The building is new and beautifully decorated and designed. Natural plants covering the walls.

En la reserva quedo incluido el parqueadero y al salir me cobraron aparte y con un costo elevado. Adicional el precio de la reserva fue superior al de booking.

Estaba limpio y la habitación era amplia, es tal como se ve en las fotos. Desafortunadamente hay cosas que las fotos no dejan ver como aquellas relacionadas con la comodidad: no hay un buen aislamiento sonoro (se escucha todo lo que se habla en los pasillos, incluso cuando en las otras habitaciones corren el black out), cobran el parqueadero, el hotel no pregunta si el huésped tiene vehículo (el control de esto es nulo, si pasa algo con el vehículo, el hotel no puede dar aviso al huésped por la falta de ese control, por ejemplo, si le pasa algo a tu carro te enterarás cuando lo saques…el lugar donde está el hotel permite la entrada de diferentes personas, en nuestra estadía entraron hinchas de un equipo de fútbol: tiraron pólvora y, por el desorden generado, tuvieron que llamar a la policía; si en medio de eso hay daños en los vehículos…nadie responde), pedimos al hotel arreglar un problema con la caja fuerte (no hicieron el arreglo, así que no tuvimos ese servicio por un mal proceso interno del hotel), el desayuno que ofrecen tiene un precio que excede los costos razonables (cobran 64.000, no es tipo bufet), la persona del aseo botó la información del hotel (clave wifi) y algunos alimentos que habíamos dejado en la habitación para un posterior consumo, la cama y las almohadas son en exceso blandas generando dolores osteomusculares, el gimnasio es una pequeña habitación (parece de 20 metros) con solo tres máquinas con espacios muy pequeños entre ellas (con dos personas ya queda lleno)… En general, es un hotel que, para el precio, resulta costoso dado lo que ofrece: no es un lugar cómodo para descansar, quizá de paso es una buena opción, pero contemplarlo como alternativa para días de relax, no es recomendable…

Breakfast is delicious! It’s a confortable place, We really like the place, good located.
We been here before and I thought was better than last time, I asked a room in a high floor and They didn’t attend my suggestion also the breakfast was including in the prize and this time was almost o equal price without the breakfast cost., We arrived at 8-9 pm and They never called before to ask or say something about the reservation, I think the customer service could be better, more warmer.

My room was just below the restaurant, so the noise in my roof started 7am

The breakfast was wonderful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was perfect for both relaxing and working.
The access to the hotel is not the best, as you have to make a larger turn than necessary. Also, the fact that the parking is not complimentary does not meet the price you pay.

Extend breakfast until 10.30 am during the week and 11 am on weekends.
Hard to get some one to answer the hotel phone when calling from outside.

Clean, comfortable, modern.
No Gym even though it is offered in the hotel’s website. They only have “one” dumbbell and a ball… what a joke. The hotel is good, but located in the middle of nowhere, a car, taxi is needed for everything.

Breakfast buffet was of high quality food and very well presented. The ambiance of the restaurant was bright and fun. Gorgeous views to start the day!
Little diversity from one day to another so after a few days it felt tired and unimaginative. Unfortunately, when it came within 30 mins of closing they would stop bringing out fresh food so if you came close to closing time selection would be meager.
