if you want to have a crappy experience, go on, rent an apartment from these!!!!

first, although i mentioned that we have an old mother and a very yound kid with us, they made us wait in front of the building for 30-40 minutes, in the evening in -10C freezing cold weather! why??? they sent us 3€ payment link and we must pay it then enter! we tried to find a place to charge my phone, we tried to find and internet connection, etc. finally they let us in! then we understood that the central heating was not working!!! we contacted them, they tried to give some directives, asked for photos, etc!! the number they provided did not answer! no phone, no whatsapp!!! they want only emailing!!!! after 1 hour of emailing issue inside a freezing cold apartment, they are convinced to send a person to fix it!!! and they said that they would come in 1 hour!!! then we decided to go out and wait in a cafe, after a while, they fixed it and we were able to enter the building at around 1am!!!!! as a result, i will never rent an apartment from a person who is not a local renter in that city!!! these kind of rental companies try to behave as professional, but this is not professional job!!!!

Zdjęcia nie oddają stanu faktycznego....

Lokalizacja-blisko do starego miasta.

Zdjęcia na bookingu nie oddają rzeczywistości. Na zdjęciach mieszkanie wygląda ładnie, czysto i schludnie. Natomiast w rzeczywistości jest obskurne i brudne. Kanapy podarte. Łóżka bardzo niewygodne..... Na szczęście byłam tam tylko 1noc. Nie polecam i na pewno tam nie wrócę.

We got what we expected and enjoyed our stay

It’s really close to the center. The house is very very spacious and clean. The parking space was pretty good and the staff were also really helpful.

Secondary beds were a bit squeaky and the shower drain was clogged a bit. Other than that all good

Apartment is in a good location for exploring the city on foot, and very spacious. Free parking is also really convenient

As many other reviews mentioned - the apartment is quite old. Cooking equipment is also old. It is by a loud street and without working air conditioning on a hot day with open windows sleep is not the best. It is quite expensive overall for what you get.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 15 minute walk from the city centre, and you have safe parking for your car. Very clean and lots of space. Great value for money.

They could have made their services better.

The apartment was big. We have space to move and is enough for everyone in our group.

We needed to pay for the parking for the other car that we have. There were hanging bedsheets in the room. We don't know if the room was prepared or was forgotten as even the wifi router was unplugged, aside from the fact that we have to look for it coz we don't see it at the first go. The heater of the whole place was not working. Even the ones for the clothes in the toilet don't work.. we slept without any heaters. When we asked the host about it, they said something about it being near the toilet but we cannot find the switch. We tried asking again, but they stopped responding. We tried calling the number, they don't answer.

The apartment is spacious, clean and on excellent location.

We had a lot of stress while entering the apartment - the lock is not responding to the key, we spent half an hour in front of the door trying to get in, and all that after our long journey to Sarajevo. No one answered on the phone left for contact. With the help of neighbors we finally managed to enter. The same thing happened after leaving the apartment. And after all that, contact person informed me through message on Booking that they were trying to call me but couldn't reach me. I was available all the time asking them to send me any number to call them and get help to enter the apartment. So unprofessional and definitely left negative perception on our staying in this accommodation. Good communication and availability should be priority in any business...

Spacious apartment near the centre

The staff were very reactive. Very spacious, light and airy and homely without being cluttered. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the town centre.

A few of the fixtures were looking worn, eg shower head, frying pan, double bed mattress and sofa. But they didn't detract from a good stay.

Superb

Apartment is very spacious, nice and clean. We received very detailed instructions for check-in. Parking is great, because it is closed private parking with a ramp. There is coffee and all additional minor things one needs :) Very good value for money.

Superb

The apartment is very cozy. The beds and sofas are really comfortable. Its spacious with a lot of light and gives you a nice warm atmosphere. The location is great, so close to the old town, walking distance 10 min. Everything else was great and definitely worth the price,even more !

The check in is a litte bit later and check out earlier, so for people who are arriving earlier I would suggest to inform the owners in advance.

Prelijep i preudoban apartman, fenomenalno opremljen za kraci ili duzi boravak. Izuzetno je sve cisto. Na savrsenoj je lokaciji, jer sve mozete pjeske obici. Upute za check-in su bile detaljne, tako da smo se lako i brzo smjestili. Preporuka od srca za sve koji dolaze u posjetu Sarajevu.

Odlicno i za svaku pohvalu

Najbolja stvar je bila u tome da si prevazisli gostoprimstvo tako da su nam pripremili stvari za koje nismo znali ni da li ce nam trebati kao punu kuhinju svega potrebnog u svakodnevnici , Nessa kafa i Cajevi (za koje smatram da su odlicni mali gest) kao i sampone , Spavace su isto bile veoma dobre i ugodne , cijeli apartman nas je ugodno iznenadio sa svim sitnicama.
