This is a beautiful location/property. The owners were amazingly responsive to any inquiries. It is very spacious; enough for a house full of family and friends, but cozy enough for a smaller couple or group. Will most certainly return for another stay in the years to come. Ours was a longer-term stay (one month), and the home was perfectly equipped for a home-like stay. Highly recommend this property!

The property was very nice and peaceful. The owners were in excellent communication with us during our stay during some extreme weather and snow. The property had plenty of room for our family to be together and to also have private space.

Roger was an excellent host and so communicative with us! The house was so spacious and honestly the pictures didn’t do enough justice for this place! So peaceful and quiet when enjoying the hot tub. Perfect little stay with a group of friends for the week. Will definitely keep this one on the radar when making the trek back to Breck!

Throughly enjoyed staying among the trees up high on the hill with cool mornings and evenings. House was perfect for family and the dog run cables are well placed. Best part the upstairs balcony looking out on the Rockies - going to miss that the most.
