Prima buffet ontbijt wat voldoende was om de reis te hervatten. Het was ook mogelijk om nog een extra bak koffie in een “takeaway” kopje mee te nemen.
Online checkin kon alleen in het Duits waardoor ikzelf met Google Translate aan de slag moest. Mogelijkheid om NL of EN translate aan te zetten gedurende checkin zou enorm helpen.
Helaas geen mogelijkheid voor avondeten in geval van late aankomst maar er is genoeg in de buurt.

The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a few shops nearby. For those who like to walk, it's approximately a 35-minute walk to the city center.There's on-site parking available for an additional fee of EUR 10 per night, which was really helpful.
The room itself was good, and clean with a modern look. It could be a little bigger, but it was fine for one person.
The room was equipped with a kettle, TV, small safe. There was also a little desk and a good-sized shower with a hairdryer.
The staff at the reception and bar were fantastic and very welcoming. They were really friendly and happy to help with any questions.The breakfast was very tasty and had everything I needed, so I was quite happy with it.
The parking area isn't very secure as it has easy access with no fence. Plus, there are coniferous trees in the parking area that drop sticky bits on cars, so a carwash visit is needed afterward.
The room had a double bed made from two singles, which wasn't great as you can end up on the floor between the beds, like I did.
No fridge in the room.

Sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Empfang, sehr gemütliche Hotelbar mit gutem Entertainment und fairen Preisen, ausreichend ausgestatteter Fitnessraum, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Hygienekonzept war entsprechend der Regeln erkennbar und wurde eingehalten.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung.
Eichbaum Brauerei mit guter Küche zum Abendessen gut zu Fuß erreichbar (einzigste Alternative).
Trink Green Konzept passt eher zu einer Jugendherberge als zu einem 3 oder 4 Sterne Hotel weil kein Zimmerservice (Betten machen oder Reinigung) sind nicht mehr im Preis enthalten.
Bis 06.00 Uhr müssen die Reinigungskarten für Säuberung des Badezimmer angebracht werden.
Das haben nach Rückfrage erst am dritten Tag bei der dritten Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption mitgeteilt bekommen obwohl wir neue Kunden waren.

Gute geräumige Zimmer mit schön großen Betten und endlich mal ein echtes Vierbett-Zimmer.

Alle Mitarbeiter die wir getroffen haben waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Durch die Lage im Wohn- und Industriegebiet war es bis 22:00 leider etwas lauter. Danach war die Nacht aber ruhig und erholsam.

Essen und Unterbringung waren sehr gut, Erreichbarkeit des Gebäudes auch für Rollstuhlfahrer (wie in unserem Fall) wird gewährleistet. Rundum freundliches Personal.

Sauberes modernes Zimmer mit gutem Bett. Schönes Bad, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Saunanutzung kostenlos. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Straßenrand. Freundliches Personal.
Das Frühstück ist zweckmäßig, könnte aber durch ein paar Extras (z. B. Frisches Vollkornbrot, frisches Rührei,...) leicht aufgewertet werden. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber mit dem Auto eher ein Vorteil.

Das Zimmer war beim CheckIn Eiskalt. Heizung war aus. Bis Mitternacht gefroren. Sehr ungemütlich und zusätzlich mit Blutflecken anderer Gäste im Kissen. In der Dusche haben noch Haare des Vorgängers an den Fließen geklebt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gegen 9 Uhr nur nicht mehr appetitlich bzw. einladend.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich ,die Zimmer sauber und für zwei Nächte ausreichend groß.
Man konnte sich einen Tee zubereiten und die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Da ich morgens nichts esse aber dafür meinen Kaffee brauche wurde dieser mir „auf Kosten des Hauses“ spendiert was mich sehr gefreut hat.

Der Abfluss der Dusche stank. Der Toilettenbürste war voller Papier, Toilette hatte Ablagerungen, Matratze zu weich, überall Staub, Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, in der Lobby war alles so offen, dass es überall nach Zigarettenqualm stank, im Frühstücksraum Spinnweben an der Decke…..

Das Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt, besoders der Kaffee. Die Tische schön mit Besteck serviert, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und nett. Mir hat es gefallen, dass man viele Käse-, Wurst Sorten zur Auswahl hatte und sogar Mozarella -Tomatensalat zum Brot mitnehmen könnte.
Ich war um 9.30 Uhr zum Frühstück am Sonntag da, konnte aber leider kein Toastbrot finden. Es war alle. Mozarella-Stückchen beim Mozarella-Tomaten Salat waren auch kaum zu finden. Der kleine Kühlschrank Box in meinem Zimmer stand da, aber hat nicht funktioniert. Leider, konnte ich den eingekauften Joghurt nicht kühl stellen. Der Wasserkocher war zwar da, aber nur 2 Packungen Tee dabei, hätte gerne etwas mehr gehabt.
