Budget accommodation and feels like it. Suitable for a short stay only.

Good location, easy to get into downtown. Wifi worked fine. Warm shower. Plenty of places to eat nearby at reasonable prices. Friendly host.

I booked this accommodation for 20 nights. On arrival we were put into room 11 at the top of the stairs. This was the closest room to the road which was very noisy with motorbikes, tricycles and other traffic. After a few days I asked to be moved and was given a room downstairs (room 4). Whilst quieter there was almost no natural light and despite booking a double room, the room had 2 twin beds which kept moving apart so my partner and I were unable to sleep together properly. The room was also very small. Unlikely to stay there again.

Small and cheap but fit

Easy to book and find. Staff were very helpful. For a small inn, it was comfortable. Lots of eating places around. Malls were accessible by foot. It was an adventure itself walking around and be surprised that these stores were just around. We stayed just for half a day cause our flight was around midnight.

Their generator was weak. We were told not to turn on the air con during a power outage that lasted several hours. Good thing it was a cool day.

A great budget place to stay for two nights in Bacolod. A little out of the way but walking distance from the museum/ferry/bus if you have light bags and don't mind a bit of a treck. We thought we had booked two nights but had only booked one. The staff pointed out our mistake later in the day (we had been out all day exploring) and were extremely gracious. We booked an extra night online and had no issues- thank you!!! There is a spot to sit outside and the wifi was good.

It was an amazing stay I had at Bacolod. The room is super nice and very cold. The location is great too. Ate Jonah was so kind and approachable. Highly recommended.

Superb

We found all the staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with fresh smelling bedding and towels and the air conditioning and hot water worked OK. The property was gated so security was good.

honestly fits both budget and comfort - absolute value for the money.

its value for the money, paid 900+ per night for a double bedroom, air-conditioned and with a hot shower. Nothing spectacular but must say it is decent. do manage your expectation - this is not a hotel but more of a hostel/dorm type which is honestly the range of what you're paying. I don't understand the negative reviews i read before as this property fits both budget and comfort.

Nothing, enjoyed my stay. Would suggest providing slippers though inside the room :)

Location is excellent, near upper east where Masskara electric parade happened...near public transportation, there's a restau beside that serves very good back ribs 👍. Room is ok and wifi too. The staff are nice..I requested for hot water for coffee and they prepared for me. Thank you.

The staff makes this place fantastic lovely people who I will never forget it's in a safe compound and do not expect luxury you get what you pay for I only stayed 2 nights but loved the place and a cheap trike ride to the attractions try the eco zoo I just stumbled upon it was great.

location and facilities not ideal for business trip

Location is not ideal for business travel, CR very small. presence of cats in the common eating place. We did not continue our stay. Booking dot.com should at least reimburse our payment
