hotel is peaceful and quiet. The night market across is a unique thing to see. I used to just rent a bike outside od the hotel and cycle 5 minutes to the beach. Even walking is not super far. Didi to Dadonghai beach is 20minutes and around 30rmb.
Big recommendation. I will come back for sure. The breakfast was also really nice.

Very close to the airport roughly around a 15-20 minute drive. The apartment was spacious and we had two balconies facing the sea. The room was cleaned everyday and the ayis were great and very friendly as were the restaurant staff. The gym is well equipped and usually empty which was nice. It doesn’t take too long to get to Sanya Bay Beach or Yalong Bay Beach in a Didi which was handy.
Front desk staff speak very little to no English and one felt it appropriate to laugh behind the desk at his colleague’s attempts to communicate with us. I had also called down from the room to ask for help with the stove as it wasn’t easy to use and because they couldn’t understand me they hung up despite asking me for my room number. We had to go down and ask in person using the translate app and only then did they provide us with the hotel’s WeChat where they told us we could communicate with them through despite being halfway through our stay. The room also stated it had an oven and a microwave, I had emailed before booking to confirm if it was an actual oven and was told it was, it wasn’t. In terms of food, other than the night market opposite and a Chinese supermarket there isn’t a lot of choice food wise and you’d have to go to Dadonghai or Yalong Bay to find a wider variety of restaurants. The pool is the final dislike of our stay as it states indoor but it’s really outside with a roof over it so not exempt from bad weather conditions. It’s not as big as it looks and it was also heavily occupied by children using their floats and doing cannon balls left right and centre with no consideration from them or their parents for others and their use of the pool. I think if we come back to Sanya we’ll probably stay in a hotel next time as opposed to an apartment complex.

Our apartment was excellent! The kitchen was full of Italian appliances, spacious and beautiful cutlery and crockery. The living area over looked the night market and ocean. Both bedrooms had plenty of storage, comfortable beds and soft linen. Both bathrooms were excellent too with a bathtub and separate shower. Amy at reception speaks great English and is happy to help with any of your needs. The other staff also were friendly and helpful with mixed levels of English. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and civilized compared to large resorts.
Being opposite the night market it was a little noisy at night. Without a bike the beach is a long walk. The pool is functional without being fun. The kiddy area was pretty understocked!
Our sofa smelt a little but never the less we had a fantastic stay.

Was great to be so close to the night market so dinner was a breeze. We enjoyed their breakfast which was simple but had something for everyone. Very comfy bed and spacious room!

Sanya it's a very nice place for living. Newly built in 2019, fresh rooms with nice furniture and equipped kitchen. Comfortable bathroom with very strong rainforest shower. Breathtaking view from balcony to sea. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits juices. Nice big swimming pool and fitness center. Laundry service free of charge. In front of apartments situated night market with many different restaurants and big supermarket. Very hospitality staff. Many thanks to Amy, she can speak English very well and helps us to find issue for any questions, very helpful and kind.
