L'emplacement, la décoration

Le menu en termes de variété. Rapport qualité attendue/ prix. Beach Club dédié beaucoup plus aux clients non résidents, les résidents doivent payer autant que les autres pour en bénéficier...serviettes en état de vétusté avancée...le réceptionniste demande expressément (limite formellement) de laisser un "tip" pour faire son travail...déçu de la qualité du service à table...lors du checkout j'ai mentionné à l'agent réceptionniste que j'avais pris de l'eau du minibar. Il m'a dit clairement que c'est un cadeau (vu que le montant était insignifiant par rapport à la facture). Je constate quelques heures après que le moment à été débité de mon compte en utilisant bien évidemment l'empreinte de ma carte... J'ai dû appelé pour demander des explications à cela. On m'explique que c'est un problème de communication et que ça va être réglé...

Nikki Beach in Santorini is now in my collection. I’ll come back to grt these vibes…

You feel straight away you’re on holidays. Music, attentive staff - you just plunge into the holiday mood. Bespoken guest service provides you with all the best restaurants in Santorini with the best view, local food or harbor fish market restaurant with the best linguini my ados children have ever eaten. (They chilled our champagne glasses three times!!!!) We took a boat "My frog" on our last day - literally the day we flu back home and it was unforgettable - thoughtful guest service allowed us to come back to our room to take a shower before our flight. I will definitely come back and get my favorite sun bed and get my champagne and just dance….

Amazing as a place but make sure you you can handle long waits and the odd incompetent staff member.

The venue is stunning, and we really looking forward to heading back, we visited the island last year for a friends wedding. And this was the second time we had stayed at Nikki Beach The venue is simply amazing

The service, from breakfast, the inability to get a simple order like boiled eggs correct, to the turndown service, we waited for three hours for new mugs that hadn't been replaced in 5 days. It's now all about the outsiders, as a resistance you have no benefits. The service was nowhere near as good as last year. Very disappointed.

But with this hotel you must give the feedback Nikki beach Santorini is one of those very few hotels in the world that I must say. Met all expectations and beyond. The pool The room The stuff The food The service AMAZING.

Everything at Nikki beach is great! Loved the breakfast, loved the room, loved the sushi. Everything was so clean and white. The staff was great, mostly at the pool area. Even though we had a kid and the place is mostly with grown ups, we did feel so welcomed.

The food and the spa was very expensive. They said the restaurant have a Michelin star but it was not at all fine dining. The price was overrated The water of the pool was too cold

If you are look for a peaceful break, probably give this hotel a miss

it is a smart and clean hotel, spotless

The noise, there was a warning when you book it, but you really need to take heed of it. The warning didn’t say what the noise would be, we thought it was the proximity to the airport, but it is the endless, loud and constant euro trash music, no variation and no escape unless you go out. We didn’t use to pool, because of the noise, but there were a lot of complaints about residents having to pay so much for the sun loungers
